How retrieve addresses who i sent email to using BCC. So Blind i can't see

So I sent out some email, and each to a list in BlindCC frame. Now i wish to find out exactly who did get some of that mail, so i open it from SENT field. And there's nothing in BCC, no addresses. I know they were sent, just can't fig out who. BCC should be blind to others, not so blind to me.

That's the way it should be. BCC stands for blind carbon copy. The people who receive the email (as TO and CC) are not supposed to see that others received it as BCC. The BCC recipients will see who the email was TO and CC, but not any other BCC.
A good way to use BCC is for sending a mass email without letting each recipient see the other recipients. Address the email back to yourself and put ALL of the recipients on the BCC line. Everyone will get it but not know who else got it.

In your email inbox, hit the back arrow in the top left.
Underneath where it says "Accounts" select the one that you are using.
In there, you will see the "Sent Mail" folder.

If you either updated to Mountain Lion or updated to Safari 6 under Lion then there is a unified URL address bar with the search. I personally don't like it either.

Retrieving BCC addresses from a sent email

I sent a mass-email to all my clients, addressed to myself while the client list is in the BCC field. This is a list that took me some time to collect and update...
Now I want to retrieve that list so I can use in the future, but I can't find it anymore, 'cause finding the sent email, it won't show the list in the BCC field, there's no BCC field showing...
...Is there a way to open my sent mail and retrieve that BCC list?

IT'S SOLVED, thanks to my ISP guy who just came back from vacation (thanks, Brandon!!!):
Open the sent message, then click View -> Messages -> Raw Source
This will show the full contents of the e-mail, including header information and should show all the recipients, which you can copy and paste (and edit) for future mailing.

How to delete ALL previously sent email addresses from *iPad*

I use my Apple ID to set up my kids' iPad Minis, which in retrospect was not so bright.
Now when my child starts typing the recipient's name for an email all of MY previously sent email addresses come up, many of which are work-related.
I know I can click on the blue "I" and remove them one by one, but I have over 1,000 contacts - so one by one just isn't practical. Is there a way to delete them all in one go?
Again - this is on the iPad mini, NOT laptop/desktop. I know how to do it on my MBP but can't find anything out there for the bulk deletion on the iPad.

Any idea how the addresses "synced" on there to begin with? Surely there's an "unsync" feature?

How do I export addresses from a sent email to a group vcard?

I sent many of my existing contacts an email and now want to group those contacts in a vcard. They are all already in my address book but as there are several hundred contacts that I want to group together, I don't want to do this one by one. Does anyone know if it can be done using my sent emails? And if not, is there a quick way to do this?

The tweaking comes after you have a working csv file which you don't yet. Just to be sure, here's what I did to get mine: In Earthlink webmail, click Preferences -> Address Book Tab -> Import/Export Address Contacts -> Export Address Book. Hopefully that presents you with this dialog box:
I did Save File, not Open, and put it on my desktop. Then launch Apple Address Book -> File -> Import, and navigate to your desktop and select the csv file. It has to have ".csv" at the end of the name as the correct file type. If you do all that and still get the same error message, something else is wrong. If it's still bad, check the csv file on your desktop, try to open it with Excel for Mac or some other spreadsheet program and you should see all the data - names, addresses if any, email addresses, etc.

simple question when i tap on picture and say share with email there is always couple of contacts in grey and i have sent email and it gone to both these people but i do not want to send and can not get rid of these two if i deleate another talkes it place and some times when i go to put person i want in box only few of contact appear i know there must be way to correct this but can not figure out

Thanks for the question.
The contacts in grey are recent contacts that you have sent emails to, they picture will not be sent to these contacts unless you press on the contact and add them to the "To" field.
These addresses will always appear, as they are quick suggestions.

Send as permission - how to tell who really sent it

When you give a user permission to send as another mailbox, is there a way to tell who really sent a given message? Is there a header? Is a record stored somewhere on the server(s)?

As Vasil L suggested, you can enable mailbox audit logging to get the detailed information that who send a message as one user.
If I grant administrator send as permission to amy01, then administrator send a message as amy01, here is the result when running Search-MailboxAuditLog:

Firstly please don't post in capitals: it comes over as shouting and IS CONSIDERED RUDE (see what I mean ).
iCloud handles its own email: it has no relationship whatever with any other email service. You can set other email services up separately in the Mail app and application on your devices and Macs, but you will only get the result you want if they are IMAP services (where, as with iCloud, the emails reside on the server and are read from there by the various devices). Many services are POP, where accessing an email results in its being downloaded to the device and usually removed from the server, and either way round sent emails remain only on the device which sent them.
If Rogers are providing you with a POP service you should ask whether they can provide an IMAP one. If not your only option would be to find another email service which can (or use iCloud).
You could, by the way, Bcc all sent messages to your iCloud address - they would of course turn up in the Inbox but they would be accessible on all devices.

Sent email was moved to local failure and can't be found in folder "sent items"

I've a user who somtimes find that the email he sent out was not located in the folder "sent items", but in "local failures". My support team told me that such issue happened when there's sychronization conflicts, while my understanding
is that if both local and server have a same copy of message, then 2 user change the server copy and local copy through different way at the same time, a conflict occurs, but it didn't explain how could we can't find the email which we sent out in
the "sent items"? BTW the receiver could receive it. Even there's any conflict, one copy should still be remained in "sent items", so I don't understand why we could see the only copy in "local failures".

Which type of email account are you using? IMAP, POP3 or Exchange? This issue just happens to random emails, right?
Please try to use the Inbox Repair Tool to scan and repair your Outlook data file to check if it helps. See:

How do I save the addresses in a sent email as a Thunderbird list and how do I save a Thunderbird list in E

I just sent an email to to 50 people and would like to save those email addresses as a list in Thunderbird.
How do I do that?
And how do I save an address List in Thunderbird in an Excel spreadsheet? (I can do the reverse -- copy a column from Excel into a New List and it will create a List.)
I am involved in a nonprofit and these issues are very important in terms of managing email mailings, etc.

A Mailing List is a sub list of an address book
An address book can have more than one Mailing List..
Any contact in an address book which has a valid email address, can be placed in a Mailing List.

Then in the header of an email you sent where it says TO and lists the contacts.
click on one of those email address/contact name and from the drop down selection choose:
'SAve recipients addresses' > 'as list(all)'
A pop up appears with all the names listed
make sure you have selected the correct address book under which the list will appear.
give the list a name
click on OK
You should then see a sub list under the selected address book in 'Address Book'.
You can save any address book.
Select the address book
Tools > Export
choose where to save
Give filename
Save as type 'comma separated .csv
click on Save,
This csv file can be opened by Excel

Hint:how to resent a previously-sent email

Apologies if this trick has already been posted, but just figured put something I found useful.
Occasionally,I want to resend an email to a different recipient. This is especially true since we have no BCC ability (yet...).
Here's how to do it:
(1) go to Sent items folder
(2) select the message you want to resend
(3) select the little "move to folder" icon at the bottom of the screen
(4) move it to the "Drafts" folder
(5) go to the Drafts folder and open the message
(6) edit the recepient(a) and/or body and resend
Sort of a poor man's BCC and copy/paste

Didn't think about that part. I have POP and somehow inadvertently ended up with a Drafts folder.
I think if this phone wasn't so AMAZING people wouldn't have such high-expectations of what it should be able to do.
So hoping Apple is going to surprise all the iPhone owners out there in a month or so with a software update that adds some significant functionality (like cut & pasting and memo syncing, to mention a few...)
