How to assign qualifications to positions?

How to assign qualifications to the positions for the purpose of profile match up?

In PO13 there exists the possibility to assign relationships from
positions to qualifications, but therefore you have to maintain the
relationships 031 and 032 for positions with qualifications/requirements
in table T777E. So please check if you have following entries there:
S A031/A032 Q and
Q B031/B032 S
Then in PO13 when adding a new relationship, you can choose the object
type Qualifications and assign the right one to the position.

    Hi Gopi,
    You can certainly create a new relationship between the Org.Unit objects (O) and Quelification objects (Q), but this customization will not resolve your request.
    That is because the system only resolve the inheritance of qualifications between functions objects (C) and positions (S), but no between org. units and positions.
    The right steps are assign the quelification to the functions of the positions you have in the organizational unit you want to update.
    If you have no created enough functions or not use it at all, you can make a batch input via transaction PP02 to assign qualifications to positions in a massive process.

    Hi Harleen
    As you know, we have both Standard and Structural authorizations in SAP HR
    1. Standard Authorization
    If you want to assign Standard Authorizations to a Position, you need to create Relationship b/w Object type S and AG (You need to have authorization to PFCG T code in this case)
    I am not very sure if SAP has provided any standard program to assign the Standard Authorizations which are avaialble against a position to a User.
    2. If you want to assign Structural Authorizations to a Position and in turn to a User
    Create Structural authorization profiles in OOSP, assign the same to position by creating Infotype 1017 for a Position and run RHPROFL0 program to update the same to the USER (T77UA) who is occupying the position (A008 Relationship b/w S & P and IT 0105 against P)

    I have to load distinct values of note1 and note2 in to array and assigned the array index of that note1 and note2 values and on the page footer i have to print distinct note1 and note2. would like to see at the page footer like above.  I allready figer out how to load the distinct note1 and note2 values in array but i am not able to print the Not1Arrayindex and Note2Arrayindex value in the report. I am not sure how to print out the arrayindex values based on the array value.

    I have to assigned the array index value like 1,2,3,4,5 and at the page footer
    I have to load the N1 and N2 database value in to one array and then show then array index value next to it and at the page footer I have to show corresponding array index with index value.

    We dont assign the Cost Centre to positon directly
    We assign the Cost Centre to the Org Unit
    later while assigning the Position to the Org Unit  the cost Centre will auotmatically gets defaul to Positions which belongs to that Org Unit
    try thru tcode PP01  give ur Object id of ur org unit and select Cost Centre Assigment infotype  gibve the dates
    ther give the Relationship A 011  and select ur Cost Centre  (K) 
    or u can also do thru Expert Mode P010 also
    Check this one and let me know if there is anything else

    Hi,
         Use the PPM toolkit class CL_CRM_PPM_UM_TOOLKIT. You can use the method You can use the method GET_ASSIGNMENTS_OF_USER which returns positions held by an user(user name).  You may also find the method GET_POSITION_OF_USER useful. It accepts username and the organization ID and will return the positions held by the user under that organization.
      This class always uses the current plan (01). If you want otherwise, you can use the FM RH_STRUC_GET. As to how this FM should be used, look inside the above said methods.

    I tried to upload the qualifications using BDC, but that is not working then I tried using PP01 & PP02 also for Infotype 1001 but what ever that is maintained there it is not displaying in IT24 or in profile
    Pls suggest me any better way so that i can upload all the master data.

    OM and PA is integrated.
    When I hire an employee to position 99999999, the cost center field in infotype 0001 is an output field, can't be manually maintained.
    I wanna assign an cost center to this employee in infotype 0001, not 0027 or 0315 or else, what to do?
    Is it configurable?

    Is there some misunderstanding here?  The position 99999999 is normally the default position that a person gets when he is not integrated (eg. he leaves the company).  Normally you can maintain KOSTL when a person gets this position - even with integration switched on.  This is because the default position does not have a corresponding position in OM.
    You should never give a person this position upon hiring.  Then you should assign a real position, and the KOSTL will be transferred from the Cost Center of that position in OM. (Again presuming integration is switched on).

    We have a custom program which will add / delete attributes (In transaction PPOSA_BBP). It is working fine for users which were assigned with CP relation But it fails for users which doesnu2019t have CP relation (since we are getting the position of users form HRP1001 then we are retrieving the existing attributes based on the position after that updating the attributes) as we are getting the position from HRP1001 it fails for users were no CP relation.
    Help us how to get the Useru2019s position when the user doesnu2019t have CP relation. Suggest us any function module or how to query the HRP1001 or some other table if exists

    Have a look at these tables.
    Using table BUT000 the central business partner data are stored, f.e. partner type, partner names, partner number, partner guid, person number, etc. In table BUTBKK the bank data to a business partner are stored.
    Central business partner address data
    The table ADRC is used for the address of a business partner. Table BUT020 links the business partner number with the address number. Using table BUT021 several addresses to a business partner with different usages (modes), f.e. correspondence or delivery address, can be stored. The personal data of a business partner person are stored with key person number in table ADRP. The person number is assignd to a business partner person in table BUT000. Communication data of business partners as e-mail, telephone, fax, etc. are stored in the tables ADDR1 u2013 ADDR12. The business address of a contact person or an employee consists of the organization address (company resp. org.-unit) and of an address addition, which describes f.e. a building, a room number, etc. The address addition is stored in table ADCP and is identified by the keys address number of the organization address and person number.
    Relationships between business partners
    Table BUT050 contains the relationships between a business partner organization and a business partner person using relation types. The relation types are defined in table TBZ9, f.e. the relation type u2018has employeeu2019 corresponds to identifier u2018BUR010u2019, the relation type u2018has contact personu2019 corresponds to identifier u2018BUR001u2019. Table BUT051 stores communication data of a contact person relationship (compare to table ADCP). Table BUT052 stores several address numbers to one business partner relationship (including a standard flag).

    I have this scenario from the client where a QA-GM hold 2 positions of Quality Assurance Manager & Quality Controll manager.
    I have INDIA Payroll to be run.when i hire the person 0001 i have hired the QA MGR position as primary position assignment,what about QC Manager position i am wondering how to go about assigning the QC position to the GM as well & what are the possible impact i am going to face at the time of payroll run.the percentage distribution would be QA MGR-60% & QC MGR-40 % for 3 to 4 months.
    Can i expect to have some knowledge sharing on the same,how to go about the same.
    I need to update the client on this .

    I can only think this is a problem with the DHCP scopes or something?
    Are the phones getting their leases from the router or from another source as this may explain why rebooting it didn't help?
    Also, what version of code are you using on the router?

    Hi Jayesh
    You cannot maintain Employee hierarchy in CRM, but you can maintain only different positions at different levels. When you assign emplyees to a position, the employees will have a User id assigned to them which will determine who is what (referring to HR structure)
    My suggestion is create different positions at the same level of organizational unit, that doesnt mean one is superior/ subordinate than other (Unless you have different Org Hierarchies)
    But if you have a situation where you will have to use employee hierarchy (example:" workflows) you will have to assign more attributes at each position like approval amounts or any other differentiation rules in which case again it has to refer to HR structure by thier ID's given in the BP record

    We created, qualification catalog, QK, and Qualifications via OOQA. Then created Qualification Categories,  via SPRO-Talent Mgmt and Talent Development-qualifications in Talent Management.
    Now need to assign Qualifications to Qualification Categories, what should be the object ID in the table here?

    just 2 things, how do I select multiple entries via OOQA, I did, while staying in the HRP1001 table, I selected the multiple column button, this gave me the list of all QK IDs and then I marked Check on each row of all QK object Ids, hope this is what you meant, not going to OOQA tcode in separate session, please confirm, becasue, going via OOQA give the tree of QK objects with Qs under each QK.
    Secondly, should I delete SOBID Column before downloading entries to the excel, if so, how can I do it?
