How to automatically reprice sales order when value = $5000 ?

When the value of my sales order reaches $5000, I want to automatically reprice it at lesser prices.
-I have the higher and lower prices for each material. Do I set those up as value scales (vs. quantity)?
-How can I look at the value of the whole order - header condition? - and then reprice it when it hits $5000 ?
-Can this be automatically done or do I have to manually reprice the order?
Thanks for any suggestions.

If the sale order will have only one line item, then straight away, your requirement can be met by adding this logic in your existing routine of copy control.  On the other hand, if it contains multiple line items, then, I dont think, it will be an easy task.
Nevertheless, you can try with any of the following sale order user exits.
a)  User exits in the program MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK  (for header level check)
b)  User exits in the program MV45AFZZ  - USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP (for item level check)

  • How to summarize Open sales order credit value

    Hi, friends.
I am designing Add-on report about credit exposure.
I found the relevant tables of Credit Limit in FD32
    KNKK
    S066
    S067
Then, I would like to show the document details of open sales order credit value in the report.
I tried to summarize the open sales order amount from VBAK, VAUK, VBAP, VBUP.
However, it doest match to the amount in S066 table.
Can anyone tell us how to summarize Open sales order credit value from SD documents?
    Regards,
    Yu

    Sudheer,
You need to check the update rule given in the definition of the Credit control Area which you are using for credit management. If you want only the open deliveries then you need to have update rule 15 in the credit control area.
In the credit controal settings, you need to have settings for the credit check at the delivery level.
Hope this will solve your issue.

    Hi
I think you can try with Status Profile in BS02 define and assign for item category TANN.
In status profile you can block the delivery and also billing unless some changes the object status as released.
    Just try and explore

  • How To Automatically Create Planned Orders When Sales Order Is Saved

I have a MTO sceanrio where we need to create planned orders when sales orders are saved without running MRP.
I have the Planning Strategy Group set to 81 in the material master, but it didnt create the planned orders.
Could you tell me other settings I should review to make the planned orders create automatically?

    Tony,
At the "Requir. Classes" (OVZG) customizing screen, field "Automatic start of make-to-order in background mode" affects the automatic planning. See fields help doc. below.
If you select this indicator, the system automatically carries out
single-item, multi-level planning for a sales order if a sales order
item is either created or changed.
This function can only be used for make-to-order production.
So check out the Req. Cl that yr Req. type (req. type is part of a strategy).

  • Sales order net value

How and where the sales order net value will be communicate with credit management as a open order value?

    Hi Gopalal.,
The subtotal field A is related with credit managemnt in Pricing,In pricing if we want to caliculate the credit limit on only PR00 you can set subtotal A immediatly after A,If you want to caliculate Credit limit after dicounts then Subtotal A should be placed after discounts,
So Subtotal A is nothing but the values of the pricing are stored in A field which compares the credit limit in sales order
IMPORTANT thing is credit limit gets updated with the help Of INfo structure SO66 in OMO1
    REWARD if helpfull

    Hello,
what  would  be  the  best  way  to  exclude/include  the  freight  cost  condition  from  sales order  when  minimum  order value  is  not  reached?
    Thanks and  best regards

    Hi,
If you want to be it should be automatically then follow what RAM KI suggested, but without much more work you want do it manually then do as suggested below
Use the field USAGE at header >> under Sales tab
Create table with combination of Sales orgz and usage fileld and generate table
Assign this generated table to access sequence which is used in your frieght condition
Configure two usages as FRIEGHT include and FRIEGHT Exclude
Maintain condition record for the frieght condition with above combination
Now when you create sales order go header level and select usage as you select usage system will pull values from condition record for frieght.

  • Sales order minimum value issue

    Hello,
Could you please provide some inforamtion regarding the sales order minimum value infoarmtion like where we can maintain that value?
    Regards|ksr

    hi
You can specify a minimum order value for sales order processing. The following example illustrates how this function is used:
You specify a minimum order value of USD 200.
During sales order processing, the net value (after discounts and freight, before taxes) of an incoming order is USD 190.08.
During pricing, the system determines that the net value falls below the minimum order value and calculates a minimum-order-value surcharge. In this example, the surcharge equals USD 9.92.
The minimum order value and the surcharge appear as separate lines in the pricing screen. The minimum value is for information purposes only, and does not affect pricing. The system automatically adjusts the net value of the order (before taxes) to the minimum value allowed.
If you use minimum-order-value requirements, you must create condition records for condition type AMIW. In these condition records, you specify customers and the corresponding minimum order values. During pricing, the system automatically uses these condition records as a reference for determining the relevant minimum order surcharges (condition type AMIZ). In the standard version, condition type AMIZ refers to AMIW. This means that the system automatically calculates values for AMIZ conditions; you do not need to create separate condition records.
You may want to specify minimum order values by sales organization or division instead of by customer. In order to do this, your system administrator must define a new condition table with the appropriate fields in the table key. The condition table can then be included in the access sequence for condition type AMIW.

  • BOM not exploding in Sales order & Net Value error

    Hello Dear all,
    I have created a product "A" with BOM items 10, 20 & 30.
Item cat. Gr for "A" is ERLA & for 10, 20 & 30 is LUMF.
    I have also created BOM with these 3 matls. (ie 10, 20 & 30).
When processing Sales Order Item cat. appeared in SO for "A" is TAP & for other 3 is TAN. "A" shows the price maintained for it, but not showing Net Value at Header level data in SO.
Also document is incomplete because of Net value for Items 10, 20 & 30.
I don?t want price of 10, 20 & 30 should display in SO at Item level
Can anyone suggest the required setting?
    Thanks
    Shan

    hi,
For BOM mainly two material groups are used.
    LUMF and ERLA.
If you used ERLA in the main material which consists of different materials then the pricing would be carried out only for the main item, while the other sub items pricing would not be displayed.
while if you use LUMF then the main material would not be priced but only the sub items would be relevant for pricing the the total of all the sub items forms the basis of the sales order net value.
regarding the net value error you can just check the pricing configuration for the steps and sub total.
    regards,
    Siddharth.

  • CST or VAT determination automatically in sales order

    Dear all,
I want to determine the CST or VAT both in a single sales order for different Items based on plant regions and customer region.
for more details let me give you an example.
    I have,
               2 plants - A(Maharashtra), B(Delhi)
               Customer - X (Delhi), Y (UP)
               Material - M
now I create an order for customers X and Y with the same material M
    Scenario 1
    SP - X (Delhi)
                 -Matl <----->  Plant  <--
    >  Taxes
                 -M    <----->  A (MH) <----->  CST
    Scenario 2
    SP - X (Delhi)
                -Matl <----->  Plant  <--
    >  Taxes
                 -M    <----->  B (DL) <----->  VAT
    Scenario 3
    SP - Y (UP)
                -Matl <----->  Plant  <--
    >  Taxes
                 -M    <----->  A (MH) <----->  CST
    Scenario 4
    SP - Y (UP)
                 -Matl <----->  Plant  <--
    >  Taxes
                 -M    <----->  B (DL) <----->  CST
Are the above scenarios possible automatically?
what kind of  settings required in the pricing procedure and how the Condition records should be maintained?
If I am giving any wrong example technically.
Just suggest me the settings in pricing procedure and condition record maintenance
to determine CST or VAT for the same material depending on the different combinations of Customer Region (State) and Plant Region(State)
Thanks alot in advance for the time spent and helping me out by solutions.

    Hi
It can be determined automatically in sales order
but for this you have to maintain in Material master (CST & VAT maintain the Tax classification)
and also for the Customer master cst & vat tax classification
create condition table for both the condition types with fields
    Country/PlntRegion/Region/TaxCl2Cust/TaxCl.2Mat
maintain the condition records as per the matrix combination

  • How to create a Sales Order

    Hi Guys,
Any one tell me how to create a Sales Order. What are the Mandatory parameters we need to pass while creating. Thanks in advance.
    Thanks
    Kiran.B

    Hello kiran,
<b>**REMEMBER: please do reward points for good answers**</b>
    1.      Create sales order
This process step can be triggered as follows:
The customer accepts the quotation and places an order.
You create a sales order with reference to a quotation. For more information, see Structure link processing Quotations. The system copies the items from the quotation.
You create a sales order. This is also possible without performing the previous steps.
           2.      Enter products
You enter products requested by customers.
    Note
If necessary, you can configure products again for every item of the sales order. You can find more information in the business scenario variant Structure linkQuotation and Order Management (Configure-to-Order) and under Structure linkProduct Configuration in the Sales Transaction.
           3.      Check availability, schedule order and create requirements
The system triggers an availability check and scheduling in SAP APO for every order item in SAP CRM. The confirmed quantities and dates are confirmed by SAP APO to SAP CRM, and saved in the sales order (see Structure linkAvailability Check in the Sales Order). At the same time, a customer requirement is created in SAP APO.
    Note
You can also execute the availability check in SAP R/3. You can find more information under Structure linkAvailability Check with SAP R/3.
           4.      Maintain and determine conditions
The system determines the prices and the value of individual items. If necessary, you can process these. For more information, see Structure linkPricing.
           5.      Perform credit check
SAP R/3 executes a credit check based on the results of pricing in SAP CRM. The result of the credit check is confirmed in SAP CRM, and saved as the credit status at item level. For more information, see Structure linkAutomatic Credit Check.
           6.      System replicates sales order
After the sales order has been saved in SAP CRM, complete and without errors, it is replicated for logistics processing in SAP R/3. Order data is transferred together with confirmed scheduling lines to SAP R/3.
           7.      System receives sales order
After replication to SAP R/3, you can change the sales order in SAP CRM and SAP R/3. You can find more information on this under Structure linkData Exchange for Sales Transactions: CRM Enterprise - SAP R/3
           8.      Send order confirmation to customer
You can send the order confirmation either electronically, or in print to the customer. You can find more information under Structure linkSales Order Confirmation by E-Mail.
           9.      Monitor status of order
    Regards
    Ak

  • Error in sales order when selecting a warranty item in configurator 'Please enter required information - Service Reference Type Code'

Error in sales order when selecting a warranty item in configurator 'Please enter required information - Service Reference Type Code'
Not able to book the sales order because of this issue

Order Management does not support the inclusion of optional service items in a configured Model BOM (see Support article #1296751.1 for more detail).  Allowing for such would therefore require customization.
As you've found, there's no modeling restriction that prevents you from creating a Model BOM that includes optional service items, nor is there any problem with creating a Configurator Model for it.  And required service items (such as a warranty item that is a required child of an optional BOM component) do not present a problem; they have nothing to do with Configurator, and would never appear as sub-lines in OM.  The problem arises in OM, which requires that any service item be "associated" to the item it's "servicing".  OM does not automatically make such an association with service sub-lines, even though it might be argued that an association may be inferred by the BOM structure (i.e., OM does not assume that an optional service sub-line is necessarily associated, from a service standpoint, with its BOM parent).  OM customization is therefore required in order to hook any service item up to its corresponding product item.  Many customers who configure service along with product have implemented such a customization.
(Another gap in such a solution that may be relevant to you is that for an included optional service item requiring recurring billing, Order Management does not create the requisite Service Contract.  Customers have likewise developed customizations to address this, as well.)
As this is not specifically a Configurator matter (you could have created your order without using Configurator at all, and you would have experienced the exact same behavior), please do not take my explanation as being either authoritative or comprehensive (I am a Configurator expert, and only knowledgeable enough about Order Management to be dangerous).  It would be advisable for you to seek more detailed information/recommendations from the Order Management forum.

    Hi Gurus,
How to pull the sale order number to the accounting document.
Is any configuration needed to this.
When i run the FBL5N Repoprt ,Sale order number (Sales document) is not getting updated to accounting document. It is diplaying as blank field.

    Hi Shivaji,
In order to display the Sales document in the customer line item report, you need to add it as a special field thorugh customizing settings.
Path - SPRO - FA-GL Accounting - GL Accounts - Line Items - Define special fields for finding and sorting data and in that select the table BSEG-and field VBEL2 (Sales document) and save/
This will work. hope this helsp
