How to block displaying message "Save changes to file 'Test1' " in BEx?

Hello, dear colleagues!
Do You know how to block displaying message "Save changes to file 'Test1' " in BEx?
I need some BEx setting which can block it and make it the same way as You close common Excel workbook without any changes made to it after opening e.g. without any messages, just clicking the cross.

from time to time i am working with macroses, but they are not good for the report's reliability.
maybe You have some example of such macros?
UPDATE:
I have tried to edit event, called WorkbookBeforeClose in module BExEventHandler, adding there such a line:
Application.DisplayAlerts = False
but no result. maybe there are some other ways of solving this problem?

How to promt user to save changes when changing non-database fields?

I have a form with two tabs. The datablock Block_1 on tab_2 is based on a database view. But all the displayed items of Block_1 are non-database items. Whenever a user changes some items in Block_1 and presses save button, the values from non_db items get copied to the db_items (based on view) and commit_form is called. This works fine.
But the problem here is: after changing some items in block_1, if the user navigates to some other option/form from the menu , the form doesnt promt the user to 'save the changes' and all the changes made are lost. How can I fix that?

How To Block a User From Changing Total Field In AR Invoice

Hi all,
I would like to find out how to block a user from being able to change the total field at the bottom right hand side of the AR Invoice. Currently if a user creates an invoice and is still busy in that invoice they can adjust the total field which in turn will update the discount field as well.
Is this simply an authorization issue or am I going to have to do it in the transaction notification?
We are using SAP Business One PL 30 currently.

Please review by note again -This is by system design .
I don't know why you are so worried abt this because by setting up discount max ,if user cannot post the document ,that means it is not in the system ,no matter they change multiple times in the fields .
But I think your scenario is different ,
You are copying with certain discount from Delivery to AR invoice and i think you don't want user to change the discount field , then you can solve your issue by using approval or sp_notification
If you really want it to be greyed out ,I think you might have to go through by SDK or Boyum addon.

You have a fantastic phone, joy3141. I double checked features for the iPhone 5 and confirmed there's not a way to block messages from a specific contact without blocking calls too. Our Call & Message Blocking http://vz.to/MqEgqB is a great way to block unwanted contact from specific numbers, but it would block both calls & messages. Save changes to file

I am using Lightroom 2.1 on Vista.
Afer I am done developing a set of pictures how do I get the edits to save to the file so that I can upload the pictures to facebook?

I have no idea. I have never done facebook. My students do it a lot but I guess this is one of those generational things that I don't understand at all (it annoys the hell out of me). I use Jeffrey's outstanding flickr and smugmug export plugins and they work beautifully so I assume his facebook plugin must be outstanding as well.

I'm running in a issue related to changing the file permission under Linux environment. I'm using Suse 10.0 Linux and run jdk 1.5 java runtime.
I want to create a file during execution time and change the permission of the same. I use File.createNewFile() API to create file. By default it does not have all the 3 permission (read,write,execute) for all the user ( user,owner,group). Through program I have to change the file permission ( equal to execute ,chmod 777 filename).I donot want to use runtime.exec() with chmod as the argument , since it creates a process to change the permission which may impact the performance. I want to try FilePermission class , by giving filename and permission as the argument. But it is not changing the permission . Could any one faced this problem ?
If any body guides me, how to change the permission of the file under Linux using FilePermission class , it would be helpful.

How do I set the Umask prior to starting the program
? Could pls explain in steps.I don't think umask can help you. The mode mask prevents permission bits from being set when a file is created, but does not force any bits to be set. So if execute permission is not set explicitly when a file is created, umask will do nothing about it.
But if you want more information about umask, see the man page for your shell script (sh, csh, etc.) or "man 2 umask".

I am curious as how to prompt the user to save the changes thay made to the data on the layout if they decide to navigate away from the page.
Any suggestions?

They can use Acrobat to save the form.
If they only have Adobe Reader, they need to Reader extend the form, to enable Adobe Reader to save the form with data.

I download an ID rext file, make changes, save. How do I get it uploaded so that when I download to work again my changes are not lost? Should I be keeping the file on my desktop, working, saving, and uploading to Cloud when closed? I am so confused.

count type c.

I am using following message but above 9 it will not display number. when i am taking count type i then it is giving error count should be c,n d t.

The type of count should be i.
But for using concatenate statement you should need type c.
So in the describe statement use the type of count as i.
Declare one more variable of type c and length 6 and move the value of count in it and then use thsi variable in concatenate statement.
take length as 6 if you feel that the records in the table may not cross 999999 else increase the lenght.

Did you find the place choosing the options? I didn't remenber them all, you can try to search these options.If you want to change the default value of this option, you can go to System Administration --> System Configuration --> Service Configuration --> Applications --> com.sap.portal.epcf.loader --> services --> epcfloader. Set the value of Workprotect.mode.default, which default is 1, and other three options are related to 2, 3, 4.
