i am not aware of any feature in XD01/XD02/XD03 that will allow you to automatically block the customer. however, there are settings in credit management that can propose a risk category for new customers which can have block settings.
if this interests you, please check IMG > ENTERPRISE STRUCTURE > DEFINITION > FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING > DEFINE CREDIT CONTROL AREA.

A hug, Murilo.I believe you are referring to thumbnail image rectangles as customers on page ? not exactly customer database ?
You can add rectangle with different effects with mouse rollover state and regarding adding new ones , you would need to do that manually in design mode .

For option: "install new versions automatically", we can simply prevent it via GPO or registry (the registry entry can also be deployed via GPO)

How to block a partner customer from transaction posting
Dear Experts,
Please suggest/advice how to block a partner customer from transaction posting,As we have two customer categories defined 1.Parent customer 2.Child customer.One parent customer has several child customers and they are assigned in partner function part of the child master record.We have defined the parent customers for reporting purpose only,not for any transactions to be done.
So please suggest how can we block those parent codes from being transacted directly.We wan them only for reporting purpose.
Can we do the restriction on account group level or we have to make a validation for this.
Please advice.

You need to Block customer against posting -> Transaction FD05 (you can choose foe selected company or for all)
You can block also directly the invoice/payment in the document
Or define some tolerance limits and system block automatically

Is there a way to have the new ipad automatically connect to Wi-Fi or AT&T depending on what is available? For instance, I have the new ipad connected to the wi-fi in my office. While driving to work I connect using the AT&T network. When I walk into my office it does not automatically switch over to wi-fi. I have to physically go into settings and turn cellular off so that it doesn't use my AT&T data while I'm in a location that can use wi-fi. I am curious because my phone (not iphone) is connected to my wi-fi also and it automatically connects when I walk into my office so all my calls are free and then when the wi-fi signal is not in range is automatically goes back to the cellular network so I don't ever lose coverage. Can I set up the ipad to do that?
That is how your ipad is designed to work.
Maybe try resetting network settings. If all else fails you can do a back up and restore as new to be certain there is no issue with your software. -

How to create a new custom tag in JSF 1.2

In JSF 1.2, all the classes (CommandButtonTag, CommandLinkTag, DataTableTag,...) in package com.sun.faces.taglib.html_basic are defined as final class. In JSF 1.1, we can create a custom tag that extends the tag in JSF taglib; it save us lots of time.
Could anybody know how to create a new custom tag in JSF 1.2?

EmilyIf I recall, it was done because how tags were to be handled in 1.2 was very different from 1.1 and it was felt that developers shouldn't rely on implementation specific classes (unless they were SPI) for several other reasons (application portability being the big one here).
If it's felt that this was the wrong decision, please feel free to log an issue [1] against the RI (to date, no one has).
As to the 'borked' dependency URLs, please log an issue [1] if you find these. We have nightly builds going that work from a clean workspace and checking today's result, it seems ok.

How to get the new dependency SCA's related to 7.4 version with out upgrading NWDI server

We are in process of upgrading the custom webdynpro and portal components to SAP Portal 7.4.
I saw in some discussions that, we don't need to upgrade NWDI , we need to install new JDK version(1.6) to map that jdk to the new track for migrating the custom component to new track.
But i have questions related to NWDI track dependency files.
When i create new track to support 7.4 components need to be available in the respective track.
we have central SLD and we create all the product and custom software components in that SLD(7.01) itself , To create the custom software component in SLD , i add required dependency files. once the software component is ready, when i create the track in nwdi system i will be able to fetch the custom software component in nwdi system by click on cms update.
But now i need following new new dependency software component versions in SLD related to 7.4 for creating new software component to those dependency's to support the new track in NWDI.
EP_BUILDT
SAP-JEE
SAP_BUILDT
SAP_JTECHS
But my SLD server version is : 7.01 version.
so do i need to upgrade the SLD server to 7.4 get the latest dependent SCA's or just need import new SLD content in SLD server to add new custom software component to create?
kindly advice how to get the new software components in SLD without upgrading the NWDI & SLD system to 7.4

But i am not able to find the following two SCA's related to 7.4 version. I am able to find the rest of the SCA's. I able to see only 7.02 version related to following dependency files.

SAP_JTECHS
SAP-EU (CA EU) ( having only 7.01, 7.02, 7.10, 7.11 and 7.20) related to Guided procedures.
Did they changed any naming conventions related to these software components? if so what are new software compnents names to use

We have a service request where we need a new user status, but I have in a productive system service requests created already.
We customized the new user status for the transaction type that we are using, but how to retrieve in the old business transactions created this new user status?
Is there a way to insert the new customizing in old transactions? Is possible to force by some ABAP code to insert the new user status in some old business transactions?

VikramQuery for your responsibility in Oracle Apps., and grab the Menu attached to it.
Query for this menu in Oracle Apps, can view its sub-menus and page functions attached. You can also view the hierarchy tree.
Now in this tree, position your new menu (that you want to create). Query to the parent menu (to which you want this new menu to be a child of) and create the new menu into it. Attach the page function/sub-menu to your new menu.
For a better understanding, look into the section "Implementing the View" (Menus and Page Security part) of the Dev. Guide. -

It is not the total invoice which is equal to zero but only one post.
As I explained it at first the problem is the following one:
In the rules of copy we use the field " Pricing type " with the value " C = Copy manual pricing elements and redetermine the others ".
he order is complete and the price of the post is not equal to zero.
+During the invoicing the system makes a new search for the prices in the tables of conditions.
If the condition does not exist in the date of invoice the post takes the zero value.
I look for a solution to block the creation of the invoice if a post only is equal to zero after the updating of the prices.

a) The procedure is as follows:
1. Create Depreciation area via OADB.
2. Activate Depreciation area via OAYZ.
3. Automatic opening of new depreciation are via AFBN and program
RAFABNEW :
3.1 Indicator: Leave values initial = not ticked.
Do not set this indicator if you want the system
to copy the values from depreciation area 01.
3.2 Indicator: Leave values initial = ticked.
Set this indicator if you want to open the newly created
depreciation area without any values i.e. blank.
4. Recalculate depreciation via AFAR and program RAAFAR00.
b) Helpful notes:

301113 (Restrictions of RAFABNEW)
421549 (RAFABNEW: Error with closed fiscal years)
