Hi
Please tell me
How to call ethod in AppModuleImpl from other bean?
I have created method in AppModuleImpl
public String callFuncWithArgs(String p_company, String p_division, String p_user, String p_wrkord_type,
String p_service_type, String p_HOLD_CODE_TYPE) {
return (String)callStoredFunction(VARCHAR2, "WS_tran.Margin_TO_USER(?,?,?,?,?,?)",
new Object[] { p_company, p_division, p_user, p_wrkord_type, p_service_type,
p_HOLD_CODE_TYPE });
This method is working after run APPModule. But I want to call this method from SparesTEOImpl class and
public boolean validateUnitPrice(int unitprice) {
//want to call here AppModuleImpl
callFuncWithArgs(String p_company, String p_division, String p_user, String p_wrkord_type,
                                   String p_service_type, String p_HOLD_CODE_TYPE) here
Please tell me how to call , I wrote in following ways but I got error...
public boolean validateUnitPrice(int unitprice) {
String margin=appImpl.callFuncWithArgs("00004","SDWSG", "S1","CSH", "SP","M");
System.out.println("Output"+margin);
return margin;
After that I got the following error.

  • How to pass a internal table into Java Bean

    Hi Experts,
    I created a JSPDyn page to display Sales orders form R/3 using bapi_sales_order_getlist.
    I used JCO to establish connectivity between JSP Dynpage and R/3. I executed the bapi successfully, i want to move the sales orders retrieved from the Bapi to a Java Bean. So that i can use the bean to populate the value as a table.
    with regards,
    James.
    Valuable answers will be rewarded.....

    Hi Bala,
    If you want to pass this internal table between different methods of the same view then write the contents of this internal table to a context node of your view using BIND_TABLE. You can then read the contents of this internal table from the other method using the reference of that node & the GET_STATIC_ATTRIBUTES_TABLE method.
    However if you want to pass the internal table between methods of different views then create a context node at the COMPONENTCONTROLLER level & then do a context mapping of this node to your local views context in both your views. You can follow the same BIND_TABLE & GET_STATIC_ATTRIBUTES_TABLE methods approach.

    Please help me.
    Adavanced Thanks,
    Mahendra

    You can use the java.io API to read (and write) files. Use BufferedReader to read the CSV file line by line. Use String#split() to split each line into an array of parts which were separated by comma (or semicolon). If necessary run some escaping of quotes. Finally collect all parts in a two-dimensional List of Strings or a List of Javabeans.

    Regards,

    Hi,
    You mean accessing ABAP functions from J2EE perspective, then I think we can do this by using SAP Java Resource Adapter and also through webservices.
    SAP Java Resource Adapter (SAP JRA) can be used as an add-on for the SAP JCo SAP JRA enables the implementation of standard interfaces from diverse J2EE servers to the SAP JCo in the SAP Web AS. The SAP JRA thus simplifies
    communication with ABAP within heterogeneous J2EE landscapes.
    Go through the following links which has Good documentation on how to achieve this

  • Changing Java class into Java Bean

    Can anybody tell me how to change a Java class into simple Java Bean.I dont need any visual interface of Java Bean.I simply want to turn my Java class into Java Bean.

    You can use almost any class as a java bean.
    To be a bean it must
    1 - Have a constructor which takes no arguments (so it can be instantiated)
    2 - For properties/attributes which you want to have readable/writable, provide get / set methods of the appropriate type.
    Thats it.

  • How to call a C program in java PACKAGE

    am trying to call a method implemented in C from java.
    I followed the instructions of sun.java.com tutorial for the simple example of HelloWorld. It works fine.
    BUT, when I try to do the same in a package, I run into a lot of trouble. I did the following :
    1. Created HelloWorld.java in a package GUI/ and compiled it
    package GUI;
    import java.io.*;
    class HelloWorld {
    public native void displayHelloWorld();
    static {
    System.loadLibrary("hello");
    // Call native method through this from other classes
    public void callinghello() {
    callip();
    public static void main(String[] args) {
    new HelloWorld().displayHelloWorld();
    2. javah -jni HelloWorld -- to create HelloWorld.h
    3. wrote HelloWorldImp.c
    4. g++ -Wall -shared -I/usr/lib/j2sdk1.3/include -I/usr/lib/j2sdk1.3/include/linux HelloWorldImp.c -o libhello.so
    -- compiled and created .so file
    5. Set the package directory in Classpath, path and LD_LIBRARY_PATH
    6. When it is run java GUI.HelloWorld
    I get this error
    Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: OrionGUI/HelloWorld
    Can anyone help me. If you have any links to how to call native methods in package, please let me know. Thanks.

    GOT IT !!!
    I had to change the name of the method in .h file generated by javah command. On doing
    javac -d ../../classes HelloWorld.java
    go to the ../../classes directory (where you have the class file) and do
    javah HelloWorld
    I got a HelloWorld.h file in which I had
    JNIEXPORT void JNICALL Java_HelloWorld_display(JNIEnv *, jobject);
    I added the package name too:
    JNIEXPORT void JNICALL Java_GUI_HelloWorld_display(JNIEnv *, jobject);
    The HelloWorldImp.c file should have the same name (ie with package) and be in the same directory(ie ../../classes)
    compile and build the shared library to get "libhello.so" file
    gcc -c -fPIC -I/usr/lib/j2sdk1.3/include -I/usr/lib/j2sdk1.3/include/linux HelloWorldImp.c
    gives .o file
    gcc -shared -o libhello.so HelloWorldImp.o
    gives .so file
    then run java with the command in my first message. It works.
    Thanks for the reply "thedracle".

  • How to Call third party Jar into Application

    Hi Can any Expert help ?
    I want to put third party Jar into my application but i have some problem occur.
    1. how to call jar with parameter in application ?
    2. when i exit the third party jar task, it will exit my main task too. How to set my main tast exit stats standalone ?
    3. I have over 10 jar files in one application, how can i set a classpath for client to call JNLP, instread of load all jar to client before run.
    Thanks.
    Sanki Poon ([email protected])

    1) Sounds like you are trying to launch the third party from it's application main instead of using it as an API How does your code interact with it or is that not important?. You don't call a jar, you load a class. You could use a exec http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/api/java/lang/Runtime.html to run the java launcher and pass it all it's command line stuff(But this may not be possible security wise via WebStart).
    2) if it is launched in the same JVM and it calls a System.exit there is nothing you can do about your app closing too. It would need to be in another instance of the JVM
    3) Under the resources tag you can have as many jar tags as needed.
        <resources>
            <j2se version="1.5.0" java-vm-args="-esa -Xnoclassgc"/>
            <jar href="/jsf-wita/apps/MathMLWebEditor.jar"/>
        </resources>
