Please give me the solution.
Tanks ,
Arabinda Pal

Hi,
Close SAP on server and client machines.
follow below steps:
Always take a full backup before a detach.
Detach the database, delete/rename the log file, attach the database - this will create a minimum size log file.
Note that the log file must be deleted/renamed otherwise it will be re-used even though it is not mentioned in the attach.
Enterprise manager
Right click on the database, All tasks, Detach database, OK.
Delete/rename the disk log file.
Right click on databases, All tasks, Attach database, Select the .mdf file, OK, Yes (to the create new log message).
t-sql
sp_detach_db [dbname]
Delete/rename the disk log file.
sp_attach_single_file_db [dbname], [filename]
where [filename] is the name of the physical data file (.mdf).
Thanks,
Neetu

  • How to change font attributes on multiple paths at once?

I am trying to change font size on multiple paths at once but as soon as I select them the font options become unavailable (greyed out).
Is it possible to do it?

Willi is essentially correct but I think his message is being drowned out by the allcaps enthusiasm
If you select multiple paths with the Selection tool (the black arrow) then you cannot alter type formatting directly. Seasoned InDesign users rarely manipulate type by direct formatting; instead we apply a paragraph style to all of the type, and then change the paragraph style. If all the text on those paths was marked with the same paragraph style, then you could just change the style.
You could do it other ways, but they're all suboptimal. For instance, if all of your text-on-path was set at 11 points, and no other type was set at 11 points anywhere in your document, you could use Find/Change to specify a Find Format and a Change Format under More Options. If all of the paths were marked with the same Object Style, then you could make a new Paragraph Style and specify it in the Object Style.
But if you drew those paths by hand, then they have the Basic Graphics Frame object style applied (like everything else you drew in the document) and if you didn't style the text then every bit of text has the Basic Paragraph style applied (like every other bit of text in the document). So you're either going to do it by hand, or... you're going to follow Willi's allcaps advice.

  • How to change/apply new home folder path to 350+ users?

    quick intro:
...had a screwy server, planned a rebuild.
added all active users to a specific group.
Exported said group, exported ALL users, exported anything I could think of!
Have vanilla built 10.4.10 server, few teething probs with a DNS glitch, think I'm over it...
not 100 percent sure, but 4 users I've tested appear to be working.
imported specific group, didnt show any members.
Had to import ALL users before they populated, unfortunatley ALL users appear to have active accounts, only want specific group active
    (was I expecting to much?)
In a bid to tidy up home dirs, correct privelages etc.
is there a simple way to apply the same privs to hundreds of folders rather than selecting each one?
I basically want <user> as the owner, <admin> as the group, everyone else none.
Also need to change/apply a new home dir path to 350plus users
What is the easiest way to do this?

Use the Search feature in WGM (upper right icon). If you want to apply a setting to say all users in the group "Teachers" and the GID is 100 then you would search and "Group ID IS 100. Check the box preform a batch edit. Now make any changes you want and save. WGM will prompt you with a list of users the change will apply to. Also if you don't check the box you will see a list of all users in that group, you can use this to delete all the members of another group OR export only the members in a group (highlight them all after a search).

I basically want <user> as the owner, <admin> as the group, everyone else none.
The following terminal command will apply privileges to every folder inside the current folder. Note that the folder name and the short name for the user must match exactly. cd to the directory with home folders first.
    sudo for i in `ls`;do chown -R $i $i;done
(cut and paste to reduce the chance of devastating typo

  • How to change Attachments / Image Folder  file path to IP Address

    Hello Experts
We will be defining Attachments/Image Folder in >Administration->System Initiation>General settings>Paths.
Then the path will be  something like this ."
    server\attachments\
Here instead of Having server name, i want to have IP Address of Server machine.  It may  look like this ""
    192.168.1.xx\attachments\.
    can this be possible?
    Thanks

    HI,
By the way the official way is browse, ... for example excel path. I have tried with my computers c$ share.(
    127.0.0.1\c$)
    1. Open file browser of your machine
    2. go to network places, and turn of left panel
    3. Add a new network place and enter the ip address based share
    127.0.0.1\c$
    4. Save this new network place
    5. open >Administration->System Initiation>General settings>Paths in B1 and select the address from network places you have saved.
My XP has been automatically converted the shortcut of the network place into ip address based share.
but fast solution only for test....
    select excelpath from oadm
--update oadm set excelpath = '\\192.168.1.1\c$'
Use the system information to detect the field names in OADM and OADP table.

  • Changing location DB SBO-Common

    Hi all,
    Detailed problem description:
I am using SQL Server 2005.
To free space on the C drive we want to move mdf (data) and ldf (log) files for example 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Data'
    to the D-drive, 'D:\Data'.
I know SBO-Common is necessairy for SBO, the others not sure.
How can I move those files, without creating any problems?
    Thanks, Chief

    Hi Chief
Accutally I think it's a SQL Server job and you do not even need to change anything
in SBO.Just relocate the DB to the new location by following the below MS kb,
then click the refresh botton the choose company windows at SBO.That should work.

  • How to change the default Path of Prompt Played by MicroApp

    Hi
I need to store all the Self Service application prompts in dedicated Media Server. I can modify location of all the Media files by passing the related URL form CVP application, however I need to know how to change the default location of Prompt file played by Play Media Microapplication in ICM Scripting.
Currently the default location taken by Play Media Micro App is the Media _Server.variable path set for VXML Server location while I have a separate Media Server.
Please advice how we can customize the MicroApp Media path.
    regards
    Kapil Kumar

    Hi Kapil,
Try this in your ICM script, define set variables i.e.
set Media Server= ip address of media server
    set Locale = en-us
set input Type = DTMF only
set App Media Lib = " you new location i.e. test "
So, the application path will be
    http://media server ip address/en-us/test
    hope this helps.
    Cheers

  • BI 7.0 infospoke - how to change standard destination path on appl. server

    Hello,
    I have the following problem:
I need to extract large amounts of data from infocubes to flatfiles. I have created an infospoke to do this. However, in this infospoke, the destination path, when I choose application server, is fixed.
In BW 3.x, there is a document "BW 3.1 Open Hub Extraction Enhancement Using Literal Filename and Path.pdf" that describes how to change the destination path for the application server.
This solution does not work for BI 7.0, I get short dumps, probably due to ABAP OO.
I need to extract the data to flat files on the application server, not on my local machine, nor into a table in SAP itself, so I need to change the destination path, because the amount of free storage is limited in the standard destination path.
Has anyone encountered this problem in BI 7.0 and solved it?
    best regards

Sorry, wrong subforum, will close this

    Hi Ting.
I never had a simmilar problem but, if you go to your InfoSpoke, right click --> "Change" you can see (and change... ) the following values:
Destination Type: FILE  (the one you have choosen)
Application Server: Check Box (I think this is your setting)
    Server name: (BW server)
Type of File Name: (Here you can choose Between "File Name" or "Logical File Name")
    Appl.Server File N: "MY_FILE.CSV" (for example)
Directory: (The directory you want - take a look at the end of this post )
    Separator: (The field separator)
Note : If you are working with Linux or Unix you have to look if the BW system user has the corresponding rigths to write in the FileSystem.
.          In the beginning I advice you to use something like this /usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS<XX>/work
    Hope it helps.

  • How to change the path of sysprep files that were copied to reference computer when i capture the image from reference.

    Dears ,,
how to change the path that sysprep were copied to reference computer when i capture the image from reference.
Should i modify some codes in LTIAPPLY.wsf? how to modify it?
    Thanks.

Sysprep and capture has *Three* steps.
    1. Run sysprep on the local machine (easy).
    2. Copy WinPE down to the local machine so we can reboot into winpe for capture.
    3. Capture the drive in an *offline* state from within WinPE.
What is most likely happening is that you are having problems with step #2. 100MB is *WAY* too small to copy down WinPE. By default MDT will make this System partition much bigger, 499MB. IF you install Windows 7 from the default media. IT will only create
    a 100MB partition.
By default MDT 2012 Update 1 and greater *should* recover to a fallback drive with the OS on it, however if you are running older versions that might not happen correctly.
If you are still having problems, copy your BDD.log file to a public share like OneDrive and copy the link here.

    Save the file...
    Reload/Refresh it in the Portal...
    Try if that helps you.

  • How to change the path of MPLS

How to change the path of MPLS core from one PE to the other PE with redundancy link? The IGP is OSPF and running MBGP among PE routers.

    Hi there,
Load-balancing is applicable in MPLS as follows:
If multiple equal-cost paths exist for an IPv4 prefix, the Cisco IOS can load-balance labeled packets. If labeled packets are load-balanced, they can have the same outgoing labels, but they can also be different. The outgoing labels are the same if the two links are between a pair of routers and both links belong to the platform label space. If multiple next-hop LSRs exist, the outgoing label for each path is usually different, because the next-hop LSRs assign labels independently.
If a prefix is reachable via a mix of labeled and unlabeled (IP) paths, Cisco IOS does not consider the unlabeled paths for load-balancing labeled packets. (The load balancing is done only between labeled paths. This means that if an IP (unlabeled) and a labeled path have the same cost, only the labeled path is used to forward the packets.)

  • How do you change the color of the path the pen tool makes?

There must be some way to change the color of the path the pen tool makes from that grey color to something that will contrast with the image underneath. I found one thread about this from 2010 or so and the answer led to a dead link. This seems like it would be a very helpful feature that would be easy to implement. Someone please tell me in 2014, after a zillion version of photoshop have come out in the past 30 or so years, how do we do this? Thank in advance.

Why? When you zoom in too close sometimes it become too pixelated to see what's going on and the point on the pen become to close to each other. Why can't you change the path to a color so that it doesn't blend into the image you're trying to trace? Why is the unchangeable color one of the most likely colors to become invisible on most images? So frustrating!

  • How reduce Sbo-common log is over 40GB??

    Hi all
I have a big problem that what I think my SBO-COMMON_log.LDF is very big and the server tell me everyday that I don't have enough free space on HD.
I'd tried to clean and shrink the SBO-COMMON_log.LDF but I can't.
    Please HELP!!!
    Thanks all.
    Paco
    Gracias
    Paco

    Hi Paco,
It's not really worth keeping a log file for the SBO-COMMON database as the data movement is so small. Therefore I normally set the recovery level of this database to simple. This will then set the log file to a few kilobytes and the log file will not grow. If you'd rather keep the recovery model at full then I recommend you truncate the log file and then set up transaction log backups for the database so the log file doesn't keep growing.
When you say that you've tried to shrink the log file, what procedure have you tried? In some cases I've found that the shrink database options in SQL don't work but setting the recovery model to simple and running the DBCC shrinkfile command in Query Analyzer with shrink the file to virtually nothing. For more details see here:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/907511
Of course, before you start playing around with your database, make sure you have a good backup
    Hope this helps,
    Owen
