How to Clear JMS pending message withour restarting weblogic

Hi All,
We are using JMS concept in our weblogic for asynchronous backend. We have pollJMS OSB service that process the JMS message to async target.
For some reason messages are pilling up in queue and poll service is not able to send the messages to target.
Is there any way if we can clear the queue without restarting the weblogic.
Any help on this would really be appreciable.

Yes you are right, The warning message is being displayed on Page2 when user clicked on 'Save' button on Page2. The Code snippet is being executed in ServiceImpl class when user clicks on the Save button.
Basically, I am validating the Page1 data and Page2 data on Page2 when User clicks on the Save button on page2.

The messages are request scoped. Why do you want to clear it anyway? Once no error is occured, then no message will be displayed.

ST6140 - how to clear false warning message?

Two weeks ago I configured a new ST6140 array. By error I set the same IP address on both the controllers. It was a wrong configuration, so the system turned on the warning LED on front panel and displayed an appropriate error message in CAM interface.
The issue was corrected, and now all four management interfaces have different IP addresses. I also acknowledged the message in CAM. But the alert LED is still on, and the alert message is still displayed in CAM.
How to force array/CAM to clear that warning?
CAM 6.0.0.10, the corresponding firmware is installed into array.

Those steps should solve that error message regardless of whether or not the paper goes through the printer. Sometimes there are things like small pieces of paper in the path that can cause the message to persist. If you've done all the steps to clear the jam and the message continues, then it's likely that the printer needs to be fixed or serviced - that's the last step in the document. I would encourage you to follow the other steps completely before assuming service is required even if the only symptom you're seeing is the error messsage.

I have a problem with the report for 57f4 challans-J1IFR. In this report it shows "Quantity pending" even when I have reconciled & completed a particular challan. What does this mean?. I have seen the standard Annexure IV, but nowhere this kind of a remark appears. Is there anything else to be done to remove this message?

Deba just make a standard sqvi querying item and header table.
Now in the slection option make variants - "Complete Reconiclled" and "Others". Now if you select completely reconcilled then it will show only completed challans and for other just filer out challn with status Processed, Assigned. With this query you can show everything you want.
Other option you always have to ask ABAPer to add new selection option creaying copy of J1IFR and giving the option.

i have an event where i have put a control for an error message if a certain field is empty or has a wrong entry.
The field is found in SM30(table maintenanace view).
that is if the user makes a wrong entry or the field is initial, an error message will appear.Now the problem is that the error message stays there.If i use a warning of an information message, the user will be able to save the record which contains errors.
What alternative can i use? thx.

in the program whenever you are giving message 'E' statement...
you can use the statements
SET PARAMETER ID <id which you have given in the screen for the fields> field <fieldname>.
and at selection-screen output event use the code
AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT.
GET PARAMETER ID <id which you have given in the screen for the fields> FIELD <fieldname>.

How to clear iMessages from Mavericks?

I've seen a few threads on here pertaining to this, but none of them has helped me. Every time I go to the Spotlight, I see a ton of old messages that shows up by "<number> on <date>". However, when I open up iMessages, there's nothing in here.
Can someone please show me how to clear off these messages? Didn't even know they were being stored on here.

If you don't want to buy you could try OpenJMS, a free JMS product (http://openjms.sourceforge.net/)
As for learning how to use JMS w/ MDBs, I would suggest grabbing a book on JMS. I found the OReilly book on JMS to be pretty helpful for me.

Weblogic server 9.2 How to clear up JMS file store messages

Hi,
We are facong one issue in our weblogic production environment. The JMS file store size has become 7.2 G and its eatimg up almost all the server space. I have cheked through the jms module queues/ topics to see that if any messages are pending anywhere but nothing signifficant I can find out. Now our requirement is to clear up the file store the freeup the server space.
Could you please recommend how to do that in the backend.

Hi Rahul,
Store files grow to fit all current stored objects, but, as stored objects are deleted, the freed space is re-used for new persistent objects. It's possible your store grew to an unprecedented size because it was temporarily forced to store many objects - in which case you can shrink the file store using the store compression tool described by the other poster.
On the other hand, in almost all cases, unexpectedly large backlogs are generated due to either (A) an accumulation of a backlog of unprocessed messages, or (B) a bug in an application that processes received messages but never acknowledges them, such as may happen when an application creates a durable subscription on a topic but fails to service the subscription.
I recommend (again) checking your 'current' and 'pending' message statistics for each and every JMS Server, SAF Agent, and destination that the store hosts. You can also check your store statistics to see which 'connections' are developing a large accumulation of objects.

Your notes should be stored in your backup, so if you have backed up the iPad and that backup does contain those notes that you deleted, you can try restoring from your backup. If you haven't backed up the iPad since you created those notes, they are gone.
If you backup with iCloud only, restoring from backup involves erasing the device and then going through the setup all over again and finally restoring from the iCloud backup. This article explains the process quite clearly.

If you backup with iTunes, connect the iPad to your computer, launch iTunes and right click on the device name on the left and select - Restore from Backup. But before you do that .... turn off auto sync in iTunes - without connecting the iPad - launch iTunes and go to Edit>Preferences>Devices and check the box at the bottom of that window in order to turn off auto sync.
Email messages are not stored in your backups.

How to find the number of pending messages in a Queue

All,
Is there a way to find the number of pending messages in a given QUEUE to be picked by the queue reader?
My reader is not picking all the messages as many sent by my writer, i am not sure where they are getting lost? or if the JMS implementation is buffering them and does not flush until it does not have enough to throw out ( which any way does not make sense!!).

You're right in thinking that the behaviour you describe looks wrong.
Take a look at the QueueBrowser interface which can be used to inspect a queue. You get one using QueueSession.createBrowser(Queue). The QueueBrowser allows you to scan a queue without consuming the messages. However note that the state of the queue may change while you're observing it through the QueueBrowser so what you see might not always be a 100% accurate representation of the queue at any given time.
Other things to check:
- message selectors - are you setting a message selector on your queue receiver which is resulting in not all of the messages 'matching'.
- expired messages - are you setting a time-to-live on the messages that you publish.

Please help if you can, I have read some of the other comments and perhaps it has something to do with my anti-virus software being on at start up. I have copied the log here. Two experiments you can try.
1. Boot in safe mode and see if you can shut down normally. All thise additions won't be running in safe mode so this test would indicate it is one of them causing the problem.
2. Uninstall all the intego VirusBarrier stuff. That's my first guess and the troublemaker.

How to read JMS message properties from BPEL or BPMN process

Hi all,
I have a JMS Adapter that consumes messages from a remote ActiveMQ queue and I don't find the way the get the properties of the JMS message as I would like to map them in BPEL or BPMN process variable. I only manage to get the content of the message.
I've also read that if using a MapMessage, one of the map entry can be mapped directly and that the other map entries go to jca.jms.Map.xxxx where xxxx is key of the map entry.
But how can I map those "jca.jms.Map.xxxx" properties on process variables ? and how to map JMS Properties (that seem to be mapped on jca.jms.JMSProperty.xxxx) to process variables ?
I use SOA Suite version : 11.1.1.4.0
