How to config status in Search in T-code : cic0

Dear All
We just upgrade from CRM 2.0c to CRM 5.0 . How to config status in Search in T-code : cic0, because the status in the Search transaction, is different from the Activity transaction . Please help.

Hi Vimol,
If you are talking about the custom search help, please follow the following steps to add a custom search criteria for CIC0.
        1.  Run transaction SPRO.
        2.  Click on SAP Reference IMG tab on application tool bar.
        3.  Select Customer Relationship Management node.
        4.  Select Interaction Center Winclient node.
        5.  Select Component Configuration node.
        6.  Select Visible Components node.
        7.  Select Navigation Area node.
        8.  Select Define search Profile IMG activity.
        9.  Select the relevant Profile, and click on node view search application
             within the locator.
       10.  Save the settings.
       11.  Back to main tree.
       12.  Select define search in locator IMG activity. 
       13.  Click on Search id node.
       14.  Add the search id, text, function module, program name and screen in
             the table.

    Hello,
    For each transaction type (e.g. Sales Order, Business Activity, opportunity, ....) you can maintain in which channel (IC WebClient, IC WinClient, SAPGUI, PCUI, ...) they are allow to be used. Probably the transaction types you want to see in the IC WinClient (= CIC0) are not enabled for this channel, that's why they don't appear in the WinClient (CIC0).
    How to do this?
    SPRO>CRM>Transaction>Basic Settings>Define transaction types
    Here, look for the transaction types you want to enable in WinClient. Select the transactiont type and select "Channels" from the left pane. Here, add the channel "IC WinClient" (or something like that, I don't know the exact name anymore, in newer versions this no longer exists).
    Save and restart the CIC0, after this the transaction type should be enabled.

  • How to see all the PO payment status with searching field project defin.

    Dear all experts,
    could you help me on the following issue?
    In a large capital project, there are many POs, and all the POs are paid partially
    for  example, down payment 30%, 30% when the machine is received, 30% when the machine is commissioned, 10% is for warranty after a year.
    how can i see the all the POs payment status with searching field project definition. for example, i have paid how much for which PO.  i want to see the list by searching  the project definition.
    is it possible to achieve? or how can i do it?
    Please share your opinion or give me some suggestions.

    i have activated FM. and i have a PO triggered by the project.
    i enter the down payment for the PO using F-48.
    i can see the down payment in the PO history.
    but i can not see it using the committment item report, such as CJIA
    is it correct or not? do i need to change something?

    Our requirement is that we want to search sales transactions in CRMD_ORDER by user defined statuses. Currently I can only search by system status (along with other standard criteria such as created by/direct processing etc). How do I add more search criterias so as to enable searching solely by user status?

    As per your requirement, i suggest u to check the Tx CRM_SRV_REPORT (standard Tcode)
    In this report you can change the layout of the screen after executing the report, and choose the user status from the layout.

    Thank you for your reply. I know we need the function group authorization, so I've assigned the SAP_ALL and SAP_new to the user in CRM. But the problem remains.
    I'm not sure what you meant by rights to access the portal component, as I've already assign the role contains the page contains which the central search iview to the user, I think the user now have the rights to access the iview. Do we need any further check on this?

    While in EBP, I want to search for POs at  link: PURCHASE ORDERS>>PROCESS PURCHASE PRDERS>>FIND.
    At this position i want to search for the POs with some statuses like: ordered,awaiting approval,in your inbox etc..
    I want to add 2 more statuses while searching POs. These statuses are "Transaction Completed" and "Error in Process".
    Please tell me how to add these 2 extra statuses there.

    Hello Bis,
    You can find PO in status 'Error in process' using status drop-down list with wording 'Transfer Failed': this is standard.
    Regarding status 'Transaction completed', why do you want to make a difference with standard status 'Ordered' ?

    I unintentionally added the white smoke toolbar. After successfully deleting the toolbar, the search engine remains. How can I take this search engine off my computer?

    Try to use the SearchReset extension to reset some preferences to the default values.

    Note that the SearchReset extension only runs once and then uninstalls automatically, so it won't show on the "Firefox > Add-ons" page (about:addons).

  • RME Issues: Config Status & Config Archive

    Hi All,
    1. While trying to generate Device Manageability Status Report, I noticed that the Config Status of all devices is Failed. The reason for the failure on all the device is as follows:
    Failed to establish TELNET connection to 10.180.9.172 -Cause: Authentication  failed on device 3 times Failed to detect SSH version running on the device.
    Can anyone help with the solution to this?
    2. Also, the RME Collection Status as shown in the attachment shows that no archive was successfully collected on any of the devices. How can I resolve this issue?
    3. How do I generate a report of Configuration Changes performed by users from RME?

    This error typically means you have not filled in the correct credentials for the devices in DCR.  In order to fetch configs from devices you need to populate the SNMP read-write credentials and/or the telnet/SSH username, password, and enable password.
    Once you have configs getting archived, and assuming you're sending syslog messages from your devices to RME, you can run a Change Audit (within RME) report to see the config changes that have been made by your users.
