How to configure Case- Follow Up customizing in SPRO?

Hi Experts,
Can you please suggest me how can I configure follow up transactions for Case in SPRO?
I am not able to find it.I need to add some transactions  so that they can be created as follow up transactions for a case.

This is for the Actions Tab on the case screen in Interaction Center.What i am looking for is for the Follow-Up tab on the Case Screen?
There is a pre-populated list which can be created as a follow-up transaction for a case. I am wondering from where this list is coming and whether we can do any customization for that. My requirement is to create return as a follow up for a case.

    Your scenario is for service industry involving selling of equipments first followed by installation of the same and services later on. The installation of the equipment is the triggering point for recognising the revenue and not the sale of equipment. Looks like a typical telecom scenario.
    My suggestions are as below:
    1) if possible, discuss this with your finance business team and move away from this scenario of revenue recognition. This scenario takes more efforts and provides less benefits. You not only need to deferr the revenue but also the cost and SAP does not support 1 to 1 mapping of the invoice for deferring the cost. (As per the matching concept in accounting, revenue and cost should be mapped in proper buckets so that the accurate margins can be calculated). If the installed base is required for some statutory reporting, you can generate that seperately from SAP by maintaining the install base.
    I know this is very tough change management activity to make happen but this really has long term fruits attached to it as it simplifies your business processes.
    2) Try this on your sandbox system. Use revenue recognition type as B - Service related revenue recognition. Apply a deferred account in VKOA settings for your ERL key or the revenue account key you are using. Now create the order and process it through delivery and billing.  The accounting entry should post to deferred account. Run VF44 for the billing document and recognise the revenue.
    This process helps you in doing the recognitoin but the only catch here is that there is no triggering point. You need to control the running of VF44 manually by generating a seperate report which can tell you which billing document to recognize from deferred account and when. If you would like to have the installation date as triggering point, then you would have to modify the Standard SAP to have some user exits placed in the revenue recognition functionality to make it happen. This i would only suggest you if you have good hands on SAP revrec both functionaly and technicaly.
    I know that my answer is not going to give you a easy fix for your problem but that is the best way to go without making much of the changes to standard SAP.     I have created a custom webservice in SharePoint 2013. I placed it in a sub folder under the ISAPI folder. I followed the instructions of this article: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/ff521581(v=office.14).aspx. The webservice works
    great, however when I try to send a large file I get the message "413 Request entity is too large".
    After some searching I found out that you can create a web.config in the subfolder and define the endpoints and bindings, after which I get an error that there is already an endpoint defined for the specified URI. I believe this has something to do with
    the BasicHttpBindingServiceMetadataExchangeEndpointAttribute but I'm not sure.
    Can anyone help me solve this issue?

    Hi,
    According to your post, my understanding is that you want to configure service endpoints of custom webservice in SharePoint 2013.
    Per my knowleadge, after you add a reference to Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.ServerRuntime, you can use the BasicHttpBindingServiceMetadataExchangeEndpointAttribute.
    In VS  go to the add reference and paste the following: C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_MSIL\Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.ServerRuntime.
    In addition, please make sure you create the custom web service correctly.

    We are looking to apply mobile device management utilizing some third-party cloud solution. Mostly iPad users will connect to our internal network using AnyConnect thru ASA. Third party MDM will be used to control and provision ipads and i need to provide solution for AnyConnect VPN.
    Looking for some guidance, docs, examples, white paper that will provide info how to configure the following:
    users will connect to ASA VPN using AnyConnect; certificate issued by internal Microsoft CA and unique to each user will be used for authenticate the user. ACS will communicate with Microsoft AD to check if the user is valid AD user. Once authentication is done, user will have access to internal network.
    I am struggling to get all those peace of puzzle togehter so i can work on solution.
    I would appreciate if someone will give me some ideas how this whole scenario will work.

    What software version are you running on the ASA? You'd need at least 8.2(2) to support smart call-home.

    We have succesfully configured three system landscape TMS for ChaRM for several pipelines already. Now we are facing a situation where TMS is as follows:
    DEV to QAS contains routes:
    Customizing: ZEBP => 100
    Transport: ZDEV => 100
    Customizing: ZSUS => 200
    Transport: SAP => 100
    The question with these is how to add ZEBP and ZSUS to ChaRM configuration?
    QAS to PRD:
    Delivery: 200 => 200
    Delivery: 100 => 100
    Here the question is how to enable transports between 200s alongside 100?
    When looking at SMSY in SolMan, SUS is a logical system only.
    Has anyone of you come across a situation like this? I'm glad for any hints you may give me!
    Our SolMan is 4.0 SP13.

    in my opinion you can configure it the following way:
    Customizing: ZEBP => 100
    Transport: ZEBP => 100 (not ZDEV)
    Customizing: ZSUS => 200
    Transport: SAP => 100
    Then assign ZEBP as default transport layer for client 100 and ZSUS for client 200.
    It is not possible to configure ZEBP and ZDEV for client 100 if you want to use charm

    By assigning a procedure you determine for which account groups (for the customer master), which sales document types (for sales documents) and for which item categories this procedure would be valid.
    In the partner determination procedure you can determine for each partner function

    BUSINESS PARTNER FUNCTION
    By assigning a business partner function to a partner you can determine which functions the partner fulfils in the business process. Partner Functions are classified using partner type. The partner type represents the roles played by the business partner within the business transaction.

    Partner Type Customer
    Sold-to Party, Ship-to Party, Bill-to Party, Payer and Sold-to Party authorized to release against a contract. This partner may only schedule orders with reference to this contract, even when he is not the sold-to party authorized against a contract.
    Partner Type Contact Person
    Contact persons are natural persons whom you must contact at the customers for business processing (e.g. purchasers) Contact person can be created directly in customer master record.
    Partner Type Vendor
    A forwarding agent is an example of a business partner on the credit side, who is included in a sales process. If you commission a particular forwarding agent for deliveries to a specific customer, you can define the forwarding agent in the customer master record as the partner.
    The other possible partner functions on the credit side in the sale process are interpreters, auditors etc. The forwarding agent is an agent who performs transportation services. This includes organizing the shipment, delivery and receipt of the goods, arranging the carrier services and handling the customs issues.

    Employee Responsible
    Sales Personnel
    You can enter an employee from your firm as the person responsible:
    In the Customer Master – If the employee is normally responsible for processing transactions with this customer.
    In the Sales Document – If the employee is responsible for processing the Business Transaction.
    STEP WISE PROCESS FOR PARTNER DETERMINATION PROCEDURE
    Sales and Distribution->Basic Functions->Partner Determination->set Up Partner Determination->Set up Partner Determination for Customer Master.
    First go to OVT0 – create customer account groups. Here you make new entries, click whether it is a one time customer, description. Also you can do the field selection here for general data, co. code data and sales area data.
    Now go to IMG – logistics general – business partner – customers – control – define & assign customer number ranges define the number. Here you range that you want and assign it to your customer account group.
    Now go to VOPA – here the selection will be on customer master, click on partner procedures, create the partner determination procedure. The following steps need to be done in partner determination area
    Assign partner function to account group i.e SP,SH, BP, PY to account group (debit side ). Sales and Distribution->Basic Functions->Partner Determination->Assign Partner Functions on the debit side to account Groups.
    Then create Partner Determination Procedure.
    Assign the Partner Determination Procedure to Partner Function.
    Then finally assign the Partner Determination Procedure to acc group.
    Important Points in Business Partners and Partner Determination Procedure
    Partner relationship maintained/defined in the customer master is proposed automatically in the document header when you create a sales document.
    In customizing we can decide whether several partners can be assigned to one partner function in the customer master.
    In sales documents, the system is configured so that only one partner can be assigned to each partner function.
    We can define partners at item level in the sales documents.
    Business Partners that are defined at the header level however cannot be changed at the item level.
    You can prohibit anyone from changing a partner that has already been entered in a sales document.
    It is also possible to manually change or enter the address of a partner, such as the Ship-to Party. This change does not affect the master record.

    It's a good idea, but currently it's not yet supported.
    In Work Center, there is no predefined (nor a hidden) link shipped by SAP to access the Solution Database for key users.
    With a future EhP for Solution Manager, you might get an integration of the Solution Database into the message processing Web UI.

    I have a requirement to display a pop-up alv report, once user click on a link "Leave_Details" in ESS. I am able to display pop-up alv but background screen is empty as its a separate WD application however I want that as soon as user selects any row from that popup alv it should be fetched and displayed on the LTA screen of Portal. It seems link is not configured so its displaying blank background screen while for other standard links this screen is displayed.
    Kindly help in this how we can display a custom link in ESS and after fetching any single record it should be closed and single row would be displayed in LTA screen.
    Here the background ESS screen is blank for custom link displaying this pop-up alv.
    For other standard links ESS screen is displaying.

    Thanks for your reply however here I am not asking how to create popup, it has already created however my question is, how to configure the link used to display that popup alv?
    As shown in the screen as soon as user clicks on the given link shown in below screenshot  this popup is displayed,
    and after clicking on this link, below screen is displayed
    Here background screen is empty whereas it should display the ESS screen in the background, so as soon as user select any row from the popup alv, i'll pass the data into ESS screen using BADI.
    Kindly revert with possible solution.

    Hope everybody is doing well.
    We are currently facing a problem in implementing Inbound 850 Purchase Orders in B2B from one of our Trading Partners (Customer).
    The Customer will be sending us EDI ANSI X12 ver 4010 Purchase Order files, but in the file they are sending a custom GS08 (8th element of GS Segment having Version/Release/Industry Identifier Code) value i.e. "004010RIFMAT".
    The above value is not present in the Standard Code values when we define an ECS using B2B Document Editor.
    Hence the document is failing in B2B since it is not able to identify the Trading Partner.
    If anyone has faced similar issues, I would appreciate if you could let me know on how to configure the same in B2B. Please let me know the steps in detail.

    Can you create a new group ecs with appropriate codelist for GS08 and use it while modelling B2B flow. Make sure to undeploy and validate the agreement.

    Hi Kiran,
        Please fallow the below steps to create the custom infotype. If you have any quires let me know.
    For Creation of Infotype first Go to Transaction PM01, Enter the custom Infotype number which you want to create, it should be a 4 digit number and have to start with 9xxx.
    then select the `Employee Infotype' radio button
    after that select the `PS Structure Infotype'
    then click on Create… A separate table maintenance window appears
    then Create a PS structure with all the fields you want on the infotype
    Save and Activate the PS structure
    now Go back to the initial screen of PM01
    Click on `All' push button. It takes a few moments
    Click on `Technical Characteristics’. Infotype list screen appears
    Click on `Change'(pencil) button
    Now select your Infotype and click on `Detail' (magnifying glass) button
    Give `T591A' as subtype table & also Give `T591S' as subtype txt tab
    Give your subtype field as subtype field & Save and come back to PM01 initial screen
    Click on `Infotype Characteristics' … Infotype list screen appears
    Click on `Change' (pencil) button & on New Entries
    and then Enter your Infotype number and short text Here we have to set different Infotype Characteristics as per the requirement. (Better open another session with some standard Infotype's infotype characteristics screen and use as the reference
    to fill yours). Now save ur entries
    Now the Infotype is created and ready to use.
    If you want to change the layout of the Infotype as per your
    requirement…
    In the PM01 initial screen…Select `Screen' radio button and give
    2000 as the screen name, then click on edit.
    In the next screen.. Select `Layout Editor' and click `Change'.
    Screen default layout appears…here you can design/modify the
    screen..change the attributes of the fields..etc.
    Save and activate. (Don't forget to `Activate at every level)

    Set Up Partner Determination for Customer Master ---*
    Find the procedure which is assigned to your account group... you can view this at partner determination  procedure assignment...
    then select the procudure in partner detremination procedures. and then select the partner funtions in procedure...  here add the partner funtion KB in partner funtion and mark it as mandatory by checking the check box in the last mandatory function
