How to configure tdms advanced read

Hi
I am trying to read a tdms file using advanced TDMS VIs to get a faster reading speed but when I disable the system buffering then I get error -2544 which says that "the array sizes and file positions must be integer multiple of the disk sector size". My disk's sector size is 512 and I am using a buffer of 256 samples with I16 data type which is an integer multiple of the sector size. I have attached the code snippet.
If I use the example VI "TDMS Advanced - Finite Asynchronously Read.vi" it works fine with the file created for the example VI but it doesn't work with my file which has data in I16 format. I am also attaching the example VI.
What could be the reason? please help me out

According to error -2544, either array sizes or file positions is not disk sector size aligned. In your case, since the error is thrown by "Set Next Read Position", probably the target file position is not disk sector size aligned. Is your TDMS file created by TDMS Standard API or Advanced API ? In the latter case, each TDMS head (which contains meta information) is 4K aligned thus easily to set to a sector size aligned position. If it's created by "TDMS File Write", the sample position you want to read from is probably not sector aligned, thus returns error -2544.

So you are asking about Read operation
First you take one File Adapter-->Select Read Operation--->Give Incomming file Location ( In local system you can give like C:/temp/NewDir Or Unix Envornment like you can give /temp/NewDir)
After that you can give file Name like wich format it's incomming file name like CSV.txt or CSV.xml after you give Polling Intervels second or Mintued or Hour.You can select Native format or Define service Later once configure all those things the file adapter configration is done . In Oracle Advanced Security Documentation it is mentioned that i can use SSL concurrently with DB user names and passwords. But when i configure the client certificate on the client my DB connection is getting authenticated using the certificate, which out passing user id or password.
We want to connect to Oracle DB over SSL channel so that the data packets are not in clear text. Also we want the user to make a connection using user id and password.
Basically we want SSL with out authentication.

LiveCycle forms use a very different approach to create a PDF form than Acrobat and that approach makes many features for processing PDFs non-functional.

Don't know which technology to utilize or how to configure ASA5505

I have an ASA5505. Currently, it is using static NAT on several ports to forward traffic to several devices inside my network. It is a pain not only to configure but from the end user side.
The issue I am having is the applicatoins I am using to access the devices become a mess with dual configurations, one for when I am connected to the internal network and one for when I am away from the office and accessing from the internet. For example, I have 2 Cisco VC240 IP Cameras behind the ASA5505. One is set use port 9091 and the other 9092. When I am inside the office, I access them via http://10.1.2.215:9091 and http://10.1.2.216:9092. But when I am away from the office, I have to have another configuration in an Android app to use them, http://external_ASA_IP:9091 and 9092 and then NAT 9091 to the object for Camera1 and 9092 for Camera2. This is only one scenario. I also have a UC320W that I would like to put an IP phone at home and it sounds like AnyConnect is the only way to do this.
It sounds like to me that if I use some type of VPN, I can access the same devices using the same IP whether internal or external with the external connection using the VPN to tunnel the IP to the local network. There seems to be quite a few ways to do this with an ASA 5505.
AnyConnect seems like the way to go but after reading Cisco documentation, it requires your Android device to be root'd if it is not a particular Samsung model. If I understand correctly, root'ing your phone voids the warranty. I know it is common practice but would think Cisco would have a better solution as I am sure Cisco would not want another manufacturer telling their customers to void the warranty on their Cisco equipment in order to get it to work.
I believe I can just use IPSEC and use the native VPN of the Android OS and also tunnel L2TP as the Android supports IPSEC-PSK/L2TP or IPSEC-CRT/L2TP. But will either of these will support the IP phone to the UC320W?
A friend also told me to use NginX to proxy URL's so the URL http://www.fqdn.com/camera1 gets proxy'd to the internal IP of Camera1 and http://www.fqdn.com/camera2 gets proxy'd to Camera2. He says I should be able to store a cookie on the phone and let the phone authenticate to the camera and if the phone cannot, the proxy can authenticate internally to the IP camera over SSL.
I don't know anymore, I am so confused and just want to simplify my life as I am just a small business with me and a couple other employees but I have full-time job and it is not IT/Network Technician, it is only CTO/CEO/CIO/CFO. I don't have hours upon hours to set this up and test and I don't have hours upon hours to manage it. I just need to simplify this and have so that it is a set-it-and-forget-it for 6 months to 1 year and re-evaluate or update. So, if someone suggests IPSEC, I would not know how to configure anyway and you should expect another post. The same for AnyConnect or any of the other suggestions.

1. Set Calculation Mode property of ITEM_5 to Formula.
Formula property:
nvl(:Block_Name.ITEM_1, 0) + nvl(:Block_Name.ITEM_2, 0) + nvl(:Block_Name.ITEM_3, 0) + nvl(:Block_Name.ITEM_4, 0)
OR
Function_Name(Param_1,... Param_N);
Have in view of, that the ITEM_5 data will not be saved in DataBase.
2. When-Validate-Item trigger is usfull when is necessary to store calculated item data in DataBase.
Rename you Post-Query trigger to When-Validate-Item.
Modify trigger: Store calculation result in the variable.
(Don't forget to round variable value!)
Then compare it with ITEM_5. If they are different - :ITEM_5 := var_name.
I prefer the first method.

In A/R the customer accounts are not automatically clearing when a payment is posted for that account. We are still seeing all open items and all paid or cleared items when we go to FBL5N and select open items for viewing. Please make account clearing automatic for customer payments.

Use T code OB74.
Maintain for your Chart Of Account, acct type "D", From and to customer accounts and then add the critera you want. Pls note you cannot define more than 5 criteria.
Then schedule the clearing program job F.13 in the background.

How to configure a full JMS Sender Adapter Scenario

I have to do a JMS -> PI (7.1) -> File scenario, I never used JMS Adapter, and I'd like to tell you what I have done, and what I think is missing.
First I went to the NetWeaver Administrator ->Configuration Management ->Infrastructure ->JMS Server Configuration-> Create ->JMS Queue.. and I created a new Queue from a Virtual Provider (SAP JMS Provider).
The first thing I didn't know how to configure it is which transport protocol I have to choose in the CC adapter (SonicMQ JMS Provider, WebSphere MQ, etc..)
But I also don't know is if there's something missing on the NWA, to create, modify, etc. I read this slide: (https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/a05b2347-01e7-2910-ceac-c45577e574e0) where was shown how to create a SAP standard queue, and I also read all the documentation from help.sap.com (all the JMS basics and explanation) but I still don't know how to fully configure the CC and how to trigger the messages.
Please, if you need further information I can give it.

Hope everybody is doing well.
We are currently facing a problem in implementing Inbound 850 Purchase Orders in B2B from one of our Trading Partners (Customer).
The Customer will be sending us EDI ANSI X12 ver 4010 Purchase Order files, but in the file they are sending a custom GS08 (8th element of GS Segment having Version/Release/Industry Identifier Code) value i.e. "004010RIFMAT".
The above value is not present in the Standard Code values when we define an ECS using B2B Document Editor.
Hence the document is failing in B2B since it is not able to identify the Trading Partner.
If anyone has faced similar issues, I would appreciate if you could let me know on how to configure the same in B2B. Please let me know the steps in detail.

Can you create a new group ecs with appropriate codelist for GS08 and use it while modelling B2B flow. Make sure to undeploy and validate the agreement.

OK, the classical way:
Open a terminal.
Type
ifconfig -a
ifconfig -a plumb
ifconfig -a
Note the differences, it will plumb ALL available interfaces this way. So, now you can see, which device is your network card.
Then perform a
ifconfig <interface> unplumb
for all the newly interfaces (aka those, that were new in the last ifconfig -a output).
Then, the simple way:
cd /etc
vi hostname.<interface-driver-name>0 (example: hostname.rge0, the driver would be rge, the instance is 0, and rge0 would have been displayed as an available interface in the last ifconfig command). Add the name of the host into this file.
Then
vi /etc/inet/hosts
and add the pair of IP-address and hostname.
If needed:
vi /etc/inet/netmasks
if you have a sub-divided network, and you need a differenbt subnet mask...
Then:
vi /etc/defaultrouter
and add the name or ip-adress of the gateway... (name only, if you have that name also in the /etc/inet/hosts file!)
Also:
vi /etc/nodename
and add the name of your host into that file, so that the system knows, who it is... ;-)
And: For the DNS you can then add the infos into:
/etc/resolv.conf
For example:
nameserver 192.168.2.1
or some such...
Then, as the last but one step:
ls /etc/nsswitch.*
and:
cd /etc
cp nsswitch.<what you need> nsswitch.conf (should be .files here!)
And the reboot... ;-)

Hi,
Even i have a similar kind of requirement where in, i want to clear the JMS Queue Message programmatically, on certain condition.
i am using Spring JMS. The JMS Queue has a listener. In the listener we want to clear the Queue contents based upon the condition.
If anybody has any idea about this, please reply back.
