Really I was surprised when I saw USB connectivity port for that Nokia 1112 Phone.
I have tried to connect with compatible cable , with following applications.
A. MobiMB Mobile Media Browser
B. PolyPhonix Studio
C. LogoManager Pro Suite
Unfortunately there connection was not establish
Really don't know whether it is possible OR not

In J2ME there is no method to get the model number from the device. how ever you can use the APIs provided by the device manufacturer if available. But still the APIs will not work with devices from other manufacturer or sometimes it will not work with the devices of the same manufacturer if the API is not supported. so it is better to send the device model name through the header.

You could use the update option "automatically update selected playlists only" would allow you to create a playlist specifically for each iPod and drag the tracks you want into it. If you tire of the list and want to change it, you just add or remove the songs you don't want. The ones you take out out remain in the library to be used by the other iPods. Make your playlist a Smart playlist and limit the size to just below the advertised capacity of your iPod ( for example, around 3700MB for a 4GB or 1800MB for a 2GB Mini or Nano). Hi, I'm trying to connect my old i-Pad (2-nd or 3-rd generation) touch to the i-Mac computer. Previously it was connected to the lap top runing Windows. The i-Pod dsplays i-Tunes and USB logo, indicating that needs to be connected to the computer. None of the computers are recognizing it.
