Hi All,
I know how to create Sales BOM.
In both
Above Structure (ERLA) & Below Structure (LUMF)
Now i want to create sub item bom for a particular sub item. (eg. I have A,B & C sub items but i want to create order only sub item A)
[ let say-
i have a laptop in Above Structure (ERLA) & HD,Processor & other laptop component int below structure (LUMF) level.
Now i want to create Bom only HD .
when i will create bom only HD price will fetch in order,delivery & billing
How to do this process .
Please help me

It looks some important info is missing.
- what is the BOM structure ? What level is the pricing / Delivery carried out? Iam sure it cant both i.e. pricing @ main item - sub item because you have mentioned ERLA & LUMF.
As you already aware-
Item cat group ERLA is only used in main item MMR, if the main item is relevant for pricing / delivery. & then sub item item cat group should be NORM.
similarly, if you want to delivery subitem & price is @ subitem level, then main item ,item cat group LUMF ,sub item item cat group NORM.
now explain your requirement in a better way as possible.

1st validation
:P1_ITEM1 IS NOT NULL and :P1_ITEM2 IS NOT NULL ...... and :P1_ITEM9 IS NOT NULL include all 9 items
Set the When Button Pressed to the CREATE button
2nd validation
:P1_ITEM10 IS NOT NULL
Set the When Button Pressed to the DELETE buttonI think that's going to be the easiest way to do it.

Use Analysis Process Designer (RSANWB) to feed each of the survey BEX reports to one DSO. Assuming each of the surveys has something in common to compare. Could also be used as a snapshot storage for the surveys in case history needs to be compared/archived.
Build the Direct update DSO with the survey objects. Add needed time characteristics and/or version control objects to the key.
Data sources will be the 5 surveys.
Add formula to hardcode version/time for history.
Data target is the direct update DSO.

Hi Jeyakanthan,
here is an example (put the like statement into the where field)
SELECT T0.CardCode, T0.CardName FROM OITM T0 WHERE T0.CardName Like '%%test%%'
The %% sign is a wildcard. If you need start with write 'test%%' and otherwise ends with '%%test'. For contains you need '%%test%%'. You also could combinate this statements like 'test%%abc%%'. This means starts with test and contains abc.

You can use structured products:
Step1:COMM_PR01
Open Product xxxx > Relationships > Tab Component > Select Relationship type = STRSET Set > Assing product yyyy
Step2: IMG > CRM > Transactions > Define Item Categories
Open you item category and in Structure scope field select option A Single-Level Explosion of structured products
Step3: IMG > CRM > Transactions > Define Item Category Determination
create new entry
Transaction type =
Item category group = Category group of xxxx product
main item cat = item cat of xxxx product
item cat = item cat of yyyy product
now when you enter product xxxx , product yyyy will be automatically added

How to put a single stack item to an album?

Maybe a silly question, but I can't find out how to put a single item from a stack into an album. When I drag a stacked item to an album, the entire stack appears in the album. This is not what I want, I want to get the single item in the album.
I know I can make a single stacked item in an album to be the albumpick. But this is not enough. Sometimes I need to put two items from the same stack into this album.

It is as designed but I don't think what you want to do is a particularly wrong use of stacks. I can see using stacks as a way to reduce clutter in the browser but still wanting to be able to get to individual images in the stack to use..
What is interesting is the wording in the Aperture users guide concerning stacks:

I think it should be OK to place individual stack items into albums and have them remain in the stack. Any reason this would be a bad idea?

How to create a single action for adding a border and signature for portrait AND landscape images???

i would love to be able to create a single photoshop action for adding a border, plus a signature in the bottom right corner, that works for both portrait and landscape images.
need i say more?!
i already have an action that adds a signature in the centre of the border at the bottom of the image e.g. the image below. what i want though is for that signature to be on the RHS and for the same action to work for portrait images as well.
supplementary info: reason for this is that I want to be able to export 300 wedding images (mix of landscape and portrait images) from lightroom in my pre-selected order (meaning the files are labelled from 001 to 300, ordered according to how the wedding day unfolded) and then use PS to add the border and the signature, in the same place, and for it to work for both orientations.
i need this to work for full sized exported jpeg images, i.e. i want the files that i give on CD to my clients to include my signature in this manner. so I don't want to copy the initial layer and then reduce the second layer size to leave a border around the second layer.
i hope i've been clear and that someone can help me here. I think that this sort of presentation makes such a difference to final printed image, and I DONT want to have to go to all 300 images picking out the landscape from portrait ones (although this may be what I have to do and wouldn't really take that long but surely there's a better way!!!!).

It is actually quite easy to do if you have a good understanding of how Photoshop works. To be able to handle any size Landscape and Portrait you need to scale the document to a known width or height. Once the document is resized to the width or height it easy. When yot resize the document you use Image size with resample NOT checked. Not a single image pixels is changed all the happens is the documents DPI is set to the proper DPI resolution to print that size. This lets you add a border sized for and document. You can use Canvas Size check relative and leatve the anchor point centered and set width and height to 2" this will add 1"on all sides. Use Canvas size a second time move the anchor point to the top center check relative and set height 1" the will add an additional 1" border on the bottom. You then record a text layer with your Name title or what ever to the top left of the image. Select all ant the align the text layer to the selection to move it to the bottom right.
Adding a couple of scripts to the action you can make sure there is a background layer so the added canvas will be filled with pixels. You can restore the document to its original DPI resolution to retain the images print size. Down load my crafting actions package it contains a dozen scripts to be used within actions. There are text file with tips and guidelines additionaly there is one on dealing with document size and includes a sample action set with a watermarking action the can watermark and size image. To create a folder either select New Folder from the Finder's File menu or the keyboard equivalend command-shift-N. Select that folder and do the same. Viola! You have a folder inside a folder.

Item Category do ot change for sub-item in BOM

I create main item using MM01, Gen item cat. grop in basic data 1 in ERLA and Item cat. group in Sales org. 2 is LUMF
and similarily i created other items useing MM01 (for making sub item of main item) Gen Item Cat grop in basic data 1 is NORM and Item cat group in Sales Org. is also NORM.
When i create sales order (OR) and enter main item only, when i press enter (green button at right top), BOM automatically explode and Item Category of main item change to TAP main item become in display mode BUT ITEM CATEGORY of sub items do not change (it remains the same as TAN), i should also change to TAE
and also when i save this document it shows error at bottam that prising PR00 is missing. When i edit and give price of each sub item, i can save document and all prices which i am giving just now is automatically added in net value at header lavel.
Please any one can advice me where i am doing wrong

Please check in customizing.IN assign item category menu
S.doc typeitem cat. groupUsageHigh lvl itemiem cate.
ORERLA TAQTAE.
IN MM01 ERLA and LUMF can not be assigned to same material.They are alternative item category group.
ERLA is used when you want to price Main item in BOM and sub-item are not priced.
LUMF is used when main item in BOM is not priced but sub-item(individual component) are priced.
In SAles org vie 2- you have assigned LUMF,that is each sub-item is priced.hence you are able save the document.Since You have maintained price in VK11 for each sub-item and item category of sub-item is not getting vhanged from TAN to TAE.
But if you maintained ERLA in Sales org view 2 and redo all steps,your problem will be solved.

Re-costing of header material when Sub-item material BOM is updated

Hi ,
A sales order is created with a header material (HM) and coressponding sub items (SM1 & SM2 ) got populated automatically from the BOM.Now the costing for this three line items happened as expected i.e.,
For example :
Header Material : HM
          Sub item1 :-      SM1
          Sub item2 :-      SM2
              MAP of Sub item 1 > SM1 = 20 USD
              MAP of Sub item 2 > SM2 = 30 USD
Costing in the main line item appears as 50 USD ( 20 + 30 USD) .
Now business go to the transaction CU51 and make the changes in the sales order BOM subitem1 ,material SM1 by adding or deleting items in the BOM. After that they are trying to re-cost the sales order and it is observed that only the corresonding sub item (SM1) is getting re-costed with new value.But the header item HM is not getting updated with the new values it still have the old values .
It would be really helpful if you can let me know what is the issue for this.

IF my understanding is correct then the sub-items is only to split up the exact component quantity and it's usage in the exact
production or assembly process for information or understanding purpose.
Sub-items have no operational function in the BOM. They are not copied to the production order. However, you can use sub-
items to help you create programs for your company (for example, automatic assembly programs).
