do you mean 'footer' of table, which used to scroll table contents?
Table footer button is not editable.
Instead you can try buttons in the table tool bar and can swap elements in the table.And also table footer can be set to showfootoer: false.

You use these functions to define limit values for the FI cash journal; where these limits are reached and exceeded, the user is prompted (in an information dialog box) to run certain activities. The check is always performed in the first local currency of the company code.
In the countries of the European Union, these functions are used to draw attention to the legal requirement for identifying the payer (money laundering law § 3 para. 1).
Activities
Company code:
You do not have to enter a company code. The entry is then valid for all company codes within a client that use the currency specified as the first local currency.
Currency:
Each amount must be specified by the classification of the currency. If you specify a company code, the currency of the company code is entered in the currency field and you cannot change this.
Date and amount:
The amount limits are defined time-dependent ("Valid From").
In addition to the above

Herewith my screenshot attached. There are thre inputs thres, tempX, xValue, it is in side the while loop.'xValue' will be acquired every iteration, It will be saved through shift register and acquired to 'tempX' for the next iteration, 'thres' is a constant value. I'm doing some logic, and calculating the dvalue and convert it to a string and concatenate it with end of line character, then after writing it into a file.
In the logic, inside of the functional logic I'm assigning some values dValue, if the logic is true or else dvalue will be 0
What I require is I don't want to write the dValue in to a file, if it is equal to zero. Could you please help me, how to tackle this problem?

How to stop the program for a while?

Hi,
I've created a small prog that the only thing it does is to ask for a given password before granting access to certain data. It works fine on the WTK emulator (from Sun of course), but it crashes on a Nokia 6600 due to a bug in the Nokia's MIDP2.0 implementation. Now I need to trace/find the exact point of the program where it crashes (in the mobile phone - where the app gets closed). MY PROBLEM is that I need to insert into the program some kinda code that stops for a while the program saying "I am at the Nth step and running fine", but I can't stop the program from executing, because I can't find out how, I've tried the
display.setCurrent( someAlert );but it doesn't seem to stop the program like it would in an HTML JavaScript page. And:
Thread.currentThread().sleep( 2000 );doesn't stop for some reason the program either..
Can anyone give me a tip or a workaround of how I can temporarily stop the prog? Please help

Try putting the current thread to sleep right after setting the alert:

I am facing a issue that one Char. in a ODS, I have found the source field for this Char. in R3 in a extract structure. But this field locates in an appended structure, so this means the value of the field must be updated by ABAP. My question is How I can find the ABAP program(BADI or User exit?)

First u identify the type of DS, then according to the type of DS, go to CMOD, provide the project name then select the enhancements there it will display the four Exits, select the appropriate one,
if DS is of Type,
Transactional - EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001
MD ATTR - EXIT_SAPLRSAP_002
MD TEXT - EXIT_SAPLRSAP_003
MD HIER - EXIT_SAPLRSAP_004
double click on the particular one then select the include program there u will fild the code fro all the DSs.

What i did is like this ..
1. tcode rsa1.
2. expand the tree for info-provider.
3. ctrl+c, in tech. names for update rules.
4. Open rstran table, and input for that tech. id.
5. Execute it.
But no data i get.
Does this happen only for business content ? Or Could I fetch the data even this is for customized object ..
Still need your guidance.
Btw, i'm now running BI 7

Changing Java Conc. program for "PO Output for Communication" is difficult.
Actually, if you observe closely, "PO Output for Communication" program uses PO<HEADER/LINES..>_XML views.
So if you could change these views and add your requireed columns to it, you can automatically see your changes in XML data file.

I am using Crystal Reports 2008 v1
Using VB code, I am attempting to modify a Crystal Report before exporting it into a PDF format and then displaying it on the Web.
My problem is that I am unable to access the formula used to dynamically suppress a field.
The following code is working:

I can not find any reference to the actual suppression formula in the SDK help file.
Note, the EnableSuppress can be set to True for False, but if there is a formula for dynamic suppression, the True or False value is overwritten. The results of the formula determine the suppression.
Is there a way to reference this formula. I know that I can put on in using the Crystal Report Designer software, I need to modify this formula using VB code and the SDK.

If you are using the ReportDocument object you do not have access to the Conditional Suppression formula. You can get around it by using a formula field in the report for the supression and then using the FormulaField code to change it at runtime.
If you want to change the supression condition directly at runtime you need to use RAS and the ReportClientDocument.

Query the concurrent program in Sysadmin responsibility.
Note the concurrent executable.
Query the concurrent executable in Sysadmin.
Note the file name.
If it is a package, open the package in TOAD and note down the file name.
If it is a report/form, open it in form developer and note down the file name.
Go to patch find screen in metalink. In the advanced search screen, enter the file name and you will see patches that contain it.

You will have 2 parts:
(1) Customize the ESS ITS service. To do so, follow typical ITS IAC programming. I could go into detail here, but the Help.SAP.com information for ITS (found under Basis components->front-end services) is very good and gives tutorials for the various programming models. Bascially, you will have the ITS service and also the ABAP transaction to possibly customize depending on your exact need. Create your custom service, publish it to ITS and viola....ready to go. From here, you can test it by calling the ITS service directly instead of going through the portal....calling via the portal is step #2....
(2) Next, you will need to copy the existing standard iView or create your own and point it to your new "Z" version ITS service instead of the standard one.
That will do it. It gets much more interesting with the newer WebDynrpo ESS services, but let's save that discussion for another day. haha

I think the best place for you to start for this is the NI Developer Zone. I recommend beginning with these tutorials I found by searching on "data log rio". There were more than just these few that might be relevant to your project but I'll leave that for you to decide.

Hello everyone,
I often debug my programs via the sm50 transaction and it works very well (especially when you put the dummy loop ^ - ^ ). However we are confronted to a major problem when more than one user tries to debug. We get a message saying that the maximum number of users in the debugging mode has been reached!! Thus we each have to wait for our turn to debug our program. It's a real pain.
We've searched for a parameter to configure the number of users for the debugging mode but in vain
Has anyone else had this kind of problem? If yes, what do I need to do to correct it?
Any suggestion would be helpful as I am new to BW.

I've been trying to customize the Message "No Row Returned" from a Report.
First i followed the instructions in Note:183131.1 -

But of course the OWA_UTIL.REDIRECT_URL in this solution did not work (in a portlet) and i found the metalink document 228620.1 which described how to fix it.
So i followed the "fix" in the document above and now my output is,..
"Portlet 38,70711 responded with content-type text/plain when the client was requesting content-type text/html"
So i search in Metalink for the above and come up with,...
Bug 3548276 PORTLET X,Y RESPONDED WITH CONTENT-TYPE TEXT/PLAIN INSTEAD OF TEXT/HTML
And i've read it and read it and read it and read it and can't make heads or tails of what it's saying.
Every "solution" seems to cause another problem that i have to fix. And all i want to do is customize the Message "No Row Returned" from a Report. Please,...does anyone know how to do this?

My guess is that it only shows the number of rows it has retrieved. I believe the defailt is for it to only retrieve 50 rows and as you page through your report it retrieves more. So this would just tell you how many rows was retireved, but probably not how many rows the report would contain if you pages to the end. Oracle doesn't really have a notion of total number of rows until the whole result set has been materialized.
