How to deploy HTML5 application into Netweaver GateWay system?

Hi All,
We have built a HTML5 based application with java script code to access OData services hosted in NWG.
It is running fine in our local server(tomcat).
Now my question is how to deploy it to Netweaver gateway server.
Please advice asap.
NOTE: It is not a SAP UI5 application.

After assembly , can i deploy the application into test system by CMS? mean that if it can be done not through CR?
Yes, you import the changes on the "Test" tab of the transport studio of the CMS webui. This will deploy the changes to Test (to the system you have specified in the runtime system configuration for this track)
and what is the benefit of Dev system and Con system

Please check the RFC configuration as mentioned in the blog. Also have a look at the comment section for more on RFC config.
Could you please check what is the URL being called. You can check it in class /IWFND/CL_OCI_HTTP_PROCESSOR method /IWFND/IF_OCI_HTTP_WRAPPER~GET.
Hopefully here you can get a hint or the error.

I am new to BEA Weblogic 8.1 .
I was trying to create a sample application using InelliJ IDea 5.1 , and IntelliJIdea 10.5 . i configured weblogic with IDE , but now i do not know how to deploy my application in weblogic .
I am new in IntelliJ also .
So Can anyone tell me how can i deploy a servlet application in any IDE like i also have eclipse indigo.

Basically you deploy your Servlet as a WAR File. I am not familiar with IntellJ IDE. But it should have a provision to export/create a WAR file that has your Servlet. Also I hope you already have web.xml file with 2 sections like this: First you mention full package of your servlet and give it a name. Then enter a mapping url. You will use this url to run your servlet like http://weblogichost:weblogicport/yourWebappcontextroot/myservlet

Coming to deployment, I hope you already created a Weblogic Domain and have admin username/password. Start your domain. Login into weblogic console like http://host:port/console and use admin username/password. Then from Deployments section, deploy the above WAR file. In Weblogic you can deploy JAR (EJBs, java files), WAR (web jsp, html, webservices, servlets) or EAR (JAR + WAR). In your case its just a WAR file.

Hi,
You can delpoy it using the portal or in any IE.
Create an Iview in the portal and give the application name of your component and run it. As portal is the part of the SAP Netweaver. Where ever you want you can call the application as it is a URL.
For the creation of Iviews and related things, refer to the EP forum.

You can get this information from Java Cloud Service learning center.
Java Cloud Service provides a SDK (Download) which includes ANT tasks library (As well as Maven Plugin) which can be used to extend the Ant build file to deploy the application to the cloud.
In case of App server talking to the Database , that part is already taken care of in the Oracle Java Cloud Service and associated Oracle Database Cloud Service.

I have installed WLS and after that Webcenter and created a domain for weblogic.
After I start my weblogic and managed server I can see that Admin server and WLS_Portlet manged server are in running state.
Now inorder to deploy webcenter application should I need to prepare a environment by creating a new managed server and all as mentioned in the document :

But we are getting HTTP Communication failure error.

I want to deploy web application which is developped using JAVA web technology into SAP netweaver Engine.
I tried to deploy .war file through SDM but it complained the following error

I think first you need to wrap it into an EAR file, then you can deploy it.
As far as I know standalone deployment of WAR is deprecated as of 640.
