How to directly call a cgi

The VideoPhone Program is pretty sophisticated and tracking down the actual call to the cgi file to purloin it is not so easy. But there is a description of a GET in HttpIdManager that looks like it might do the job. However, that is only in a comment section. What is the actual call called??
My question is this. I want to call a CGI file and send it a value and receive a value in return. What is the easiest way to do that? Is there a call to do that?
Also, I am currently sending my incoming video image to video display using video_frame.addChild(incoming_image); it works but is there a more straight forward way??

Problem while Calling a CGI pgm From Java with code sample

I am calling a CGI program from java servlet, while calling cgi program I am passing encoded(Base64) content via post process,
My problem is the encoded data is not posted as expected, the encoded data is corrupting. But when I send encoded data in a text file, cgi program is perfectly decoding and working fine.
Here I am doing Base64 encoding as per requirement, I cannot avoid this encoding.
My doubt is about OutputStreamWriter constructor argument , In OutputStream Constructor I am passing one argument is OutputStream object and another argument is encoding type. I tried with ASCII, US-ASCII & UTF-8 .
My code is as follows, please help me to resolve this issue.

here encodedPDF-Content is String and it's size is 9565 bytes

Whenever you read something in java into string (with Reader implementation) it expects source to contain text in encoding you specified. It then decodes it and makes 16 bit unicode string from it. Whenever you store string using Writers it does reverse operation with specified encoding (may be different than this which you used to read source) and stores text as a sequence of bytes made of 16 bit unicode string. So, passing text back and forth between programs with the help of files or I/O you can make mistake at both reading and writing encoding. Check for it.
Now, when C programm or other application reads file it may take another assumptions about encoding or may even completly ignore it and read source as a binary file. Then, if you have a source text as a file and have to pass it to other application never do it using Reader/Writer. User raw InputStream/OutputStream instead what will preserve all information unchanged.
here encodedPDF-Content is String and it's size is 9565 byteHow id you get this info? String.length() gets you how many chars is in it, it will be half the number of bytes. If you see your input file beeing 9565 bytes long, see my above statements.

FSCM Biller Direct Call Center Payment Log

We are using Biller Direct and Biller Direct Call Center for our dealers/customer AR processing.
Biller Direct is used by our Dealers to see their account balance and post payment online through Biller Direct web portal.
Biller Direct Call Center is used by our Account Receivable team to see our dealers account balance and to post payment with authorization from our dealers.
The main question is:
How can we see the deatilpayment log/detail on transaction posted through Biller Direct Call Center? Our AR team needs to identify which user from AR team that perform a specific payment. Please advise.
Is this something that can be setup through XCM or R/3 configuration?
We need to get the detail of "User ID" and "Date & Time" that a payment is done through Biller Direct Call Center.
I tried to look from the document changes on AR line item detail of the billing document that got paid. But, the document changes is only showing that user BD_POOL made the payment posting. The user id is setup in XCM for posting any transaction into R/3.

A) SAP will post a CREDIT to the Customer AR item and a DEBIT to a Credit Card Receivable account when the payment is posted in FI. The DEBIT to the Credit Card Receivable account is included in the nightly Settlement run to be sent to the Processor for a deposit request.
u2022 How are charges levied by banks / financial institutions handled or can be handled?
A) There are Processor charges for authorizations and other services such as Fraud checking as well as the INTERCHANGE fee that is a percentage of the Settlement amount. This could be anywhere from 1.5% to 4% of the Invoice amount depending on the type of transaction and the agreement with the Processor.
u2022 How any fees / charges imposed by network processors / clearing houses handled on a transactional basis?
A) The processor will assess and collect these fees, typically on a monthly or daily basis and provide reporting to the Merchant regarding the fees charged.
u2022 Is this something which Standard SAP Config can accommodate and if yes where exactly? If not what custom development route is appropriate?
A) Standard SAP does not have the ability to assist with Settlement reconciliation or recognition/assignment of processing fees. This must be accomplished through Manual postings.

A) Yes, ISVs such as Paymetric which provide integration between SAP and the processors do provide additional SAP and external reporting and functionality to assist with the reconciliation process and in determining the processing fees.

   i created two WDA Applications.( like YWDA1,YWDA2 ) . i am using the component WDA2 in WDA 1.and displaying the one view of WDA2 as popup window in WDA1 on action of one of the input element in the view of WDA1 by using the method l_window_manager->create_window_for_cmp_usage
I have a button on the view of WDA2 which has appear in the popup window...how can i call the method which has binded to that button....and where should i code that...and i need to assign selected value in the popup window to input elemetn of view WDA1

You can not directly call view's event handler from other component.
create a method in component controller of the second component and in the button click call the component controller method. ( also make the method as interface so that you can call it from other components )

Nothing needs to be fixed - the transaction is called behind the scenes when the user uses FBV0 to post a parked document. Users should never call FBVB directly.

How to Direct control to application's window after closing the popup?

I am using 10.1.3. In my application I am unable to direct control to application's window after closing the popup, if I open any other window at the same time.
For more info see the below step:-
-> Open any popup in my application.
-> Open any new window (lets say Google.com).
-> Now restore popup on Google window.
-> Now close popup
          - control goes to Google window but not the parent application window.
How to direct control to the parent window?

Direct call to BSP and Transaction iViews

I hope you are all very busy and happy with the projects you are currently working on.
My question is simple, although, I cannot find answer for it anywhere... I've been searching for but only found "side shots".
I am building an HTML page to ease the Portal Content testing on the approaching Test phase. Basically, the page will contain a list of all the options that will be delivered through the Portal (built Portal content) that are no more than Transaction iViews and BSP iViews.
My questions are:
How can I make a direct call to the Portal Content iViews to have then displayed in a new window (only the iView and not the whole portal interface environment)? How is the URL built?
Can I pass on the URL parameters for the user authentication so the authentication screen? Which parameters?
