How to display images in a table

Hi all,
I have to display five different images in five rows of a table.For this purpose i am trying to create a node element with value attribute.How can i set an image to the
node.If it is possible to set an image to the node then i can bind it dynamically to the table.Is it correct way?
Otherwise give me guidance to solve this problem.

If you put the image files inside folder src/mimes/components/<name-of-component>, you can use the filename as URL.

Hi Nitin,
It can be done by adding to the table the Image control (can be found under Advanced Controls in the Compose panel).
In the URL property (in the Configure panel of the Image control) you can define any expression that will return the image URL. For example:
="http://hosting.site.url/"&@ImageNameField

You can define an attribute in the context with the type CHAR 30 and define it value like an icon from WDA (like ~Icon/GreenLed). And then you need to create an method to define the attributes of the column that will have the image like follows:

Displaying images in ADF Table

I have a column in table of type blob. I created entity and view against it. In view type of attribute is blobdomain (by default). Now when i drop that view on form to create table, it places control inputText for blob. I want to ask how i can display images in ADF table column?

I have created one form and one Table where I want to display POItems. I am writing my logic of retrieving data from BAPI in CAF.I am connecting them in Guided procedures.When I run my process in Guided Procedures I am getting single row displayed in table. Can Anyone help me how to display multiple rows in table.

if the BAPI returns a table, then you get multiple rows. From which system is the BAPI, so that I can check the BAPI to give you further information.

How to display images on my internal isight?

Hi,
I just bought the new iMac 2 gig dual. Running on 10.5.2.
I wanted to know how to display images on my screen during a video conference chat without resorting to holding up a print out to the camera? I need something where I can switch from video mode to image mode and show a single image at a time if I need to. All that while still talking of coarse. If it isn't possible with my iSight software, can you point me to other software I can download and still use my built in cam?

Try like this
step1: Create a folder & place the image in it.
for eg: place the image 'Sunset.jpg' in 'IMAGEFILE' folder of D drive
Step2: Create a Directory in sql*plus as
CREATE DIRECTORY IMAGEDIR AS 'D:\IMAGEFILE';
Step3: Grant previlage to user
GRANT READ ON DIRECTORY IMAGEDIR TO PUBLIC;
Step4: Create the table in which you want to insert the image
create table loadalbum
(name varchar2(100),
image blob)
Step5: Create the procedure as
declare
l_blob blob;
l_bfile bfile;
begin
insert into loadalbum values ( 'Sunset', EMPTY_BLOB() )
returning image into l_blob;
l_bfile := bfilename( 'IMAGEDIR', 'Sunset.jpg');
dbms_lob.fileopen( l_bfile );
dbms_lob.loadfromfile( l_blob, l_bfile, dbms_lob.getlength( l_bfile ) );
dbms_lob.fileclose( l_bfile );
end;
Now you can know whether the image is inserted or not by
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM LOADALBUM;
COUNT(*)
1
which means image is inserted.

How to display image that's in a table (BLOB datatype) in apex 4.0 report

I have an image that is in a table and I'm trying to get it to display in a report. The upload takes place on 1 page and the report is on another page. The source for the report page is as follows:

Go the Report Attributes -> BLOB Column -> Number / Date Format. Below this attribute you will find
the link BLOB Download Format Mask which will open a dialog to fill in following information:
1) Format Mask: IMAGE
2) BLOB Table: Name of the table where to find the required BLOB
3) BLOB Column: Table column name where you stored the actual BLOB
4) Primary Key Column 1: Primary key of the table where BLOB is stored
5) Primary Key Column 2:
6) MIME Type Column: (Table column name where you stored the required information about BLOB)(Type: VARCHAR2)
7) Filename Column: (Table column name where you stored the required information about BLOB)(Type: VARCHAR2)
8) BLOB Last Updated Column: (Table column name where you stored the required information about BLOB)(Type: DATE)
9) Character Set Column: (Table column name where you stored the required information about BLOB)(Type: VARCHAR2)
10) Content Disposition: Inline(If you want to show it in the browser)
11) Download Link Text: (Not necessary when you want to show image)
I have set the format mask accordingly and the image is displayed in my report.

I believe you put HTML "pre" tags around your quote (with square brackets, I can't type them here because they'll be escaped).
