How to distinct real Kinect sensor and .xef playback source

Hi there,
I’m making an application which compare a live motion(f.e. body frame) captured by the Kinect sensor and a playback xef file recorded by KStudio, I
wanted that they display in two different canvas, but my difficulty is that how to know the frames come from the sensor or the xef file, now all frames display on all the canvas simultaneously.

Actually, my application is a dance comparaison, uses can learn and imitate from a pre recorded video(color and body frame).
The scenario is quite simple
- Record the "teacher" 's frames to xef file by using the KStudio of Microsoft.Kinect.Tools.
- Play this xef file in a litte windows
- Display the live captured data in the main windows.
for this, I create two FrameReader to listen the FrameArrived event.
I noticed that inside the KStudioPlayback or KStudioRecording class, there is a method called "GetMetadataForStream", but I don't know how to create then use it, and I'm not sure I can retrieve it from
the captured data by Kinect Runtime.

Why did you attach a VI that writes out an analog output rather than a VI that actually reads in a signal?
What type of signal is the flowmeter putting out?
Did you look in LabVIEW help? There are dozens of examples there for reading different signals using DAQmx.

You can observe the data for executables with the RTSM. Just be sure to
first go to the Tolls>>RT Taget [x.x.x.x] Options and configure
the VI Server to use TCP. Then add your desktop machine to the Access
List on the TCP/IP Access tab. Now VI server should be able to export
the info. about the executable.

We can create a mailbox database, then run EMC and EMS to create a database copy.

Note: please pay attention to Prerequisites section, for example:
1. The specified Mailbox server must not already host a copy of the specified mailbox database.
2. The server hosting the specified database and the server that will host the database copy must both be in the same database availability group (DAG). The DAG must also have quorum and be healthy.

How to Show Real CPU load, and not just Average Load on Server Performance or CPU metrics

Hi There,
we are currently using application insights for one of our customers, and they have raised the question with me, regarding CPU spikes. Is there anyway to show these when viewing the server performance or within the CPU metrics?
The reason for the question is that for our particular application the average CPU load is 4%, however when viewing task manager real time, I can see spikes go anywhere from 20-60% for a second or two.
Also do you know if the ability to grant user access to the likes of our customers so they can see the results so I don't have to send screen shots etc. on request.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If you use extensions (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) like Adblock Plus or NoScript or Flash Block that can block content then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
*Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

You can use one of these to start Firefox in Safe mode:
*On Windows, hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox with a double-click on the Firefox desktop shortcut

If you want to sync content that is on your iPod Classic to your iPad, it needs to be in your iTunes library first, if it isn't already. From there, you can configure your iPad to sync all this content from under the appropriate tabs.

I have an optical sensor and two hall effect how can I data log?

I have built a test rig which consists of a gyroscope. The gyro is spun up by and electric motor.
I need to measure the speed of rotation. I’m using an optical sensor and two Hall
Effect sensors. I would like to record the
output of these and I would like to build in some redundancy because there will
be another bigger rig that will require more measurement. E.g. vibration.
I’m new to data logging so I’m not sure which hardware I
should be getting.

analog inputs are the most universal. with software such as the functions included in the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite, you can analyze the analog input channel which is connected to your hall effect and optical sensors for frequency and speed. Vibration specific input cards will power accelerometers. with the speed and angular position sensors (hall effect and optical) you can combine this information with your vibration sensors to determine the movement of the device with respect to position and speed. These order analysis functions are part of the Sound and Vibration Measurement Suite.
What is more is that the Suite includes an assistant. The assistant allows for the capture and datalogging of all analog and digital inputs as well as frequency and vibration analysis. This is all configurable and does not require any LabVIEW programming. If you decide you want LabVIEW programming, all the functions are there to support LabVIEW as well.

Consider a person is standing in front of kinect sensor A and to the side of the person another kinect sensor B is placed (i.e exactly 90 degree).How to find programmatically that the sensor B is located 90 degree to sensor A?

Kinect sensor "isOpen" but not "isAvailable"

Hey there, I'm new to Kinect programming, and right now I'm trying to write a real simple Kinect app in C# to initialize a sensor and write the hair color of a target person to the console. So I've initialized my sensor my calling GetDefault() and Open(),
which according to the definition in the API, should mean that the sensor is also Available to receive frames. But, it's returning '0' for my hair color, and calling "isOpen" and "isAvailable" has revealed that, while my sensor is indeed
open, it is not available to receive frames, and isn't actually gathering data when asked to. Any suggestions about why this might be?

To get frames of data, you have to setup event handlers to listen for specific frame arrived events. At which point you can retrieve the data you're looking for.

The hard drive on my old computer failed so I no longer have access to my itunes library that was saved onto that computer. Is there anyway I can transfer my music and apps to my new computer? I would prefer not using one of those shady online tools... I don't want to lose any of my music or apps since I have some paid ones on there. I'm afraid that if I connect it to the new computer then everything will be lost. If that happens the I'll never be able to get any of my music and apps back (or at least it'll be real difficult). Apple normally does not get involved in handling lost objects like this. Since a real name is not installed it will be much more difficult.
You can try contacting Apple support at the US number, assume you are US going to BWI from the listing: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and explain the situation and see if they offer any suggestions.

If you are running Lion then all drivers are distributed through Software Update. You do not need to install anything, other than to install the printer in System Preferences > Print & Scan. If you already added the printer while it was connected using USB, you might want to delete it and set it up again wirelessly to avoid confusion. Or, give them two distinct names e.g. "Photosmart D110 (USB)" and "Photosmart D110 (wireless)".
All scanning functions are now performed using Preview, but you can also access the scanner through the same Print & Scan preference pane, or with Image Capture.
