How to encode a password ??

Hi,
How to encode (and decode after) a password, in Base64 for example ? Is it possible to do that automatically with Java ??

I have finding how to encode but i don't know how to decode now !
This is my code :
sun.misc.BASE64Encoder encoder = new sun.misc.BASE64Encoder();
encoder.encode(myJTextField.getText());
It works very well but this don't work (decode) :
sun.misc.BASE64Decoder decoder = new sun.misc.BASE64Decoder();
decoder.decode(myPassword);
the error : "the method decode with a String for parameter doesn't exist"
And i don't know how to find the declaration of this method.

How do we reset password for SAP* and DDIC user in SAP R/3 ECC 6.0?
I tried with acual method as below from client '000':
DELETE FROM USR02 CLIENT SPECIIED WHERE BNAME = 'SAP*' AND MANDT = '001'.
After this when I tried to logon '001' using SAP* with password PASS it is giving the message that Incorrect logon and password.
(Also when I checked for 'SAP*' in 001 it looks like it is not got created as I queried as below:
SELECT SINGLE * FROM USR02 CLIENT SPECIFIED WHERE BNAME = 'SAP*' AND MANDT = '001'.)
Can anybody throw some light on this? RewardS is guranteed for solutions!

I forget to tell.
You must restart the system. So, that a new user with the name "sap*" gets generated with password "pass"

A newbie question:
There is a thread as below, can some one tell me if there is a passwordMustChange value in iDS5.1? Cause I change the password in console as a diretory manager and checked on 'User must change password after reset', but there is no password expired control when the user binding after the reset. Wondering how to reset the password in console properly.

THe Password policy is working the same in 5.1 as in the previous release (minus bugs).
Password Reset only works when done by "Cn=directory manager".

If you mean you can't get past the screen lock then:
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Which password is it that you are looking for. If it is your airplay password, simply turn the password off in the airplay settings on the Apple TV and then turn it back on again and enter a new password.

ATG 10.1.2 . How to set BCC password through CIM?

I'm new to 10.1.2 version, trying to installing and configure it properly to learn it. With CIM I configured and set Publishing, Production and Staging instances.
I ran BCC after installation (http://localhost:8180/atg/bcc) and was prompted for password - admin/admin or merchandising/merchandising set by default in previous ATG versions didn't work in 10.1.
I learned from ATGInstallGuide that there is no default passwords preset in 10.1.2 and I have to set them though CIM. (Or ACC)
Here what is says:

*default profiles that your environment requires "*
I do remember I was once asked one for password for merchandising user only, and the password I set didn't allow me into BCC, so probably it was for something else.
Please, advise how to set BCC passwords for default account (admin, merchandising and etc) in CIM? I don't see this option in CIM - I everything in CIM and didn't find it

CIM will ask for new passwords when you select Create Schema and Import data. If you have forgotten the pwd given by you, you can reset it.
