How to exicute another users work item

How to exicute another users work item.Please suggest me how to do this or we have to do it programtically.
Please let me know how to over come the problem.

Hi,
Execute SWIA, based on different selection paramenters you would be able to find the workitem(s) in list. Select one and client execute without check.
You can also forward the workitem to another user and then execute normally.
You can also use API for execute a workitem. Search in SAP_WAPI_workitem.

Sorry, but I don't believe that's possible. Even if you can identify the program, there could be multiple transactions that executed it.
The only possible way, I think, would be to add an enhancement / badi which uses the callstack to determine the calling transaction at the time he event is raised (and then stores it somewhere).
But that's not very elegant.
Why do you need to know the triggering transaction? To influence the workflow? If so, another approach might be this: pass the transaction code as an additional parameter to the workflow event & then pass that to the workflow.

How to set status for work items

Hello Friend's,
As per my client current scenario every work item will be sent to 3 useru2019s .If any one of the user click on work item it will automatically call a Ztransaction for further action. Here if the user has viewed the item and back to sap inbox by clicking the back push button(in Ztransaction) without any modification or taking the any action(SAVE) then the rest of other user (2 users ) work items are disappearing from other user SAP inbox.
But my client required that whenever the user click on back button it should be READY status to all the users and it should not disappear from other user SAP inbox.
Please provide me any advice to the above requirement.

A more advance way could also make use of the work item exits.

How do you delete a work item?

I have requirements when a employee transfers their access must be approved by their manager. So I'm creating a Approval work item. Also, if a second transfer is sent for a user with a pending Approval work item I need to delete the pending work item. Does anyone know how to delete or terminate a work item?

I am not sure you should delete the workitmes, in general workitems should be transferred to a different admin such as Configurator. You alwaays able to query the workitems queue and ower for that.

Hi Dharani,
You can achieve this by personalizing the view for UWL.
Click on right side context menu of iView, click on personalize view
Here you will get list of Available Attributes not Displayed select System ID in that.
Save your settings and now you can see the task is from which system.
This will solve your problem.

According to your description, after updating an item, you want to save it as a new item in the Form Library.
In SharePoint Form Library, the items with names are not allowed to be created. In this scenario, after updating an item, a workaround is that you can submit the item
as a new Form Library item with another name.
To save the current editing item with a new name, we can use a formula to generate a date time string as the “File name”, then each time user submits an updated item,
there will be a new form created in the Form Library.
Here is the related formula I use in this scenario, you can change the formula according to your requirement:

Hi, I'm a first time user of Acrobat Pro 8.1 and 9. I'm creating PDF forms. When I open the forms in Reader 7 and work on them, I can directly save it, I do not have to do 'Save as'. However, when I copy this document on another machine, open it in Reader 7 and make changes, the 'save' option is disabled, whereas, I can do a 'Save as'. My client does not want to do a "Save as'. They want to modify the original document and just click 'save'.
I would like to know if this is an internal feature of Reader 7. Please provide a solution, if any.

The document can be copied on another machine in two ways:
1. The document can be sent by mail and copied to the recipients local drive.
2. It can be placed on a share drive and copied on another machine.
I am enabling rights through Advanced> Enable usage rights in Acrobat Professional 8.1. Do I need the Adobe Livecycle Reader extension software as well to enable local save in Reader 7?
Please provide me a solution.

How to delete another user?

Could anyone please tell me how I can delete a user of my shared library? If I locate the itunes folder on my pc, and just delete their folder, music in my itunes ends up with a broken/missing file?

Hi Chris. I've got 1 pc to share with 2 ipods. I hold shift and click on itunes to select which library I want to use.
I want to delete the other user because when I add music to my library, it does not go into the other persons library. I didn't notice this until I added over 2000 more songs to my library! I think it would be too much hassle trying to find which songs are missing from the 2nd library. I then created another library for the other user and just dragged all of my itunes songs into their library.
I then deleted the first folder I made for them, but then the dreaded '!' appeared in my library. I restored the folder from my bin and this fixed the ! problem. I'm just stuck with a folder in my itunes folder, which I don't need any more> Hope that makes sense!!!

How to disconnect another user using AirTunes

Sometimes my GF leaves iTunes running thru AirTunes.
Is there any easy way to bump her off so I can use it without going to her machine and quitting iTunes?

i have an requirement in WO (IW31), i have implemented a logic that user cannot change the WO priority once it is already released .

Now i need to add workaround that the logic should bypass for few user and change the propriety, i assume i need to created specific role for them and impliment the logic.

I thought it may be related to spaces in the path in which the script was called from. I tried having the ODBC command script in another directory but the same thing happens. It will give me the "CONFIGSYSDSN: Unable to create a data source for the 'Oracle in OraClient10g_home1' driver: Could not load the setup or translator library with error code -2147467259". As soon as the script is done running I can manually double click the script and it adds the DSN fine.

Even there are 2 user tagged to one position. There must be only one person would have got high priority to do their job. To get who has got high priority goto table HRP1001 enter these details in the table and check these
OTYPE    = s
PLVAR    = 01
RSIGN     = A
RELAT     = 008
PRIOX      = 1
PROZT    = 100 %
If there are 2 persons tagged check the fields PRIOX and PROZT would be different for 2 persons. These field would be maintained by functional. Check this fields for 2 persons holding the same position.
