How to find a deployed VC model ?
Hi,
I have created a new model in Visual Composer and have deployed it to the portal. After that a window is automatically opened which displays the created iView. When I close this window and log in as a user with the role "eu_role" I can't find the created model. So where can I (as Admin) define who is authorized to view the page and the place where the page is placed in the menu structure?
Regards,
Marc
Hi marc,
you can see ur model in portal..
goto content admin role -> portal content -> visual composer...there u ll find ur model after deploying from VC.

Amit

"Web'n'Walk III" Huawei dongle, how to find out what Huawei model it is?
I just bought this "web 'n' walk III" UMTS Modem (USB) made by Huawei. I want to instal it but do not know if the enclosed software is out of date (MobileConnectDriver(2.9.2)) and works under SL. Does anybody know how I find out what type of Huawei dangle it is so I can find the correct software?
any tips as to how to use this smoothly as the stick is to SIM locked and I will use it with a SIM from an other provider (Stick is branded by T-Mobile).I worked out the model number, it is 'hidden' in small print on the back, in a larger number.

How to find out what year model my Mac Mini
I got a "message" dialog on screen from Apple telling me OSX Mavericks is available for free. The system requirements say my Mac Mini needs to be an "early 2009 or newer" model. I got my Mini at the Apple store in town in 2010, but for all I remember now (not much) it could have been an older model than 2009. How do I determine if my Mac Mini is a 2009 or later model? (The "About this Mac" info doesn't have anything I can interpret that indicates what year my Mini was manufactured.)
I assume Apple "has my number" and this upgrade announcement wouldn't show up on its own without software update determining (outside my view/knowledge) that my Mini is "new" enough, but is there ANY info in that "About" screen that identifies the model by year? Hidden in one of the strings of numbers and letters, maybe?
Is it concerning that Software Update didn't list Mavericks as available for my Mac? It does newly list the migration assistant upgrade to help with Snow Leopard (installed) to Mavericks. But is it worth dl-ing for hours tonight if I only have 2 gb of ram and don't know for sure if my 'puter is new enough?
*I was under the impression, since I bought this machine, that OSX 10.6.8 was the "highest" operating system the Mini could support. Has that changed? At the Apple Icon at top left>About this Mac.
Then click on More Info>Hardware and report this upto but not including the Serial#...

How to find who deployed software to collection .
I want to know if i can create query where entering collection ID or package id tells me who installed software on that particular collection based on package ID .
and also is there any query which can generate alert or message if more than say 10 resource are added in the collection .Most routers provide a web administrative interface which will allow access to whatever administrative functions the router supports. This involves opening a URL like http://192.68.1.1 (this may vary - see your router user guide) and enter your router userid and password.
If you are using an Apple router the Airport App can do what you want. -
How to find the level of each child table in a relational model?
Earthlings,
I need your help and I know that, 'yes, we can change'. Change this thread to a answered question.
So: How to find the level of each child table in a relational model?
I have a relacional database (9.2), all right?!
O /* This is a child who makes N references to each of the follow N parent tables (here: three), and so on. */
/↑\ Fks
O"O O" <-- level 2 for first table (circle)
/↑\ Fks
"o"o"o" <-- level 1 for middle table (circle)
↑ Fk
"º"Tips:
- each circle represents a table;
- red tables no have foreign key
- the table in first line of tree, for example, has level 3, but when 3 becomes N? How much is N? This's the question.
I started thinking about the following:
First I have to know how to take the children:
select distinct child.table_name child
from all_cons_columns father
join all_cons_columns child
using (owner, position)
join (select child.owner,
child.constraint_name fk,
child.table_name child,
child.r_constraint_name pk,
father.table_name father
from all_constraints father, all_constraints child
where child.r_owner = father.owner
and child.r_constraint_name = father.constraint_name
and father.constraint_type in ('P', 'U')
and child.constraint_type = 'R'
and child.owner = 'OWNER') aux
using (owner)
where child.constraint_name = aux.fk
and child.table_name = aux.child
and father.constraint_name = aux.pk
and father.table_name = aux.father;Thinking...

My thanks in advance,

Understood.
Nocycle not work in 9.2 and, even that would work, would not be appropriate.
With your help, I decided a much simpler way (but there is still a small problem, <font color=red>IN RED</font>):

Get "404 Not Found" after deployment. How to find out correct URL?
To the experienced:
In preparing to deploy my application, I am using JDeveloper 10.1.3.4 to deploy the application to the standalone oc4j server that is included in JDeveloper. After the deployment, I get the "404 Not Found" error when trying to invoke the application in a browser. The deployment looks OK, becasue the log window in JDeveloper showed no error when running deployment from inside JDeveloper. Therefore I guess the question is how to find out the correct URL to invoke the application. The steps I took in doing the deployment are as follows.
I first installed the standalone oc4j by running the <jdev_home>\jdev\bin\start_oc4j .bat file. The installation is OK because I deployed the SRTutorial applcation and invoked it in a browser successfully.
The WAR file was created by right-clicking the ViewController project and select to create a WAR file. To the application's Context Root its own name, I typed "ZB" in the box for the context root.
Then in ViewController -> Resources, right_click the deployment file (ZBOV.deploy) and chose "Deploy to" the local_standalone_oc4j. The messages in JDeveloper's log window for the deployment are all clean without errors.
I then used this url to invoke the deployed application in a browser:
http://localhost:8888/ZB/faces/staff/login.jspx
But I got an "404 Not Found" error. Right away I tried invoking the SRTutorial application, and it runs fine.
login.jspx is one of the pages for the appllication. In the application navigator, it is located with other files in the ViewController/Web Content/staff folder, therefore I used /staff/login.jspx after ZB/faces.
What could be wrong? If the deployment is actually successful, how to find out the correct url to invoke the application?
Many thanks for your help!
NewmanHi, Arun,
Thank you for the suggestion. I tried it but got the same error.
I tried it by first undeploying the application using the enterprise manager page (which is also part of the oc4j included in JDeveloper). I select the application and clicked the undeploy link, confirmed that I wanted to remove it. And it was removed.
Then in JDeveloper, I right-clicked the ViewController, and in the properties of the probject selected "J2EE Application" and then selected "Use Custom Settings", then in the "J2EE Web Context Root" box I entered "ZB". Created the deployment profile again, overwriting the existing one, and then right-clicked the ZB.deploy node to deploy to the standalone oc4j on the localhost. And I used the url:
http://localhost:8888/ZB/faces/staff/login.jspx
And I got the same "404 Not Found" error.
There was no error at the time of deployment using the ZB.deploy profile. On the enterprise manager page, the path of the deployed application is given as /C:/jdev10134/j2ee/home/applications/ZB.ear, and the folder of the deployed application is there. Question is: if the deployment is actually OK, can the correct URL be found in some file somewhere in the folder?
All ideas and suggestions are very much appreciated!

How to find out the destination of an "Adaptive RFC Model - DEPRECATED"
Hi All,
How to find out the destination of an "Adaptive RFC Model - DEPRECATED" of an running application
and Where is the destination created in the server .
I have got the code of the running project from NWDI .
Thanks in Advance
Regards
Piyas KumarHi,
I am not sure I fully understand the question, but as per the guide
http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/50f7192d-2808-2d10-189b-df3fa5f71abf
Excerpt from Page 7
Caveat Confector!1
ARFC1 destinations were created using the Web Dynpro Content Administrator tool. This tool is
still available for compatibility reasons, but the destinations it creates are not used by ARFC2
models!
Instead, you should use the u201CDestinationsu201D tool found on the Configuration Management screen of
the NetWeaver Administrator.
Therefore I think if you look up the application in the WD content Admin, there you can find out what kind of JCO/RFC connections are belonging to it. You can find it on http://<host>:<port>/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/tcwdtools/Explorer
Browse your application here, and then select the JCO Connections tab on the right hand side.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards,

How to find the Model size in Semantics
Hi All,
Please can you tell me how to find the model size in Semantics.
Thanks,
InduHi,
Instead of looking up the ID for the Entailment in DB_VIEWS you can better use MDSYS.SEM_NETWORK_INDEX_INFO
For example:
select name, type, id from MDSYS.SEM_NETWORK_INDEX_INFO;
NAME TYPE ID
MYMODEL MODEL 60
MYMODEL_INF ENTAILMENT 69
*** Space about the B-tree indexes on models and entailments ***
Indexes created in RDF_LINK$ for a specific model:
SQL> select name, type, id, index_name from MDSYS.SEM_NETWORK_INDEX_INFO;
NAME TYPE ID INDEX_NAME
MYMODEL MODEL 60 RDF_LNK_PCSGM_IDX
FAMILY100 MODEL 59 RDF_LNK_PSCGM_IDX
FAMILY100 MODEL 59 RDF_LNK_PCSGM_IDX
FAMILY2 MODEL 56 RDF_LNK_PCSGM_IDX
FAMILY2 MODEL 56 RDF_LNK_PSCGM_IDX
FAMILY MODEL 57 RDF_LNK_PCSGM_IDX
FAMILY MODEL 57 RDF_LNK_PSCGM_IDX
OTHERMODEL MODEL 58 RDF_LNK_PSCGM_IDX
OTHERMODEL MODEL 58 RDF_LNK_PCSGM_IDX
0 NETWORK 0 RDF_LNK_PCSGM_IDX
0 NETWORK 0 RDF_LNK_PSCGM_IDX
MYMODEL_INF ENTAILMENT 69 RDF_LNK_PCSGM_IDX
MYMODEL_INF ENTAILMENT 69 RDF_LNK_PSCGM_IDX
Then get the size from DBA_SEGMENTS
select bytes/1024/1024 MB, partition_name from dba_segments where segment_name in ('RDF_LNK_PSCGM_IDX','RDF_LNK_PCSGM_IDX');
Specifically for our model 60 and Entailment 69:
select bytes/1024/1024 MB, partition_name from dba_segments where segment_name in ('RDF_LNK_PSCGM_IDX','RDF_LNK_PCSGM_IDX') and partition_name in ('MODEL_60','MODEL_69');
MB PARTITION_NAME
192 MODEL_60
192 MODEL_60
60.0625 MODEL_69
62.375 MODEL_69
You would add them all for the size of the indexes -

How to find which model of iPhone 5 I am using? and is that GSM or CDMA?
How to find which model of iPhone 5 I am using? A1428 or A1429 ? Is there any short code you can dial in and check the model number ?
And which is GSM or CDMA out of this model. If you purchased the phone in the US with an AT&T contract then you have the locked CDMA A1428 version of the iPhone 5.
At the moment and if the contract is a new contact, then you won't be able to get the phone unlocked at the moment and no, you won't be able to use it in your home country. You will also have LTE 4G compatibility issues too and your phone will only work on 3G and also you need to remember that iPhones are only covered by country specific warranty, so it is only covered in the US, so if you go home and then have a problem with your phone, you will have to come back to the US to get it repaired.
You need to approach AT&T about whether they will unlock your phone for you as they are the ONLY ones that can do it, but the answer to your question is no and if you had wanted to use your phone at home, then you should not have purchased it in the US. The best that you can hope for at the moment is to use it on international/roaming.
If you purchased your phone in the US, then it will be a CDMA phone. You don't have a GSM phone, but GSM phones are unlocked anyway and these are the ones that are selling in Canada and the UK.
If you have your phone on an AT&T contract then ultimately, AT&T are the only ones who can help you with any questions regarding unlocking and they are the only ones who can unlock it for you, noone else. -
Hi,
how to find using SCCM SQL query, application deployed on win 7 machines with SCCM 2012 server or user/technician installed manually. Please let me know. Thanks, is it not possible via any script also?
Like Torsten said, how can you tell the difference between CM12 installed applications and locally installed? Once you can answer that, then you can write report.
