How to find out which WBS Element is assigned to which Cost center?

Hi all,
How to find find out that this WBS element matches this cost Center? I mean, How to find that all these WBS elements are assigned to this cost center? Can you all please give me the corresponding fields and tables? And what are the fields for COST CENTER GROUP and COST ELEMENT GROUP?
Thanking you all in advance,
Chandra sekhar

Hi,
look here:
1) <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/25/908fc66d8411d194f000a0c93031df/frameset.htm">Cost Center Group</a>
2) <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/08/51451143b511d182b30000e829fbfe/frameset.htm">Cost Element Groups</a>
the connection is, when you post a FI-document:
you need a G/L - account and an  account assignment
(WBS-Element or cost centre in you case WBS)
this data is put from FI per interface to Controlling:
here you have the cost-element (= G/L account)
and the CO-object
you'll find all combination of cost-elments and co-objects in Table cosp

  • How to find out that particular structure is used in which tables

    Hello Friends,
    Most of the times through techinal information we come to know the table name for a particular field.And in se16 when i give that table name than system says its structure and not the table.So in se11 when i give that structure name in database table field, its shows all the field in that structure, but not the data stored in that field.
    So my question is how to find out that particular structure is used in which tables,so that i can view data stored in that structure?
    Thanking you guys in advance.
    Regards,
    Jitendra

    Dear,
    When you click on the technical information it will give the structure name and field, double click on the structure and it will take you the display structure screen, there you will have the where-used List icon (Ctrl + Shift + F3) at the top , click on that and it will show the options, select Database tables and execute, it will give the tables related to the structure, you can explore the list of tables and find where your required field is stored in them.

  • How to find out what service account is assigned to sharepoint services?

    In Sharepoint 2007, I would like to find out a particular service account whether it is used or not in any of the sharepoint services. I went through stsadm operations command but not unable find one - the only command is to list sharepoint services but
    the list does not include service account. Any help?

    There isn't specifically a single place to determine whether a service account is used. You can check the following places:
    1. Services console (services.msc) on the server. Sort by Log On As and check if the account is used by any services.
    2. In IIS Manager (inetmgr) expand the server, expand Application Pools. For each application pool right click and select properties. On the Identity tab note the service account.
    3. In Central Administration go to Operations -> Service Accounts. One at a time, go through the Windows service (these should map to the same account you saw in the services console) and Web application pool (these should map to what you saw in IIS Manager)
    4. For search service accounts, in Central Administration go to Operations -> Services on Server. On each server running the search service click on the Office SharePoint Server Search link (MOSS only) to show the Office search service account, and Windows
    SharePoint Services Search (WSS and MOSS) link to show the WSS search service account and default content access account (crawl account). You can also view these accounts using stsadm -o osearch -action list and stsadm -o spsearch -action list

    Diwakar

    Hi Diwakarnd,
    You can use any of the following reports to get the information you require.
    1. <b>S_ALR_87013557</b> - Budget/Actual/Variance
    2. <b>S_ALR_87013558</b> - Budget/Actual/Commitment/Rem Plan/Assigned
    3. <b>S_ALR_87013559</b> - Budget/Distributed/Plan/Distributed
    Some of these reports use a complex selection criteria from various tables which has been grouped together, logically by SAP. The Logical Database table name for PS is <b>PSJ</b>.
    Execute transaction code <b>SE36</b> -> <b>PSJ</b> -> (Subobject : Radio button <b>Structure)</b> -> Click on <b>Display</b>.
    You would see all the underlining tables used.
    I hope the above helps.
    Do not forget to award the points please.

  • How to find out which class/method is calling System.gc

    Hi
    I am seeing frequent FULL GC and not able to locate which particular class/method is calling the System.gc(). I have disabled it using -XX:DisableExplicitGC and performance issues have been resolved. Also, I noticed that it does not happen periodically, so it is not RMI GC. How to find out who exactly is doing this? Does any of of the profilers like Optimizeit/Jprobe help find out this.
    Thanks

    Hi
    I am seeing frequent FULL GC This is because you are creating and destroying objects VERY frequently. Try to look at your design and see where you can reuse objects (i.e. object pooling) if possible, that is if this is adversely affecting performance.
    and not able to locate
    which particular class/method is calling the
    System.gc(). Classes don't call GC. The VM handles that automagically.
    I have disabled it using
    -XX:DisableExplicitGC and performance issues have
    been resolved. Also, I noticed that it does not
    happen periodically, so it is not RMI GC. How to find
    out who exactly is doing this? Does any of of the
    profilers like Optimizeit/Jprobe help find out this.OptimizeIt will tell you everything you need to know. However, NetBeans offers a free profiler now!

    List drivers = Collections.list(DriverManager.getDrivers());
                   for(int i=0;i<drivers.size();i++)
                        Driver driver = (Driver)drivers.get(i);
                        String driverName = driver.getClass().getName();

    Hi Sai,
    Is your problem solved? If yes, then please mark the thread as answered. If no, then use the following code:
         int failedValidations =     validateRecCmd.getValidationResult().getTotalValidationsFailed();
         if (failedValidations > 0) {
                   for (int cnt = 0; cnt < failedValidations; cnt++) {
                   messages.addvalidateRecCmd.getValidationResult).getFailedValidations(recrd.getId())[cnt]

  • How to find out which server is running on which port

    hi all,
    how to find out which server is running on which port, i want to know both
    from front end and backend?
    thanks and regards
    srikanth

    The best source to get all the ports you have is the Context Files.
    All ports are defined in the Context Files through "AutoConfig Variable". You can get the list of those variables by referring to the following note under "What is the port pool? What if I want to give a specific value to a Server Port?"
    Note: 216664.1 - FAQ: Cloning Oracle Applications Release 11i
    https://metalink.oracle.com/metalink/plsql/ml2_documents.showDocument?p_database_id=NOT&p_id=216664.1
    You can also get that list via OAM.
    Referring to the installation log file should also be helpful (Unless you have changed any of the ports after the installation).

    How to find out which plugin is missing fro mthe website: http://web.it.nctu.edu.tw/~twli/interactive/scr_tutf.htm?

  • How to find out which C library I am using?

    On my Solaris 9 UltraSparc system,
    % echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
    /opt/gcc/3.4.4/lib:/opt/glib/2.12.1/lib:/opt/gnome/lib:/opt/openssl/0.9.7g/lib
    % /usr/lib/libc.so
    usage: ld.so.1 [-e option,...] dynamic-object [object args,...]
    On my Solaris 10 x86 system,
    % echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
    /pkg/gcc/4.2.1/lib:/opt/gcc/current/lib:/opt/glib/2.10.1/lib:/usr/sfw/lib:/usr/lib/mps:/opt/openldap/lib:/opt/openssl/current/lib
    % /usr/lib/libc.so
    usage: ld.so.1 [-e option,...] dynamic-object [object args,...]
    On my Linux/x86 system,
    % echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
    /opt/openssl/0.9.7g/lib:/opt/gcc/3.4.4/lib:/opt/binutils2.13/lib:/opt/glib/2.12.1/lib:/opt/java/j2sdk1.4.1_01/lib
    % /lib/libc.so.6
    GNU C Library stable release version 2.6.1, by Roland McGrath et al.
    From the above, can one tell what C library I am linking to on the Solaris systems? If not, how can one tell? How do I know the exact location of the C library I am using?
    On the Linux/x86 system, I can use gnu_get_libc_version() to find out the version of glibc I am supposedly using. But it does not work when I compiled the identical C program using gcc on the Solaris 9/UltraSparc and Solaris 10/x86 systems. If I can use gnu_get_libc_version() , does that mean for sure that my C program links to glibc? On the other hand, if the linker reports that gnu_get_libc_version() is not found, does that mean for sure that my C program is not linked to glibc?
    Is there a function on the Sun libc similiar to gnu_get_libc_version()?
    http://docs.sun.com/source/819-3690/Using.Libs.html says "The Solaris operating system comes with several libraries installed in /usr/lib. Most of these libraries have a C interface. Of these, the libc and libm, libraries are linked by the CC driver by default." If one wants to link to the glibc library, how to override the default? How to find out the default? Is it in some environ variable? If one changes the CC driver to gcc, does the default remain the Sun libc? And if one compiles explictly using gcc, i.e. "gcc myprog.c", is the default C library the Sun Library, or glibc?
    gnu.org has a (web page for the) glibc manual but I am not able to find a Sun C Library Manual. Is there one?
    Edited by: hzmonte on Jun 28, 2008 1:43 AM

    I'll discuss only the Sun C compiler here. For questions about gcc, look in the gcc manual, or try a gcc forum.
    Run the command "ldd" on an executable file or shared library, and it will report the shared libraries that it will link to, based on any runpath in the file, and on LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Example: % echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
    LD_LIBRARY_PATH: Undefined variable
    % cc hello.c
    % ldd a.out
            libc.so.1 =>     /lib/libc.so.1
            libm.so.2 =>     /lib/libm.so.2
            /platform/SUNW,A70/lib/libc_psr.so.1 BTW, except possibly for testing, there is usually no need to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH, and setting it is usually a bad idea. For more on this topic see Rod Evans' blog:
    [http://blogs.sun.com/rie/entry/tt_ld_library_path_tt]
    Prefer to set a runpath in the executable so that no client needs to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
    If you want to know what libraries the C compiler will link, based on a given command line, you can add the -v (verbose) option, which will display each subcommand. Or you can use the -### option, which shows what commands would be run. Example: % cc -### hello.c
    ### Note: NLSPATH = \
    /opt/SUNWspro/prod/bin/../lib/locale/%L/LC_MESSAGES/%N.cat:/opt/SUNWspro/prod/bin/../../lib/locale/%L/LC_MESSAGES/%N.cat
    ###     command line files and options (expanded):
    ### hello.c
    /opt/SUNWspro/prod/bin/acomp -xldscope=global -i hello.c -y-fbe -y/opt/SUNWspro/prod/bin/fbe -y-xarch=generic \

    ### Note: LD_RUN_PATH = <null>

    -Qy -lc /opt/SUNWspro/prod/lib/crtn.oThe basic runtime support library is /lib/libc.so.1, on any version of Solaris, used by every compiler version. You can check the patch version of the library by running
    showrev -p | grep <patch>
    where <patch> is the patch number for the library. The patch number depends on the Solaris version. You can get more information at [http://sunsolve.sun.com].
    There is no manual specifically for the C library. There is a Solaris man page for each function in the library, and you can check the C Users Guide and the Solaris Linker and Libraries Guide for additional information.
