How to find SAP Scripts to Prepare functional Spec

Hello SAP GURUS,
Could any one help me out how i can find Sap Scripts,or SAP programs to create a functional spec for Billing, user want a writing at the bottom of billing,
Could any one help me out
Thanks
Edie

HI,
Pls go to T-Code : NACE. Inside this choose the application as V3 and press the button Output Types in the application toolbar.
If your client is using std output type then choose the type: RD00 and press on processing routines. Here in this screen, we can find out the script/smartform name along with the driver pgm name.
The same procedure is applicable for customized output types.
Hope this helps.

JLN

    I had an issue, in the transaction F110  Payment advice. They need to adjust the spacing on the cheque printing, which is overlapping the names on the cheque and hence I have forgotten how to find the form name and the driver program of the script. Can anybody suggest me how to find those. Your help will be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

    hey
    NACE is the transaction ..for this u must know the output type..
    Script for Cheque Printing and Payment Advice can be known from Transaction FBZP...
    FBZP -> paying Company Codes -> u will get Script used for Payment Advice
    FBZP -> Pmnt methods in company code -> u will get Script used for Cheque Print
    ....Give points if useful.....

    Hi,
    This may be too late but here is a really easy way
    Here is a snippet of code that will help you out.
    You can use the OPEN_FORM of the SAPscript to have a device type of MAIL instead of PRINTER
          Form  OPEN_FORM
          Open SAPscript form to send to user
    FORM OPEN_FORM .
    *--- Set recipient
      GW_COMM_VALUES-ADSMTP-SMTP_ADDR = '[email protected]'.
    *--- Set NAST details as these will not currently be set....
      CLEAR GW_SNAST.
      GW_SNAST-ANZAL = 1.
      GW_TITLE = 'Mail Header Title'.
      MOVE GW_TITLE TO GW_SNAST-TDCOVTITLE.
    *--- Set sender and recipient details
      CALL FUNCTION 'CONVERT_COMM_TYPE_DATA'
        EXPORTING
          PI_COMM_TYPE              = 'INT'
          PI_COMM_VALUES            = GW_COMM_VALUES
          PI_REPID                  = SY-REPID
          PI_SNAST                  = GW_SNAST
          PI_MAIL_SENDER            = SY-UNAME
        IMPORTING
          PE_ITCPO                  = GW_ITCPO
          PE_MAIL_RECIPIENT         = GW_RECIPIENT
          PE_MAIL_SENDER            = GW_SENDER
        EXCEPTIONS
          COMM_TYPE_NOT_SUPPORTED   = 1
          RECIPIENT_CREATION_FAILED = 2
          SENDER_CREATION_FAILED    = 3
          OTHERS                    = 4.
    *--- Open SAPscript in MAIL mode for e-mailing
      CALL FUNCTION 'OPEN_FORM'
        EXPORTING
          DEVICE                      = 'MAIL'
          DIALOG                      = 'X'
          FORM                        = SapScript Form Name
          LANGUAGE                    = SY-LANGU
          OPTIONS                     = GW_ITCPO
          MAIL_SENDER                 = GW_SENDER
          MAIL_RECIPIENT              = GW_RECIPIENT
        EXCEPTIONS
          CANCELED                    = 1
          DEVICE                      = 2
          FORM                        = 3
          OPTIONS                     = 4
          UNCLOSED                    = 5
          MAIL_OPTIONS                = 6
          ARCHIVE_ERROR               = 7
          INVALID_FAX_NUMBER          = 8
          MORE_PARAMS_NEEDED_IN_BATCH = 9
          SPOOL_ERROR                 = 10
          CODEPAGE                    = 11
          OTHERS                      = 12.
    When you have finished your SAPscript and call function CLOSE_FORM make sure you do a COMMI WORK after the call of this function.
    You should then see the mail created in SOST.
    Kind regards

  • How to find out what are the functions supported by string class

    Hi,
    Can any one let me know how to find what are all the functions supported by the string class in standard(STL) library on solaris.
    Regards,
    Vignesh

    1. Any C++ textbook that covers the Standard Library will tell you about the standard string class. A good tutorial and reference for the entire Standard Library is "The C++ Standard Library" by Nicolai Josuttis, published by Addison Wesley.
    2. WIth Sun C++, the command
    man -s3C++ basic_string
    provides documentation for the default libCstd version of the Standard Library.
    3. You could look at the <string> header itself. I don't recommend that approach.

    Hi again,
    Take a look at a possible 'Table of Contents' for a Functional Specification document.  This a generic - All the items need not be filled in all the time.  The key items are 2, 3, 4, and 9.  If you do not have template, you may create a template in Word.

    Hi Sylvain,
    As you told that in the standard webcomponent is HRRCF_C_SEARCH_UI.
    There is a view named VW_REG_SRCH...
    In this view, there is a ViewContainerUIElement named VC_SRCH_CRITERIA.
    You are not able to find the layout inside this ViewContainerUIElement.
    For your information the ViewContainerUIElement is used to embed a view , so within this you will not able to view the layout.
    When You look in the Tab WINDOWS,you see that for VC_SRCH_CRITERIA, there is
    an embed view(or view use) named VW_SRCH_CRITERIA_USAGE_3.
    So to find the View - VC_SRCH_CRITERIA, you have to go to the view section within this View - VC_SRCH_CRITERIA is exists there in the component and there you can also see the layout there in the view editor

  • How to find Oracle script in the database

    Hi,
    I've an Oracle instance with Fine Grained Auditing (FGA).
    In this DB was created a series of policies and now I want to find the scripts created for insert it in another database.
    for example:
    dbms_fga.add_policy (
    .....................How can I find this SQL script from this database?
    I have also export dmp file
    Must I use TOAD for export the objects?
    Thanks in advance!

    you'll need to use datapump export/import for this, see the example below:
    Create fga policy TEST_POLICY on table scott.emp
    SQL> exec dbms_fga.add_policy(object_schema => 'SCOTT',object_name => 'EMP',policy_name => 'TEST_POLICY');
    Show fga policy in the db

    Now export the metadata for the objects
