How to free confirmed material with shipment

Hi guru,
Please help me. Here is the scenario:
An order for 50 pcs was placed. It was splitted because 13 was available and 37 was to be delivered on a later date. There is shipment coming from a forwarder. When shipment was scheduled the 37 delivery was included leaving it without post goods issue. All the docs are now paid including the customer. The problem is that 37pcs are now locked in the scheduled delivery. How do we free it?

Hi maqdoom,
if you want to use handling units for transferring materials to subcontractor
you will have to use deliveries (delivery type LB). The handling units can be assigned to the delivery before PGI.
The delivery can be created via TCode ME2O.
Also make sure the following are maintained
- Sales views in mm
- Customer master with sales views assigned to vendor master
- Shipping point determination configuration.
During Migo, handling units may be used as in the standard process.

If you want to exclude any material from Costing Run, there are two ways...
1. Go to Material Master, Costing1 view, take the check box "Do Not Cost". If you opt for this check box, the system will not consider this material for costing.
2. Where you run the standard cost estimate in CK40N, once you save you costing run with the parameters like Costing Variant etc, When you select the "Parameters" agains the Flow step of "Selection", you will be asked to give the inputs like Material Number, Plant etc.
There, against the Material Number, on the extrem right side, you will see a arrow, press that arrow, and there you can see a tab "Exclude Single Values". There you have to give the material number which you want to exclude from the costing run press "Execute" icon on the botoom-left corner of that pop-up window..

Go to MM01 trxn enter Material Number and press enter and in the next screen select the plant/storage view
here maintain the plant & storage location
press Enter
you will see the Plant/Storage Screen
enter the details and SAVE
You can also use MMSC trxn code for the Same

How to Upload different Material with Different Selection View

Hello Experts!
Iu2019m new in ABAP and trying to understand methods of LSMW. Now I get a question for you guys. Let say I need to upload 10 different materials. Now for instance.
1st material has Basic data 1 and Basic data 2.
2nd material has Basic data 1, Purchasing and Purchase Order text
3rd material has Basic data 1, Classification, Purchasing, MRP 1, MRP 2 & MRP 3.
4th material has Basic data 1 & Basic data 2.
5th material has Basic data 1, Classification, Purchasing, MRP 1, MRP 2 & MRP 3.
And so on. Now here Iu2019ve notice that every material has different INDUSTRY SECTOR, MATERIAL TYPE AND SELECTION VIEWS. I understand that Industry Sector, Material Type and other data I can specify in my file but how I can control SELECTION VIEWS for different materials. Because for different Selection view coming screens will become different accordingly.
So can somebody can please tell me how I can control different select views for different material and upload it in SAP.

I understand that you are performing LSMW on MM01 transaction code..and are uploading through batch input in LSMW.
Actually, for a tcode like MM01 I dont think you should use LSMW, instead you can go with the BAPI: BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA.
The views is a serious problem with MM01 when performing using batch input..
So, go through the documentation in SE37 tcode for the BAPI...
The information you get there will help you on how to proceed.

How to link Variant Material with Class n Char ?

I am new to variant Config.
I created Char, --> Class n dependencies.
Created KMAT material.
But i m confused how to link Materil to the Class or is there anymore i have to do for setting?

Here are the simple steps to follow to link the material to class. The steps also include set-up for creating material to assignment.
1. Create Material
Menu Path: Logistics Materials Management Master Data Material- Create
Transaction Code: MM01
[Enter the material type as Configurable Material.
Ensure that check box Material is configurable is checked (i.e. MARA-KZKFG has value X) in Basic Data view]
2. Create Characteristics
Menu Path: Logistics Central Functions Classification Master Data Characteristics - Create
Transaction Code: CT04
All the required characteristics should be created before proceeding to next step.
3. Create Class
Menu Path: Logistics Central Functions Classification Master Data Class - Create. Transaction Code: CL01
Enter name of class.
Enter class type as 300 - Variants.
Enter description and other relevant details.
4. ASSIGN CHARACTERISTICS TO CLASS
Menu Path: Logistics Central Functions Classification Master Data Class - Change [Transaction Code: CL02]
Note: Assignment of characteristics to class can be done while creating class also, if all the characteristics are created before creating class.
Go to Characteristics tab and assign all the characteristics in sequence in which you want them to appear logically.
5. CREATE CONFIGURATION PROFILE
Menu Path: Logistics Central Functions Variant Configuration Configuration Profile Create [Transaction Code: CU41]
Material to class assignment is created via Configuration Profile.

Dear,
It is very simple.
Enter MM01 t-code.
Enter your existing material code in field of reference material code.
If your material number range is external number range then enter number of material otherwise direct enter industry sector and material type.
After enter basic detail system ask you plant/storage location detail and view detail.
Select reference plant and storage location in left sight of diglog and enter plant and storage location in right sight of diglog screen for which you want to maintain material master.
Then click on all view, If you want to change some detail change it.
Due to reference material all detail is come from reference material.
Then click on save.
NOTE: - You can create new material with reference of old material but it is prerequest material type should be same of both material old and new.

Delete old emails you no longer want,
Go through your calendars, contacts, etc. and delete those you no longer want,

Hi, today I came in front of a strange problem(bug) of IOS7. I am from India & here all the toll free no starts with 1800. I can call my bank'a (Axis Bank) toll free no (1800 233 5577) from my iphone directly but whenever I am saving the no in my iphone it automatically converts the no into +1 (800) 233 5577; which is an US no & the call could not be processed. Those toll free no doesn't work if u add '0' or India's country code '+91' at the beginning. How to save the no where I can make the call directly from the contacts.

Just go to Settings -> Phone -> Dial Assist and disable it!
This was a feature introduced from iOS6
This solves the issues altogether!

Exchange rate differences are not distributed into the items based on the shipment (per article/material). Is there a workaround available based on the GR/IR exchange rate difference and the material that was purchased?

had read this documentation and only found this documentation of exchange rate
difference posting:
GR/IR clearing uses the exchange rate of
the goods receipt. The GR/IR clearing run completely clears Unbilled Payables
and Purchases in Transit. The run calculates price differences of EUR 155 and exchange rate differences of EUR
135. The price differences are posted to the price difference account and the
exchange rate differences to the exchange rate difference account.
Therefore I guessed that the exchange
rate differences are NOT distributed to the material with moving average price.

All legitimate iPhones sold in SA have Facetime removed on the order of the SA Government and it cannot be reinstalled
any iPhone you purchase claiming to have FaceTime will be a grey import and may not function correctly as it will have been destined for another Country
