How to get calendar icon to show again when entering data in date/time field.

First time posting on this site. I am fairly new to using SQL Server Express. I created a split-database in MS Access 2010 and have successfully migrated over the backend database to SQL Server Express. When I was using the FE forms in
Access, I use to be able to see a calendar icon where I could select the month and day in the date/time field.
I compiled the FE forms to binary format .accde so that I could distribute this to the users and they couldn't change my forms. After migrating the tables to SQL Server express for the BE, I am no longer able to see the calendar icon when I try to enter
in data in the date/time field. Same for the original .accdb file before the binary conversion to .accde.
How do I get the calendar icon back to show on the form when a user is entering in data? I appreciate any assistance I can get. Thank you!

I don't believe the table changed when migrating from Access. I had two tables before the migration, one was for the SwitchBoard Manager and the other table was for the database table. I used the Switchboard to navigate to different menus, such
as the Main Form, Power Form, Server Form, etc. Let me know if I can provide any other information to help you narrow this down for me.

I just upgraded from an iPhone 4 to iPhone 5S and had Verizon sync contacts and calendar. Contacts kinda sorta worked but will not upgrade if I add hone numbers via computer.
Also, events in calendar show up 4 hours early on iPhone as opposed to the actual times on my pc.
Any ideas?

Nope, they don't - and we are up to version 7.1 now. I have done a good bit of searching on this subject, and it is a frequently asked question. I don't understand why Apple don't implement it. It is the only reason I am currently using Chrome instead of Safari. I have too many bookmarks on my toolbar for them all to have names, using the icons allows me to pack them in tight and have instant access to lots of sites I use frequently.

I was wondering how to get calendar travel time (set up in Mavericks) to show on iOS 7 calendar? If I change a location in mavericaks it is updated in my iOS 7 calendar, but if I add travel time to an appointment, that does not show up on my iphone. This seems like a big miss for apple if this is the case. I could maybe understand not adding the ability to add travel time in iOS 7, but not being able to see the travel times you set up seems very incomplete. Any ideas or insight?

How do I get back 'Don't Show Again' dialogue boxes?
In particular:
I've got an interactive form with a 'Submit via Email' button. Normally, when you select this button you get two options:
1. Send via desktop email application (e.g. outlook)
2. Send via other email applications (e.g. hotmail)
Previously I've selected the 'don't show again' check box which defaults to the second option.
Now I'd like to select the first option but don't know how to get this dialogue box to come up again. How is this done?

You can use "Edit => Preferences" and select the 'General' category, click on the 'Reset All Warnings' button, and click the 'OK' button to finish.

Go to settings>messages>send and receive at>you can be reached by iMessages at> Uncheck your phone number and you can select your Apple ID emal address if you want to use that for messages.

If you have iOS 5 installed on it, you don't need a PC. simply turn it on and set it up.
if you don't have iOS 5 then you'll need a computer.

How do I undo Do not show again?

I'm making a video with alot of screenshots from a video strung together. When I put the first clip into Timeline, it displayed:
Fix quality problems in clips?
(checkbox) Do not show again
[Yes] [No]
I clicked "do not show again" and "yes". I realized what it did was brighten the clips, which I did not like. However, I can't seem to disable this now. Can and how do I uncheck do not show again?

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system?
My generalization would be:
Edit Menu/Preferences/General and put a check mark next to Show all do not show again messages.
Please let us know if that worked for you.
