How to get the latest screen value (of input field in VA01)

Hi Experts,
I have a problem that when I am in VA01 (create sales orders) I see the (old) default value of the Req.Deliv.Date
(in Item Overview tab). I don't see the latest entered value.
This is screen field RV45A-KETDAT.
Eg When I enter VA01, I first enter the order type.
In the next screen you will see that the Req.Deliv.Date has already an intial value (current date).
Now when I change this field to Nov 14 2011, I will still see the delault current date (in PAI).
Only much later, the program will adopt the new value (but this is too late for me).
(I actually need the value in FM SD_PARTNER_ABLAD_SELECTION)
How come and how can I retrieve the latest value?
(I already tried FM DYNP_VALUES_READ but this didn't help)
Please advice.

Did you try DYNP_VALUES_READ like this
      PERFORM DYNP_VALUES_READ USING 'SAPMV45A'
                               '4001'
                                'RV45A-KETDAT'
                       CHANGING RV45A-KETDAT
                                SY-SUBRC.
try writing this where you need your values. This oerform already exists in VA01 code and is used in teh PAi for another field. So just try callign this with these values and see if it helps.

Can anybody give me an idea on how to get the latest credit limit values per each customer in the report.
I have below requiremnt.
I have cube which is having transactional data on document and customer level .and it also having master data info object in the cube which is credit management view having all the customer numbers .
This credit management view is master data info object having credit limit key figure as attribute.These credit limit are per each customer.
So we need these credit limits in the report as dynamic values .(I mean whatever be the current credit limit in the master data table for that paricular customer that should show up in the reporting).
one more thing these credit limits should roll up correctly at the HTR level.
One HTR having number of customers .
for example HTR 100 can have customer number 200,300,400.
Those 200,300,400 customer credit limits should roolup correctly at the HTR 100 level.
Example below :
Cube DATA :
HTR Customer Doct number Credit managment view

Please remeber :
We can not make these credit limits as navigational becasue these are keyfigure attributes not characteristics.
one more thing we can not make them as charatistics because we need use these credit limits to derive other calkculation. so it is not possibel to derive calculations on charactristics .

Create a formula variable of type replacement path with reference as attibutes of Credit management view and choose your key figure credit limit,say zcredit.
Now create a formula or CKF and use zcredit.
This should display the credit limit in your report as normal key figure.
I didnot get this part "one more thing these credit limits should roll up correctly at the HTR level.", may be the above will solve this too.Try it.

Just add to combobox ItemListener. When item is changing in itemStateChanged arrives 2 events. ItemEvent.DESELECTED and ItemEvent.SELECTED with corresponding item's values. Just write something like this:

Setting up Debugging for Integrated ITS
Tcode SICF.
Select service (e.g. default_hostàbcàguiàsapàitsàbbpsc01).
Change service settings and insert parameter ~GENERATEDYNDPRO=1.
Find program to debug. E.g. SE93. Enter bbpsc01 à Display and get Program field (SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS)
Execute SE38 and enter program name.
Turn HTTP Debugging ON. UtilitiesàSettingsàDebugging. Click Actv and username.
Add HTTP Breakpoint. Display source code and select Utilitiesàbreakpointsàset.
On External Debugging select HTTP Breakpoint.
Remember to remove breakpoints, deactivate debugging and remove parameter GENERATEDYNPRO.
Can run program RSBREAKPOINTS to find which programs you have breakpoints set in.

Like Henrik said, make sure you have the Classifications selected that you want to address. IE 11 is the current browser, that was added to the catalog a few months back. If you are searching for this month you wont find it.

You have to pass a parameter. An id is good.
Of course you have to get an id from somewhere in the result set right?

First of this not hte mysql or database forum so don;t repeate again.
to get diff between two date in mysql use date_format() to convert them to date if they r not date type
then use - (minus)to get diff.

Urgent !!! How to get the Latest Exchange Rate from a list

I want to get the latest exchange rate for all currencies in BI 7.0. Now when I checked in the table its showing all the exchange rates for various currencies according to the date. My client want the latest exchange rate in the report for all currencies. Now when I generating the currencies into the report the rate getting cumulated.
For certain currencies the rate is updated very recently. But for others two months back.
<b>How it is possible to take only the latest exchange rate for all currencies and can generate the report.</b>
I am working in BI 7.0 and the BEx using is of version 3.5.

usually the currenies and other settings will be loaded nightly, but in your case if you want it urgently you can do this.
RSA1->Source System>Transfer Exchange Rates. This will open up a screen with two options Simulation and Update. You can verify with SImulation and needed you can update. It will not create any issues.

You could peek at the widget indicated in your screen shot, at least when that MDI (?) frame is showing.
The window title at kLayoutPresentationBoss, IID_IDOCUMENTPRESENTATION also reflects the value.
Probably best would be the kLayoutWidgetBoss, with its IID_IPANORAMA, GetXScaleFactor() - and GetYScaleFactor()!!!
I just try to imagine how a document would look if these differ from each other ;-) and, even better, how to achieve that from the UI.
Btw, one notification is on kDocWorkspaceBoss, protocol IID_IWINDOW, command kUpdateDocumentUIStateCmdBoss.
Another one: there is a kDocWindowTitleModifyService ...
Edit: of course I should again mention IID_IPANORAMA, observable from kLayoutWidgetBoss subject.
