How to include the support message in the testreport

Question

When I create the testreport only the notes and the number of the support message are shown in the document.
Is there a way to get the whole support message copied into the testreport? Or is the only way to see the support message to click on in directly in solution manager infosystem?

maybe those examples can gives u some ideas:
SELECT department_name || manager_id AS "Department and Manager"
FROM departments;
or
SELECT last_name ||' is a '||job_id
AS "Employee Details"
FROM employees;
but your answer is:
SELECT user_id || user_name AS "User ID | User Name"
FROM fnd_user;
