Service Desk Determination. In the support message Sold to party &

Dear Friends,
Sold to Party , IBASE & Component are not fetching the support message created from Satellite system BI.
I have configured the Service Desk for satellite system ECC 6.0. Now I have configured it to BI, but Sold to party & IBASE & Component are not fetching in the support desk message.
Following things done for adding satellite system BI to Solman.
1) IBase creation for BI is done.
2) SMSY configiration also done for BI
3) BP no created in Solman, mapped identification also.
What else i need to check.
Can anybody tell me which roles I need to assign the BI end users for raising the message. Is this issue related to roles

Hi,
There are several predefined roles for Support Desk, containing specific authorizations.
Rolle
SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN Administrator role for Support Desk. Comprises
authorizations to configure Support Desk
SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS Role for processing Support notifications. Comprises all the
authorizations for notification processing and using the Solution Database
SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY General display role, no authorization to create or change
notifications
SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE Role to create Support notifications. This role must be
assigned to both users who will create notifications in the
SAP Solution Manager and to users who will create
notifications from the satellite systems in the SAP Solution
Manager.

    If you are creating the support message from help->create support message in solution manager
    Please check the following
    1. Whether the solution manager is set up in the I-Base in transaction IB52.
    2. Check if your ID is maintained in the identification tab of Business Partner for the    solution manager server.
       (path : transaction- BP -> enter the login ID ->Select change in BP role as Business Partner (Gen.)
                -> Select the Identification tab.)
       your ID should be maintained as below for the solution manager:
    ID Type              System - Installation Number - Client - BP ID
    CRM0001             zzz   - xxxxxxxxxx          -   999  - login ID.
    if these are done then system should be able to recognize the reported by and sold to party.
    if you are using CRMD_ORDER trasnaction for the creation of the support message, then the reported by field, SAP Component field and I-Base are entry fields and are not automated. On entering these and save the reported by , support team and Sold to party will be determined base on your configuration.

  • Service Desk: Can't find Support Team when creat.message in satellite syste

    Hi all,
    strange thing:
    In service desk I customized the partner determination rule for the support team with the rule AC13200137.
    (In the rule pretty much everything is filled with * )
    a) when creating a message via transaction NOTIF_CREATE within solman itself, the support team can be determined without any problems.
    b) when creating a message in a satellite system via ->Help ->Create Support Message, the message gets created in the solution manager, but the support team could not be determined.
    In the action log for "when message is created, find
    support team responsible" the protocol is red.
    Details of the log:
    - green: Date and time stamp
    - green: Processing CRM_DNO_PARTNER_1 is started
    - red: Rule container does not exist
    - red: Actim could not be successfully executed
    Any idea why this is acting differently ?

    hi,
    It might be because of the buffer synchronization problem , you can try executing the program
    HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE
    in se 38 and see whether the responsiblites that you created are getting updated.Its because of the master data change and some time it take a longer time to get updated in the database .

    Hi,
    I'm working at Solution Manager 7.0 SP16. I've configured and working Service Desk scenario and it works. Now I'm trying configure automatic email at status change of messages, but It doesn't work
    I'm following spro transaction, and SAP Note 691393. I am configuring Service Desk Specific Scenario Settings -> Automatic Email at status change.
    I've checked:
    - SCOT is correctly configured and working OK.
    - Business partners emails are mantained.
    I made the configuration suggested as described SAP Note 691303 SAP Tutor. Following SAP Tutor I go to transaction sppfcadm->select crm_order->botton "define action profile and actions"->Action Profile(left view) and SLFN0001_ADVANCED(right view)->mode change->new entry...   I follow the next slides at SAP Tutor.
    At the end, when I check results, I go to the support message (transaction crm_dno_monitor) to edit-> Fast Entry->service process->status->In process and I press button save. So I go to Transaction data->Actions but any about the send mail action
    Please could you help me??

    The settings that I've defined at the start condition are:
    Transaction sppfcadm->select CRM_ORDER->button "Condition Configuration"->button technical names on->select action AI_SDK_STANDARD(double click)->change edit mode->right frame button create and select the new condition "Send an email to the author when status of message changes"->start condition tab->button edit condition->Name: Zsend_email->Condition definition:User status->Operators "="->constant "status profile"->SLFN0001 "Service Desk Status header"->Status E0002 "In process"->boton transfer condition->save button. At the end I have:
    &CRM Service Process.User    =
    Status&                                  E0002SLFN0001
    I create a new support message (help->create support message) -> transaction crm_dno_monitor->open the support message just created->button change->fast entry->service process-> status->In process->button save
    In order to test I go to Transaction data->Actions:
    I've a line: wth a red circle, Action="send an email to author when status of message has changed" and start condition:
    &CRM Service Process.User      =
    Status&                                    E0002SLFC0001

    When I create the testreport only the notes and the number of the support message are shown in the document.
    Is there a way to get the whole support message copied into the testreport? Or is the only way to see the support message to click on in directly in solution manager infosystem?

    I've used iChat in the recent past with no problems. Nothing had changed in my environment and I confirmed that with my ISP. Just recently I've been getting the AIM problem were it say no response for 10sec and then the session ends. Was using a cannon camera when the problem started so I bought an iSight and am still having the same issue.
    I use it to talk to my son and his wife. We both use Comcast cable, we both have new iMac's.

  • Service Desk Mail - Modify the subject -adding ticket number and descriptio

    Hello,
    I have activated the automatic sending of email when a new ticket arrives into the Service Desk. I am using the standard notifcation smartform  However all the mails arrive in the inbox with the same subject, so no possibility of making a quick identification of the ticket.
    I heard that is possible to add additional fields in the subject of the mail using some "&" parameters.  However I do not have a clue where to modify and what type of & parameters are available.  Is that I need to copy and modify the smart form somewhere??

    Hi Esteban,
    The subject line corresponds to the name of the smart form that you can maintain in the "description" field in the sap form builder. you can add dinamyc parameters to the subject by using the placeholder "&". e.g.: & | Action Required.
    On se24, copy the class CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER into the customer workspace (ZCL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER). then edit it and navigate to line 185 and change the following:
    REPLACE '&' WITH ls_orderadm_h-object_id INTO ls_output_options- tdtitle.
    Other example to use as subject:
    Object ID + Priority + Description
    Field description value: &1 | &2 | &3
    On the class:
    REPLACE '&1' WITH ls_orderadm_h-object_id INTO ls_output_options- tdtitle.
    REPLACE '&2' WITH ls_activity_h-priority INTO ls_output_options- tdtitle.
    REPLACE '&3' WITH ls_orderadm_h-description INTO ls_output_options- tdtitle.

    we need to read description (not a subject) of a support message which we can see at Transaction Data - Overview tab.
    Were tried a couple of FMs, e.g. CRM_ORDER_READ, but it doesn't return what we need.

    Can you provide more details?
    In the Transaction Monitor, in Transaction Data, under the Overview Tab, the Description is there and viewable.
    Are you using the Description field as a Subject field, becuse there is no a subject field.
    The overview will show the Description, Reply for SAP. Information from SAP, etc.

  • Not able to change the value in 'sold to party' once disabled.

    Hi,
    I am validating the Business partner entered in the 'sold to party' field while creating a sales order in webclient UI.
    The error message pop up as expected but the field becomes disabled. I tried changing the field to editable by setting  rv_disabled = 'FALSE' in method GET_I_SOLDTO_NAME.
    Now the field is editable but it does not take the new value which i enter. it takes the old value only.
    How do i make the field to accept new values?

    Just check small config in your Partner determination profile if it helps you:
    Path: SPRO->CRM->Partner Processing->Define Partner Determination Procedure-
    Open you Partner determination Profile and go in details Sold-to-party partner and Mark Check box Changable to allow to make changes in partner.

    I have created the mapping document for EDI 850. In our scenario when an EDI 850 comes in, we need to check whether the Sold-to Party exists. IF it exists then the EDI 850 will be processed and a sales order will be created. If the Sold-to Party does not exist then a Sold to party has to be craeted with the information present in 850 IDOC.
    I have a question as should the mapping document for EDI also contain the Sold to Party creation mapping details
