How can i do that?

we have modified standard status U of program SAPMV45B in order to have a new button to show an ALV.
But when we press 'back' button of the ALV it doesn't work properly and it doesn't return to the corresponding transaction where we were (VA01/VA02/VA03).
We think we have not filled properly the tables of VFBS.
Any ideas of how to fill them?

Hi,
The problem can be because of below reasons:
1. At first time saving of your Transaction code, you could have selected as Local Object.
2. You could have assigned a new TR to the Transaction.
Solution:
1. You can delete the transaction code once. And again generate the transaction code, and save it in your old TR itself.

How to insert sales text (MM02) into a single record of a Ztable.

Hi,
I'm extracting data from different data base tables and populating a Ztable which has Matnr as primary key and sales text as a field.
I have already used READ_TEXT to display the text and it is displayed in multiple records which in turn leads to duplication of Material numbers.
Now I want to avoid duplication of records (Matnr) as this being a primary record, and display the sales text of a particular material number into one single record.
Can anyone tell me how to insert sales text (MM02) transaction into one single record.

Hi,
1. Open your schema,
2. In first colume "Line" select line where you want to add new line,
3. Replace first value in the column field (that indicates number of line) with character I (means insert),
4. Press enter
The line will be added. The same way you can add lines to PCR.
To delete use character D.

(oracle.jbo.domain.DataCreationException) JBO-25009: Cannot create an object of type:oracle.jbo.domain.Date from type:java.lang.String with value:2011/12/06
Please let me know what should be the format to specify date value while inserting entry using BC Tester.

ok I posted the thread "How to add entry to MEMSD_DEP (Packagesize for T51)?" before and now I have created the view and I am able to add entries to the table....
BUT:
If I try to add the entry like they are described in the help.sap.com - search for "T51 MEMSD_DEP" - I get the following error:
"Entry T51SYNCBOCONFIG does not exsist in MEMSD - check your entry."
And it is right in the MEMSD there are all my applications and patches I have uploaded in the webconsole, but no T51SYNCBOCONFIG....
Can you help me out?

it written there as ,,
1. Start the transaction mi_mcd.
2. Enter the application name and choose Display MCD.

How to start and finish a transaction using EJB 3.0 in JDeveloper

Hello everybody!
Does anybody can explain how to start and finish a transaction using EJB 3.0. I need to start a transaction insert some information in some tables and if everything was fine commit the information.
I put the annotation @TransactionManagement(TransactionManagementType.BEAN) in my session bean and @Resource SessionContext ejbContext; but I don't what anything else I have to do.
Any help will be appreciate.

I tryied to use in the client the statement EntityTransaction transaction = myBean.getTransact(); but I receive the EJBException: Cannot use resource level transactions with a container managed EntityManager
I just need to start a transaction something like this: transaction.begin(); and finish the transaction, something like this: transaction.commit();

Your best bet is to keep the hyperlink OUT of the editable Field and to make the HREF attribute of the link editable.
This would go in the head of your document:

THE BETTER WAY: You can either paste these quotes into the appropriate places in your template or you can insert:
<a href="#">cities</a>
and click inside the opening <a> tag.
Then go to Modify > Templates > Make Attribute Editable
In the dialog box "Editable Tag Attributes" you should now see "Choose which attributes of this A tag should be editable."
If HREF is not showing in the drop-down, do Add and put it there.
Check the box to Make this attribute editable.
Give a name for this editable attribute (if you have more than one on a page, you will want it to be understandable, like "cities" for your cities links).
Make sure it is of Type URL
If you want a default URL in place, put one in the Default field.
Then push OK.
To use it, on each page, do Modify > Template Properties... choose the property to edit, and put the new URL in the entry field.
