    Hi Experts!
Follow the explanation of my necessities on Payment Wizard process.
When occurs the 'Go Live' procedures on my database, the inicial balances was imputed with JOURNAL ENTRIES, generating a lot of incoming payments. Now I need to realize a confirmation of receipt of these incoming payments. All receipts realized was occured on money cash.
I was trying to use the PAYMENT WIZARD. I realized all configurations and criteria to the process but appears a message:
"No matching records found 'Bank Codes' OSDC"
In other discussions on SCN I discover that I need to insert the banks of customer on BUSINESS PARTNER MASTER DATA > PAYMENT TERMS > BUSINESS PARTNER BANK, to realize the process with succesfull.
But I have a big problem with it: My customers not have bank information. All the transactions on my database occurs in money cash, need not conduct banking transactions.
I need to use the PAYMENT WIZARD without insert bank information on BP. Is there any way to do this process?

Then in step 6 the 'Recommendation Report, i don't have the AP Invoice showing.
Anybody know how to show the AP Invoice?
    Thanks in advance,
    Chief

    Hi,
We need to have more information in order to check and give a solution to the issue.
Please provide the message if any appearing in the Step 6 when you open the Non-Included Transaction?
The same will be showing in the Step 6 where you get the Recommendation report in payment wizard.
Please post it here so that we can check it out.
Also, check if Note No. 1041101 select query results in the document number which you are not getting.
Check that the AP Invoice is not marked as Payment Block in the Accounting tab.

  • Bug In Payment Wizard Report

We have found an obscure bug in the BP Summary Report from the payment Wizard.
We created historical transactions for the suppliers using one journal for each month with line level remarks & dates.
Where the journal has several lines for the same supplier for the same value and date, only one appears in the report as paid, where all have been paid.
The totals on the report therefore do not add to the correct values

    Hi,
    Try this:
    SELECT distinct T0.InvID, T0.CardCode, T0.CardName, T1.DocDate, T1.DocDueDate, T1.Ref2 AS 'Supplier Invoice No', T0.Amount, T0.ErrDisc FROM dbo.PWZ5 T0
    INNER JOIN dbo.OPCH T1 ON T0.InvID=T1.DocEntry
    WHERE T1.DocDueDate >=[%0] AND T1.DocDueDate <=[%1]

  • Cheque number missing *( payment wizard)

    Hi ,
Before posting this question i let u know that im new to this B1.
N my question is Using payment wizard im doing the out going payments and my payment is executing without any cheque numbers. I given the cheque number in the 'next cheque numb column'  in the house bank accnt, but its not taking and its not display the cheque number and the payment is getting executed.
so, how can i get the cheque number too after the payment is succesfully executed.
    Thank you,
    Gokul.

    Hi,
You can refer to Note No. : [903135|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1odSZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=903135] your issue.
Relevant portion from the Note for your reference :
All the check numbers will automatically be entered as '0', i.e. the number is not assigned based on the "Next Check Number" field in the House Bank accounts definitions. The check will be saved with the number  '0' as long as it is not printed. The check will become valid just after printing.

  • Payment wizard, Invoice devided on more than one bank

    Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
our costumer has the following problem:
By using the payment wizard for creditors you have the possibility to choose banks from which the payments will be transferred. This happens in step 5 of 9.
You can insert the desired amount of every bank and choose the order of the banks by using arrows:
For Example: The costumer has a credit of 10.000 u20AC from bank1, from bank2 he has a credit of 20.000 u20AC, on bank3 there is no credit and on bank4 he has 1.000.000 u20AC credit.
The costumer wants to use now the credit from bank1 and 3 first now, of course not the bank2 and for the rest of the payment he wants to use the bank4.
To transact like this the relevant amounts are included and the sequence bank1-bank2-bank4 is chosen (bank3 is not ticked). In step 6 of 9 the open items of all deliverers will be displayed.
The payment method for every invoice was already calculated by Business One. In this step some invoices are excluded which should not be payed because of different reasons.
Now the problem occurs: After excluding some invoices there is no new calculation which invoice should be payed from which bank. That means that if the invoices which were put out of the system occasionally had the payment terms bank1 or 2 the payment of this two banks (which was 10.000 u20AC and 20.000 u20AC) is now reduced. The amount of the reduction is the amount of the excluded invoices.
    Our costumer wants following:
The distribution of the payment should be only done when the open items were controlled ( maybe some invoices are excluded here).
If you want to use the credits on the banks completely you only have the possibility to create a payment separate for all banks.
That means triple effort for this example.
    Thanks for your help
    Kind Regards

  • Payment Wizard & DB

My client enters credits into the system and does not link them to a particular invoice, but only to a vendor.  Then they run the payment wizard, it displays the vendors that have an open balance, they then choose the payments that they want to send and the credits for that vendor are displayed which they also manually choose.  The total sum is calculated subtracting credits from payments.  This step also marks a credit as closed.  How can I run a query that pulls payments that were ran through the wizard and the credits that were applied using the wizard?  If someone can direct me to the right table that would be very much appreciated.
Edited by: MariannaF on Feb 24, 2011 9:06 PM

The header information for payment wizard is in the OPWZ table and the invoices/credits paid are in PWZ3.
Use these two tables to write a report that should give you the information you want.

  • Cannot create Payments with Payment wizard

    Hi experts!
Using the payment wizard I select the invoices to be paid by bank transfer.
Even if I list all the necessary data and run no payment will be created.
If I create them one by one by the function of outgoing payments all goes on without problem.
I looked into Non-included transactions and for my bills appears  the message:
An error occurred while writing to the results table payment, no payment. 925
Does anyone knows how can i resolve this problem?

  • Service Tax On Down Payment and Tax Payment Wizard

    Hi All,
We would like to make a down payment and apply service tax to it.
Once i create a AP Down payment invoice with the service tax, make an outgoing payment against it, create AP Invoice and adjust the down payment, now after following this procedure, when i run the tax payment wizard, the service credit available becomes zero.
It works well in case of partial payment but not 100% advance.  Has anyone faced this issue??
    How can this be resolved?
    Thanks,
    Joseph

    Hi Rahul,
Exactly! The system doesnt consider the tax on DP when we check through Tax Payment Wizard.
I guess this is a missing functionality? What do you think? Because there may be a chance that the service tax may get deducted at down payment! What is your take on this?
Looking for valuable responses from other experts too!
    Thanks,

  • Part Paid Invoice Missing From Payment Wizard / Outgoing Payments

    Hi,
Having a bit of an issue with a purchase invoice on SAP B1. In brief:
The invoice was posted fine, then they paid 3 invoices but the total was short. The user allocated payment manually using outgoing payments to the 3 invoices, but partially paid the 3rd. This left an outstanding balance of 4,500 EUR
The user ran a payment wizard this morning and the invoice was picked up, along with any recent invoices for supplier, and showed the outstanding balance. The payment wizard was saved, not executed.
Upon review, the payment run was canceled so it could be re run with specific suppliers / invoices selected. However, the part paid invoice is now not showing on the payment run. Likewise, if you try to manually allocated payment for the supplier, it does not give the option to pay anything on the invoice, just all other open documents.
The invoice is still open, and the amount due on the BP balance is the amount o/s not the full amount which is correct.
I have tried recreating the issue on a test system of our own and a backup of their database and cannot get the same problem.
Any ideas would be of great help becuase I have searched the service portal and forums and can;t find anyone with a similair problem and running out of ideas myself.
    Thank you in advance
    Martin

    Hi Martin,
Sometimes when cancelling payment and reconciliations there are values in the tables opch and pch6 that are not reset correctly and then appearing as fully paid.
Check if the Invoice is returned from this query:
select 'AP Invoice' as 'Document Type', docentry, docnum, cardcode, t0.transid, doctotal, paidtodate, balduedeb - balduecred as 'JDT1 Balance Due'
    from opch t0 inner join jdt1 t1 on t0.transid = t1.transid
    where doctotal - paidtodate = 0 and balduedeb - balduecred != 0
    and shortname != account
Let us know how this works out. The query only checks opch you can check the paidtodate field in pch6 as well.

  • How to insert data from site into DB?

    Hi
Does anyone know how to insert data into a database from a
    website?
I have created a Registration form for users to register to
my web site. With this I would like the data they have entered to
be stored in a MySQL database. I have created the a form and used
    the record insertion form wizard.
When they have registered, I need to be able to check their
username every time they log in.
If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated,
    thanks Lou.

    LoobieLouLou wrote:

    > How do I write in java script that it needs to be
    inserted into the database?
You can't do it with JavaScript. You need to use a
    server-side language
like ASP, ASP.NET, ColdFusion, or PHP. Dreamweaver automates
    a lot of
the process for you, but you need to choose your server model
    first.
It sounds as though you are completely new to this. First ask
    your
hosting company whether it supports a server-side language,
    and if so,
which one. Then open Dreamweaver help (F1) and read the
    section titled
    "Preparing to Build Dynamic Sites".
Working with server-side languages and databases isn't
    difficult, but
it's not something you can pick up in five minutes or be
    shown how to do
in a couple of forum posts.
If you can't make up your mind which server-side language to
    use,
ASP.NET is the most difficult of the four I mentioned. ASP is
    popular,
but is no longer actively developed, so will eventually die
    out
(although it will take many years to do so). ColdFusion and
    PHP are
relatively easy to learn. I prefer PHP, but all of them do
    basically the
same thing. However, you must choose one; they cannot be
    mixed.
