How to invoke a infopath form from list on button click

Hi,
I want to put a button on either the sharePoint page or on a Infopath form and on click of button, I need to open an already submitted form from the list (say with a unique id).
How can we do this in Infopath 2013. Please help.

There are three ways of achieving it, one i will say its pretty straightforward and covers the basic of Infopath Forms Development
1)Populate Fields From Infopath Form at the time of Publishing.
The moment you done with your form and to publish you click FIle>Publish>SharePoint Server >Enter the Url of Site> Then Click Next twice upto a point where wizard asks "The fields listed below will be available as SharePoint Columns" ,
Click Add, select the placeholder in myfields for Person Field , expand the "person" group field and choose "AccountId", give the name to column(this will be SharePoint List Column Name) and for function select "first" and then
click next and Finish.
And use this field in Designer Workflow to send email.
2)Second way is to write VSTA based C# code on click of your Submit action on the form and upload and activate this form on form library via Central Admin.
3)Now other way of doing this is via Event Recievers.
Every infopath Form is an XmL File so on ItemAdded event you can extract its content and implement email sending c# code there:-

From the question I mean only the form, not the site itself.

The document library will open in a browser. When you click New on the list toolbar, a form based on this form template will open in Microsoft Office InfoPath.

If you click on the question mark ( as shown below) on the right of Configurator 2 window
the user guide installed on your computer within Configurator 2 will open
Anyway once you have your action or script button in your panel you must select it and configure it in the inspector palette

How to invoke a Java Program from Oracle 10g?(uRGENT)

Hello.
I've a query, that i have a program, that basically retreives the records from the
oracle table and then parser this information and then insert the values in corresponding database base tables. I want that, whenever the new program is inserted, a Trigger should fire and pass the most recently entered record to the Parser Program, means
1) Firing a Trigge
2)Storing the most latest data and pass it to the Parser PROGRAM
Can someone tell me how to do this? How to invoke a Java Program from within the database? Please if anyone has examples provide me. Its very urgent and tell me what is the basic mechanism.

I need the following scenario:
I have a Sharepoint library with items created by Infopath (form A).
I developed another form (form B) that will query items created by form A.
The form B will be in a static "webpart" page navigation (Sharepoint). One of these fields returned by the query library that manages the items created is the URL responsible to load the item data . I would like to parameterize the URL into form B.
So that when the user clicks on it, the form A with their respective data in a modal is returned (which may be a native modal Sharepoint)

How to redirect from Infopath form from old sitecollection to new sitecollection

We have moved sharepoint infopath form to new site collection i.e. QA to Prod.
The link for infopath in email is pointing towards QA. Is there any way that when user open the link for infopath from email. It should redirect to production infopath item.
e.g.
The link in Email: https://qaserver/sitename/formlibrary/req1.xml. Could it be redirected to
https://prodserver/sitename/formlibrary/req2.xml

For troubleshotting your issue, let's verify the followings:
Where was the email from? Whether it was from the workflow approval email.
How did you move the SharePoint InfoPath form? Whether you use Export/Import to do it.
If the link was the link linked the item title in a workflow Approval email, please try to re-publish the workflow.
If the link was defined by yourself in a workflow email, you need to change the URL manually in the email action, then publish the workflow again.
If this issue still exists, please feel free to reply.

I am not very sure will this be going to help you. Ideally, it's not so easy to communicate with infopath using object model. But still you can give it a try using below link :

Deploy Browsable Infopath form from Development server to Production server

Hi All,
I have designed and published an 'Infopath 2010' browser enabled form
as site content type to a sub site names SITENEW.
Form security level is 'Domain' level.
The form contains following types of data connections and one SPD worklfow attached to form library..
1. Send multiple Emails of current/active view
2. Submit data to form library
3. Get Details from SharePoint lists.
4. WEB sercice calling GetUserProfileByAccountname ( Same site collection).
Form library, lists in point number 3 are located in same site i.e SITENEW
I need proper steps to deploy this to production sub site.
Is saving the 'SITENEW' as site template and upload to production good idea?
How should I take care of data conncetions?. Please advise.

i am able to see the promoted column name "Test2" , but not able to see the data(Value) of the "Test2" in production server "TestFormLib" Library when i did second time promoted in second time imported subsite cmp.
I have a issue with info path form promotion fields in production server.
Scenario:-
I have a site ,ex:- http://host/sitecollection/subsite1 in dev. machine, the subsite1 have
a form library "TestFormLib".
published infopath form wtih some promotional fields (ex:- Test1) to "TestFormLib" library.
i am able to see all promoted 'Test1' field data in the library.
taken back up form the dev upto sitecollection and restored in the production.
created subsite1 in prodiction server and taken subsite1 cmp from dev , imported into production server and published form which have promoted columns to "TestFormLib" library.
able to see the promoted (Test1) field data in "TestFormLib" library in production subsite1.
re-activated info path form to "TestFormLib" library in dev machine with additional (Test2) field promotion.
i am able to see the "Test2" promotion field data(Value) in dev machine "TestFormLib" library.
then , taken cmp for "SubSite1" from the dev. machine, imported into production server on "SubSite1" .
re-activated the latest form which is promoted "Test2" field to production server.
i am able to see the promoted column name "Test2" , but not able to see the data(Value) of the "Test2" in production
server "TestFormLib" Library.
Any Suggestions to solve the above issue and i dont want to recreate the library in production . Because the data has been deleted.

Prevent Text Boxes to shrink as big as the text in it - move existing InfoPath form from SharePoint 2007 to SP2013

Hello Together,
we have some simple InfoPath forms in place. With SharePint 2007 they are working well. Now we will move to SharePoint 2013.
It was easy to re-publish them on a SharePoint 2013 Site and to work with, but i have an optical / technical error and i don't find the solution.
We use Text Boxes to collect the data from the user. After the user has filled the form we will submit them via mail.
I will you show you the problem.
on SharePoint 2007 --> it looks okay
on SharePoint 2013 --> not okay - the Text Box is shrinked to the text Size and the design is defect
How can i prevent this?

Submit / Approve / Reject Infopath Forms from within Outlook Email

Hi,
I have a requirement where I am building workflows for a client in SP2013. I am using Infopath and Nintex. The client has a specific requirement that all end-user actions need to be handled from within the outlook email body context i.e. the Infopath
form will be embedded within the email body from where each user within the worklfow will access the form and interact based on their actions.
So my query is,
1) How to control the Views for each user within the Infopath form if its to be embedded within the Outlook email.
2) How to control the actions for the user interaction (submit, approve, reject, etc.) so as to ensure the workflow proceeds with its process cycle as expected.
In the whole scenario, the end-user wont access the inofpath form in the web browser or the infopath client application. It will be accessed from within the Outlook email.

When we use SharePoint approval workflow to assign tasks for users, then the tasks will be sent together with the email, users can click Open this task button in Outlook to view the task form.

How to invoke Standard BOM form in pre-queried mode?

I need to invoke the Standard Oracle BOM form from a custom form developed.
I have the Bill Sequence ID, Inventory Item ID and the Organization ID available in the custom form.
Currently this is how I am trying:

How to invoke a jsp page from java which does not use Servlets?

I am working in Documentum. I am trying to invoke a jsp page from another java page which does not use Servlets.
I tried doing this by just instantiating the java class related to the jsp page from my present java class.In my java class related to the jsp page, I have defined onInit() and onRender() methods.
Now, I am trying to call the jsp page from my present java class by just instantiating the java class related to the jsp page. This throws a java.lang.NullPointerException.
Any comments or suggestions on this.Any help would be appreciated.
