How to Invoke data objects in OBIEE

for e.g i have a report where in one column i want to invoke a function by passing some arguments at run time
and based on that a calculation will be done and a value will be returened from the function.
and that value will be displayed in the column.

Use Evaluate function to call a user defined function/your function. for example, within Answers column, you can make a call like this:
EVALUATE('schema_name.myfunction(%1,%2)' as integer, table_name.column_name, table_name.column_name)
where myfunction is a function that takes two arguments and is defined in the db and returns an integer value. Replace schema_name as appropriate.
