How to make Mail email accounts retrieve mail in different ways

I want to be able to set my email accounts to fetch/push mail differently. On my iPhone, I can make my work email "inactive" when I don't want to use it (weekends, etc.). Can I do something similar in Mail on my Mac? Making certain accounts inactive would be ideal, but if I could set some of them to manually retreive and the others to push, it would probably acheive a similar result. Right now I just keep deleting the email when I don't want to use it and readding it when I need to check work email at home. When I look in Preferences, it looks like you only have one option that gets applied to all accounts.

I tried to use now another Mac which I have here, with Mac system 10.6.8, where I use the safari version 5.1.10 (6534.59.10) and it works perfect.
Here are the screenShots:

Using that older Mac we have the perfect result, where you see the legal text + images, which i sent to me in bcc.
The result from my Mac with Maverick and after following the instruction:
You see the full legal text but no the image!
Maybe this is just a minor bug in Safari, to exploring yet and to improve. For the meantime I have to use the older Mac only for this part of the job. Not A PERFECT DAY (lou reed, RIP) but not the end of the world!

    Depending on when you originally set up your Apple ID, you may have @mac.com, @me.com, and @icloud.com email addresses associated with your account, but all mail sent to those addresses should still come in to the same iCloud account (you can test this to make sure by sending yourself emails at those addresses). These are all Gmail messages: I use my iCloud account very little. I've unchecked the Trust junk mail headers... and Filter junk mail before applying my rules. I don't see how to make Mail leave my Gmail alone! Can anyone help?

    Google recommends turning off Apple mail Junk filters if using gmail filters.

    That's how email works on the iPhone - just go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and tap Add Account. Each mail account will have its own Inbox, Sent mail, etc.

    One you execute FAGLL03, go to Settings>Layout>Current Header Rows
    You can add some predefine characteristics here.
    I am not sure why the hyperlink is not working at your end. But you can search the SDN for special fields in FAGLL03 and you can get lot of posts for this document.

    Assignment of SD Condition Types to Value Fields: T Code KE4I
    1. To transfer condition types for sales revenues and sales deductions to COPA, you need to make sure that the condition types and linked to an account in FI that is also defined as a cost element of the category "11" (revenue element) or "12" (sales deduction) in CO. These condition types must be assigned to a CO-PA value field. Condition types linked to FI accounts that are defined as cost elements of another category are not transferred to CO-PA, even when the condition type has been assigned to a CO-PA value field.
    2. Condition types such as "VPRS" ("Cost") that are defined as statistical in SD are always transferred to CO-PA if they are assigned to a value field.
    3. All condition types that you want to transfer to CO-PA must be active in the SD pricing

    Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
    "Clear the Cache":

    "Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

    I need for my daily work to make once or twice a day an upload of an mailing PNG picture. Bevor the upgrade to Maverick Safari 7 I used the safari version 5.1.10 which works great to make "Mail contents of this page" (File Menu > Mail Contents of this file). Now in the Safari 7 version this option is not anymore available and it is change to SHARE "Email this page". This is not the some and it does not match the legal proposing.
    I appreciate as answer for a good solution or which steps shoud I do to get this option again.

    Should I be changing my .mac email account to dot iCloud, and how do I do that?

    Your post is a bit open ended....
    First thing - You need to decide if you want to use virtual domains or not.
    If
         [email protected]
         [email protected]
         [email protected]
    all should be separate mailboxes, then you need virtual domains.
    If those 3 addresses can all go to the same mailbox, then you don't.
    If you don't need virtual domains, then don't use them... things are simpler without that feature.
    If thats the case, in the domain name field in Mail service, enter your primary domain.
    You'll then need to enter your other domains via command line.
    First, check your mail domain setting with:
    sudo serveradmin settings mail:postfix:mydomain
    Here is how you enter more than one domain:
    - Quit the Server app
    - Issue this with your domains between the quotes
    sudo serveradmin settings mail:postfix:mydomain = "domain1.com, domain2.com"
    - Restart postfix to activate your change
    sudo postfix reload
    If you open the Server app, you will notice both domains are now listed.

    -previously on Windows XP at home and work, I had an 'office email' address and and a family email address at home that I could access from both computers Iie: all mail went to both locations off the server). Now, I have the iMac at home with a subscription to MobileMe (which I also find a little confusing), the office laptop on Windows and I will have an iPhone in about a week.
    My thinking is that I would like to be able to access both work and home emails on the iPhone, and now keep the home and work computers separate. Will this create too much redundancy on the iPhone? I'm just now sure how to best set this up, so I'm wondering what you other users out there do. Also not sure if MobileMe would be useful or best suited for this.

    Since you already have Mobile Me, you can keep all your mail "there" (in the "cloud" as they say -out there on Apple's servers) and access it from any of your devices / computers, or any web browser on any computer at any time.
    You don't need to "keep" your mail in any once place. Let Apple handle that, you can send & receive from your iMac, your iPhone, wherever. All your devices / computers will "sync up" with Apple's Mobile Me servers and keep everything up to date for you.
    Also, if you have exiting accounts that you don't want to stop using, you can use Mail on your iMac and Mail on the iPhone to send & receive from any POP or IMAP mail account (I suggest IMAP -it's the kind that syncs mail where POP just downloads copies to whatever computer you happen to be on). You just need the appropriate server / login information.
    For example, I have 4 email accounts for various reasons. 2 Gmail, 1 Mobile Me, and 1 on a domain name I bought (myname.com). ALL that mail is accessible on my iMac, my MacBook and my iPhone at any time.
