Did you get a solution to the above problem you have mentioned? I have a similar issue i am trying to fix.
I have a webservice call in a process activity and if the call does not work i get a soap fault and the fuego.lang.ComponentExecutionException . My process requires that i catch the exception infact any kind of exceptions that occur on that call and perform another activity in the process.
I have defined an exception handler at the activity level for java.lang.Exception and java.lang.RunTimeException.
i don't see anything in the catalog which would handle the SOAP fault OR the componentexception.

Color Management - How get monitor and printer to match?

We have not been able to get what we see on our monitor and what we get out of our printer to reasonably match - the prints are always significantly darker than the monitor. It makes working on Photoshop Elements (both 5 and Trial 7) virtually worthless, as we can't rely on getting out what we see after making adjustments to our photos. We bought a Colormunki to calibrate the monitor and create paper profiles, but that didn't solve the problem. We have worked with the Colormunki people for weeks and haven't made any progress. We are sure that we are using the correct settings in both Elements and the Printer to have Elements control color and apply the ICC profile. We have an Epson Stylus Photo R2400 printer and a Samsung SyncMaster 2253BW monitor. We think, at this point, that the monitor maybe the problem. Apparently it is known for its excessive brightness - as even with the calibration set for very low brightness, the problem remains. Anyway, our question is whether anyone can think of a solution or, if not, can recommend a monitor more likely to give us a reliable match to the printer - what photographers/photoshop users use?? alternatively, any ideas where we can contact people who might be able to help???? I'm having the same problem with a Syncmaster 226CW Elements 7 and a Spyder3. I've cal'd the monitor to 6500 K and 90 cd/SQM but the prints are still very dark on my Canon MP520. I've also tried letting Elements manage the color and selected one of the Canon profiles -- again no luck. Several emails to Canon just gave me advice to clean nozzles and ck patterns -- no help from Canon so far. Pondering what to try next....

I have checked the sharepoint boundry and limits for columns and data types.

Is it safe to create all columns in a single list?
How it will impact the performance?

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to know if it has some performance issue and limitation when create large number column in a list.
When creating columns in the list , you can still create all 320 columns in the list. But when retrieve the items in a view, then there is a list view threshold limit which causes the performance issue, see the link below:

To handling the large number columns, I suggest you can distinguish the column with business logic to create in different list, it will be clear to display the logic relationship.

How to throw and handle event defined in component interface

Hi folks,
I have defined a component interface with an event 'open_info'
I have some sub components which are implementing that component interface. I also get the two events generated (the interface check box is not marked)
I use those sub components and try to handle the event. but unfortunately the event is not handled.
I'm not sure if I do everything right. I checked the interface checkbox at the events tab of the controller of the sub component. I then may handle the event in the embedding main component. but it appears to be a different event.
probably I eed to access the interface controller and throw the event there, but I don't know how.
I couldn't fnd documentation or wdr* components which deal with that issue. do you have any suggestions?

Do the following in the component being used:
say component name is ZCMP_01
go to COMPONENTCONTROLLER
Create an Event with necessary parameters if needed, say Event name is EVNT_01 and has an importing parameter, say PARAM_01 type char10,
Make sure you have set the interface check box. Now this event is available in the INTERFACECONTROLLER.
Say ZCMP_01 has a view with a button, on click of the button, call a method in the COMPONENTCONTROLLER.
Perform all the required operations, At the required point, fire EVNT_01
wd_this->fire_EVNT_01_evt(
PARAM_01 = 'sample' ).
Now the other component that has to use ZCMP_01, say ZCMP_02
In the component properties od ZCMP_02, add usage for ZCMP_01, say USG_CMP_01
Go to the view in ZCMP_02 where you wish to handle the event EVNT_01 of ZCMP_01,
Go to Methods tab, create an event hadler, say EVNT_01_HNDLR ... method type = Event Handler,
Event = EVNT_01, Controller = INTERFACECONTROLLER, Component Use, USG_CMP_01.
Now your event handler will have foll parametrs: WDEVENT .. type ref to CL_WD_CUSTOM_EVENT,
PARAM_01 type CHAR10
Handle the event as required.

db2 connect to <sid>
Enable auto runstats
db2 update db cfg for <sid> using AUTO_RUNSTATS on AUTO_STMT_STATS on immediate
db2 commit
db2 connect reset
This should enable auto runstats for your db. For auto-reorgs (non-production only), you may do so through the dbacockpit.

Our Production ERP single node instance (Apps: 12.0.6,DB: 10.2.0.3 & OS: AIX 5.3.7) is running since 4 (almost) years. The database was behaving perfectly. Since last week i am observing that 'apps_undots1' is growing rapidly. It has 2 datafiles of size 7Gb each. Day before yesterday, i have added one datafile of 7GB but today it shows as full. What causing the apps_undots1 to grow so rapidly? What precaution to be taken?
Please shed some light?

if your Mac monitor has Thunderbolt ports, and the PC monitor is on the end of the daisy chain, then you might be able to do it by connecting your PC monitor’s VGA cable to a Mini DisplayPort-to-VGA adapter (e.g. Apple, NewerTech), connecting that cable’s Mini DisplayPort end to one of the Mac monitor’s Thunderbolt ports, and then connecting a Thunderbolt cable between the other port on the Mac monitor and your MacBook Pro.

We have SCCM 2012 R2 CU1 with MDT 2013.
I have checked the OSD reports in SCCM and everyone is emty, where do SCCM get data to the what to activate?
(I thinking of "Task Sequence - Deployment Status" reports)
I am not sure people read report manually or lock at the MDT monitor view. So best I think that generate an email or incident in Service Manager when an TS fails.
We do have SCOM, SCSM, SCO.
Is there anyone that can point what way or what option I have?

Specifically you could use this Status Message Query syntax to monitor your Task Sequences for errors:

Just replace DOJ200A1 with the Deployment ID of your Task Sequence and DOJ with your SiteCode.
If you want to generate an alert if the TS fails then you could run a script that calls a utility (or similar) which sends a pre-configured email to a specified address (as an alternative to Torten's response). This could be placed in the built in error
logging section of the SCCM integrated MDT Task Sequence when it fails which I assume you are using (right at the bottom, called Gather Logs and StateStore on failure).
There are heaps of ways of generating an email from a TS and controlling error logging just do a search - as you have Service Manager you could even use your instance of Orchestrator and call a run book in your TS which does the email?

I'm using qm 8.5.2 (endpoint recording) most of customer PCs cannot play recording file in application.
When I launch application and try to play recoding file, it is stuck and show error message "PYLR2000 error playing a file. Try again or contact your Monitoring and Recording administrator." I've install all cilent requirements (validate pc is pass). The error still occur. Even though all requirements are complete .

I'm fix this problem by using Java(TM) version 6.0.200.2 that can be download from UCCX when first run CSD (supervisor desktop). Even other higher java version is valid but this problem still occur. If you install higher version, you should uninstall it first and install this version as well.
If you cannot find them, I will send you via email.
