How to not let others see tomcat directory

I don't want to others see my tomcat's directory in my webapps. in other words, i want to prevent people from knowing my tomcat server directory structure by typing the url "http://202.38.248.1/Basic/"(Basic is a directory in ROOT which contain a lot of JSP pages). How to make it?

Go to where your default Servlet is defined (probably in Tomcat/conf/web.xml) and add the init parameter:
        <init-param>
            <param-name>listings</param-name>
            <param-value>false</param-value>
        </init-param>to the <servlet>
<servlet-name>default</servlet-nam>definition.

Homesharing not letting others see my library?

I JUST updated my iTunes to iTunes 7 and also updated my brother's and sister's. When we are all together, we can see each other's libraries and I can access their's but they can't access mine. They can click on it but it will continue to load and then it sends them back to their own library. I've done everything and read every website about homesharing. My account isn't restricted, it's open, we have the new iTunes, I've constantly signed in and out and so have they.. We didn't have problems with homesharing before, but all of a sudden we do. What could have changed recently that won't let them see my library now?

That's an indication that iPhoto has broken/lost the file path to the original file. Make a temporary, backup copy (select the library and type Command+D) and apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start with Option #1, followed by #3 and then #4.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

If you sent the photos directly from the Photos app, it is quite possible that you selected Message rather than Mail when you emailed them to yourself. I assume that is how they ended up in the Messages app. I also assume that you no longer have the old phone or you could just email them to yourself again. Is that a correct assumption? If you cannot access the photos on the old phone any longer, and you can see them in the messages app randomly, try closing the Messages app completely and reset the device and then see if the photos reappear.
In order to close the Messages app, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to Messages and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Next, reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

RESPONSES:
1)   When I set up my iMac, I did not transfer any data directly from my windows PC. I simply used the same iTunes login and account. I have access to all of the files via the "Purchased" section of the iTunes store. If I click "Download Previous Purchases" text, I can download ALL of the purchases I have ever made.
2)   I have the Apple TV 2, so good news, question answered. I thought maybe it was the Apple TV 1, but it is the Black model, so bam. Good response for you. Well the whole damned reply is an awesome response, just pointing out that one piece of awesome. I stated that it was an Apple TV 2, and yet you were still good enough to figure I could be mistaken, and provide me with knowleedge just incase.
QUESTIONS:
3)   So can my iMac not stream the data directly from itunes, without download? Apple TV can, but perhaps that is something among many things that maker it unique, and awesome.

I work in the computer support section for the Military. The only problem is we use Windows , lol. Well that and i've been gone for nearly 6 months on recover. I go back next month though I hope. Application not letting other account's admin it

I have a application that I installed with my admin account. I can Interact with it and make changes just fine but when others try and make changes within the app it tells them they do not have the right permissions. The application has the same permissions
as needed in the local security policy and from active directory as well. it still will not let them save any chanegs. Any ideas?

It seems that you can run the application fails when a local admin account is used but works failed when a domain admin account is used. You must use the actual built-in Administrator account, and not just another administrator type user account to run the
application.
User Account Control treats members of the Administrators group as standard users.
With UAC enabled, members of the local Administrators group run with the same access token as standard users. Only when a member of the local Administrators group gives approval can a process use the administrator’s full access token. This process is the
basis of the principle of Admin Approval Mode.
Since built in administrator account doesn't have a split token to normally run with reduced privileges but allow full administrator access only when elevated.
Please try to disable UAC and its Admin Approval Mode to see if you can run the application using domain admins.

How to begin letting other people post to my site?

Hello, I'm pretty new to dreamweaver. I have been working on a we
bsite for about 9 months now to let ya know a little about my familiarity
with the program.
I want to be able to allow others who come to my site to post there own comments, pictures, thoughts or what ever. but I dont know where to even begin.
can anyone point me in the right direction or possibly show me the basics of what i need to do to make this happen?

Im currently useing Global Domains International as my host. Honestly i dont know if they place restrictions on what you can do, or if there even is a restriction that prevents useing things such as php etc. I do ftp through dreamweaver all of my sites files, so i do all the codeing by hand through dreamweaver,,blah quite tidious. but i rather enjoy the work... Should have gone to school for this instead of all the other crap i jumped around through.

IPhoto not letting me see my pictures?

I opened my iphoto today and found that it wouldn't let me see any of my photos. I can see the smaller picture but not the actual one when i blow it up! what is the problem???

My laptop will not let me see the letters to type to prove I am a person how do I set up my sync up without that?

My laptop crashed and when I got it back when a site asks me to type in the code I can not see the code on my screen so how do I set my account with out that

HT5548 Launchpad not letting me see other pages

Help-
Just upgraded from a Macbook to new Macbook Pro. On my new machine, Launchpad won't let me get to the other launchpad pages. For example, every time I swipe to the second page of apps, it "slides" me back to the first page. My old machine did not do that.
Any help is appreciated.

You could possibly try going to launchpad and pressing Command-Left or Command-Right to move through the pages. Then take a trip to System Prefs and have a look under "Trackpad" settings and see if they are all correct. There is a preview of what the action should be with the gestures. Try copying that exactly and make sure your other fingers dont touch the trackpad.
If that doesn't work then please reply and I'll do some research

Open your SubVI, right click on the icon, select VI Properties and then under Security you can lock your block diagram.

Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 8 will not let me see the Download page for FireFox. How do I get around this?

Even when I copy the http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/products/download.html url directly to the Windows browser it still will not show the FireFox download links. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Thanks to whoever posted a reply to someone else telling them to copy the download on another machine to a ubs memory then plug it into the offending machine. It worked!

Wifi hub has started showing up as shared in explorer, seems to be a server and will not let me see any corresponding file/program info

Ok so I am constantly very paranoid on my mac ever since I was attacked badly a year ago and my system was totally compromised (I attached a second monitor and fiddled with hardware settings, so when the main screen went to sleep the other would stay on). Within a few days I saw him controlling my mouse and copying loads of my info (some valuable) into a dropbox account when screensaver or sleep was on. I've a pretty good reason to be cautious.
Suddenly in the last two days I've noticed that our Bt.HomeHub shows in explorer on the left as 'shared'. Strange thing is right clicking and getting info gives nothing but blank and spinning wheels (pics below, top left), when I click on the server it I get three requests from NetAuthSysAgent (three request diags bottom of pic 1). After confirming them I can try to join the network BtHuB4 Network as a 'registered user' with password (what password?! I never set up our hub to share anything, let alone act as a server) or as guest. Selecting guest just says connection failed.
Also I have two what seem like ghost drives of some sort appeared in my computer folder, both are hidden, and I'd like to know what their function is, what is stored there (both say zero bytes). Second Pic.
I use little snitch and have been monitoring what NetBiosd and Nptp have been doing and they seem to be making so many UDP connections even the little snitch network monitor crashes after a couple of seconds just monitoring it's actrivity, every time the traffic in any system process is ridiculously higher than others it's when it's connected to server [IP addy] bthomehub.home, I got a screen capture just in time after clicking view logs, you can see the box is pixelating after a second or two already. Noticed in system log in console the only thing that shows up when I fail to enter the BtHub4 log in as a guest was this:

I'm pretty confused tbh what going on, when I start seeing things I don't know what they are or what they do pop up, and all user access to disable/change/modify/delete them is not there, I worry I've been hacked again!

I presume those ghost type volumes, net and home, are the ones showing up there with names as . and .. and run by 7 root admin. Shouldn't technically I be the user admin since only I use this machine? No idea why i'm listed as gary staff ... Soz for all the questions, I really wanna learn

How to NOT reduce other source audio when FaceTime?

When FaceTime, the volume of audio from other sources, like youtube video, will reduce. I think this problem is actually a feature, but an annoying one.
I always watch movies with my girlfriend through FaceTime. After updated to Mavericks, I can not even heard the videos. Please fix this, just give user an option. Or anyone has a solution like a software mixer?

I have a form with multiple pages (subforms). Each page contains a content table. A content table contains some rows. Each row contains a radiobutton group and a checkbox. Something like:
formPage[0].contentTable.questionRow[0].formAnswer.SKIPCheckbox_01_01 (Checkbox name)
formPage[0].contentTable.questionRow[1].formAnswer.SKIPCheckbox_01_02 (Checkbox name)
The checkbox name changes with the page and table row.
I want to remove all the checkbox from the all pages in all the table rows.
In your example, I see that the following line removes the item (subform."TF2").

How is it possible for someone, not in proximity to me, to see that I am on my computer?

One obvious answer is screen sharing, if you permitted it.
Check your System Preferences > Sharing settings.
There are other ways, but it would help if you explain your reason for asking.
