How to pick up value

I am running a BDC of F-07 in a Z program. In that when it runs user will enter a value in the screen field (BSEG-ZUONR) : Assignment field. I want that value for printing. But and the end of BDC im unable to collect the Value entered in that ASSIGNMENT field. Can any one suggest how to do?

Cutover strategy depends upon how the organizations design their data load strategies. Normally, you decide the sequence of Data loads for Configuration settings, Master data, Transaction data which follows whom and then you make a copy of the system as a Production system a day before and after checking the successful data loads, you go-live 100% or partial again depending upon organizational setup and policies.
Cutover planning is highly site specific. There's no thumb rule. The stock data as on the date of going live should be correctly entered. But stock being a highly dynamic quantity, the strategy for loading should be crystal clear. Then you have to load all the back dated transaction on the stock. Some stock comes into your plant/storage location as return and some stock is actually delivered to your customer through sales orders of various kinds.
as example , in simple words for MDM(master data maintenance) it means that after cutover - all data will be used of MDM and not legacy systems . for central master data scnerio ; Data before cutover date will be maintained in all systems and after cutover date , it will be maintained in MDM only .
Data can be uploaded using BDC programs, LSMW for master data and CATT is also being used.

How to pick the value of the line item in table control

My screen.
I have designed table control by referring internal table without using wizard.
I have placed button inside of that table control.
my requirement is by clicking the button it ll show the value of the line inside of the table control.
I have used "get cursor...".
But the problem is "it ll show only the cursor value of the front screen, if suppose i scroll the value of table control at the time also, it ll show the cursor value of the screen, it ll not show the exact value of the cursor inside of the table control.

if you have the new debugger, you can see the global variables that you can use in your exit (putting a break point on your code), so you can found easly the structure or field that contains your informations.

I have the output of a query to display in a table.Now i want to pickup some values from the output table and use them to display in a graph.
I wanted to pick the values as below:
i have 6 rows in the table and 10 columns in the table.
How can i pick the values from the intersection of 2nd row and 8th column,and intersection of 3rd row and 6th column,intersection of 4rh row and 5th column....and something like this...
i wanted to store these values in an invisible form and use them when i require.

I want to display the 4 values in a form which are to be taken from the above table (which are bold).....i.e
value 1 as 280 which is intersection of row1 and column3
value 2 as 260 which is intersection of row2 and column1
value 3 as 639 which is intersection of row3 and column3
value 4 as 367 which is intersection of row4 and column2

How system picks value from Tax Code

Dear Experts,
I have one scenario,
In our pricing procedure there are tax condition types for which there are no condition records maintained. But the values are maintained in Tax Code.
My doubt is, do we have to add these tax condition types in pricing procedure as they are already in Tax Code ?? Because I observed few condition types are not there in pricing procedure but the same are in Tax Code.
Second, how the system comes to know that there is no condition record and the value is in Tax code. How does it determine and pick the value from Tax code.

Let me try to clear your confusion :
For Total determination of pricing we have two things
Pricing Procedure and Tax Procedure.
Pricing Procedure tell system about the what and how the price to calculated for material in Sale Order.
In this pricing procedure the conditions JIN1 JIN2 etc ares pertaining to tax applicable on the Sale order Price.
These conditions display the tax.
Now the tax is calculated based on tax procedure.
And a Tax procedure acts as a master and there is one tax procedure for one country.
for that particular tax procedure there are tax codes defined.
These Tax codes allows the using the same tax procedure but changing value of various conditions and removing which we dont require.
Lets take an example : AS TAXINN is tax procedure for India. Based in this procedure many tax codes are defined for 12% vat, 6% vat , no vat etc.
So what kind of tax will be applicable on the Sale order is governed by tax code which is mentioned in customer master.
Based on this tax code taxes are calculated on Sales order net value and then the tax amount is displayed in pricing procedure
You assign the tax condition types to Pricing procedure so that it will display the taxes in the sales order.

Picking the value of PBEG and PEND incase of multiple entries 2002 on a day

Hi Experts,
Our client's business requirement is to have provision handling multiple entries multiple entries of same subtype of IT 2002 on same day with different Time entries.For example one IT 2002 Styp 1 has entry 10 am to 14 pm & other entry of IT 2002 styp 1 as 14 pm to 16 pm.
In this scenario I want to have TWT with start time of 1st 2002 record i.e 10 & another TWT with end time of last 2002 record i.e. 16.
I have written a PCR as
OUTTPORIGS Origin status
    COLOP*     TIP >TOP curr.TType
P
    HRS=PBEG   Set
    ADDDB90T3 Add to day balance
    HRS=PEND   Set
    ADDDB90T4 Add to day balance
But its giving me value of 2002 start time as (1014=24) & END time (1416=30) respectively.
Since TIP will have entries with origin E & A as well with P and any entry can be 1st or last entry depending on time, I can't use VRSTFIRST & VARSTLAST.
Please suggest me how to handle such scenario through PCR. Is there a way we can make decision on From & To of TIP entries.
You can also suggest me if such need can be handled at masterdata level so that we can have just one entry

Please also suggest me a better operation to pick the value of PBEG and PEND incase of multiple entries various subtypes of 2002 on same day.I need to compare start- end time of 2002 with 2011 entries and calculate total attendence hrs. Once again, I can't use VRSTFIRST & VRSTLAST as 1st & last TIP entry could be come from any infotype viz 2011,2002, 2001.

How to get parameter value from report in event of value-request?

You probably want to look at function module DYNP_VALUES_READ to allow you to read the values of the other screen fields during the F4 event... below is a simple demo of this - when you press F4 the value from the p_field is read and returned in the p_desc field.

How to get the value of an jbo:InputSelectLOV field

I am trying to get the value that was picked by the user by jbo:InputSelectLOV field. The value just set by this is required for another field. The only way I can do this is by doing a commit every time the user picks a value. Any suggestions?. Note:I tried Jbo:PostChanges, it did not work.
Here is the code snippet. The first Lov gets the value for LocationId. Contacts has LocationId as the foreign key, and I need this to pick ContactId.

How to pass a value to a filter prompt based on a value list?

I have a query that has a filter prompt that is based on a value list. I want to call this query from another query as a drill down.
So I build the URL to call the query and pass the value for the filter prompts as URL parameters. For the filter prompts that are simple text fields this works without problems, but how do I pass a value to the filter prompt that is based on the value list?
I tried passing
<parameterName>=<valueListId>:616:null
and that gives me "None" for the value list prompt as expected.
I then tried to pass the DisplayName (as I would do when setting a default value for the prompt).
Like this:
<parameterName>=<displayName>
but that does not work.
I also tried some variations/combinations like
<parameterName>=<valueListId>:616:<displayName>
but that does not work either.
So does anybody know how to pass a parameter to the value list prompt?

my question is very simple if you make an order{va01} for material A it picks the value x in amount column. From where did this value comes from ,where it is stored,what is the transaction code.
IF my assumption is correct like your asking about the value / Amount of that particular condition Type
suppose Material is X and maintained the Condition Record (VK11) with your combination
at the time of Sale Order if you enter the Material with Qty system will take automatically what you maintained in Condition Record
rate as a amount whether is Price / Discount & Surcharge/ VAT
if you want to change that value try to check the Corresponding Condition type (T-Code :V/06) select that Condition type and TICK the Amount /Percentage Field
At the time of SO system will pick the Pricing Procedure based on the Sales Area + Doc.pricing procedure for Sales Doc.Type + Customer pricing procedure
if you want to know the table and field name put the Cursor on amount col mum and press F1 or otherwise check in the VBAK, VBAP

Bulk uploading the Pick List Values

I have to create a cascading for states and then cities, which i have to use acorss the application in Leads, account and contact. Can any one please tell me that, is there any way of uploading the pick list values and how can i use the same thing at different places.

Hi Alex,
I tryed this option. It is uploading the values in the City and state picklist field (at account view), but when i tryed drill down the picklist field, i didn't find any other value in that. I checked the same in the field level setup in admin section, no value was uploaded in the pick list value of that field.
Any other idea of doing the same?
