How to post a cross-company invoice using the BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT?

Hi
I would like to post an inter-company invoice using the BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
There is a comp_code in the header strusture. The BAPI's documentation says that this is possible and in the ACCOUNTGL table there is a field COMP_CODE.
The only problem is that the field is not there
Does anybody know whet to do?

BAPI BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT is not used for a specific application, but needs to be called always after any BAPI is called to post the data that were changed in the BAPI to the database.
You need to find the BAPI that is used to post the invoice and then call BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
Always do:
call function 'BAPI_application_specific'
if sy-subrc eq 0.
call function 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT'.
endif.
Check the documentation you have to see if you can find the application specific BAPI.

It's a limitation in SRM, it won't support cross company payments

Posting of cross company transaction with different doc types

Hi,
The scenario is:-
We have two companies X and Y.
X makes a payment to Y with the following FI entries:-
Company Code X
Dr Vendor Y
Cr Bank HDFC
Company Code Y
Dr Bank ICICI
Cr Customer X
Now this needs to be a cross company transaction where the doc type for CC X should be vendor Payment 'KZ' while the doc type for CC Y should be a customer reciept with doc type 'DZ'.
Although I am able to map the accounts in cross company code config I am not able to split the transaction of different company codes with different document types.
Is there any way we can do this in standard SAP?

As per your issue ...There are no possibilities to post in sap with different document types.
If you want you can post cross company code transactions with one document types

MIRO - Verify Cross Company Invoice

Hello Experts.
In transaction MIRO the system automatically detect a cross company transaction, and that's fine.
But my client, just need a cross company invoice between specific two company codes. Otherwise, the system should send and error message.
If it possible do this?

if the clearing accounts not there in OBYA between 2 company codes then system will throw error. So dont maintain values there except for ur company codes

How to Get Historical Cross Company Stock in Transit?

I implemented the extractor for How to Improve the Performance of the Extractor - Cross Company Stock in Transit. This works great for getting the current stock in transit (what is contained in t-code MB5T) but does not seem to work to get a snapshot of the past. In classic BW fashion, I also need to get the historical picture of the stock in transit. Does anyone know how to do this? I have 0IC_C03 Material Stocks/Movements but it appears this cube will not satisfy this requirement, unless I'm looking at it wrong.
I am aware of the original How to Report on Cross Company Stock in Transit, but have not implemented it.

Hi John,
You can only "clear" (= "Close"?!) an Invoice by posting a Payment or a Credit Memo, if I am not totally wrong!
A Journal entry only has a connection to a document (through the Origin / Origin No. fields) when it is generated in the background of the document creation!

Sorry to reopen an old post, but I've just purchased a 2nd hand late-2013 iMac (or so thats what the seller said).
I'm always sceptical though, and just wanted to know if there is a way to check if my iMac is indeed the late-2013 model that included Haswell?

We are two people using three difrent Macs, 1 Iphone and 1 Ipad with separate USERS on each Mac but sharing the same Apple ID: xxxxxx
I set up the first user to iCloud and it was OK but when I set up the second user to use iCoud the first users's info gets mixed with the second user's info?
Do we have to set up a diffrent Apple ID for each other?
Sometime ago I added my friends E mail (yyyyy) to the main Apple ID (xxxx) as for using his E mail account (to separate our e mail accounts, and it's working ok) but now when I try to create a new apple ID whith the same friend's e mail (yyyyyy) it says that his mail (yyyyy) is already an apple ID when the Apple ID is really my E mail (xxxxx)... any clue?

I believe because you migrated from a Nokia to an iPhone you need to register the Bn phone number with your Apple ID so it can be used for iMessage. The Pn number seems to be the only one registered

Thanks for replying. The plan you have it would be an additional charge to add the hotspot feature. It's not free with the Nationwide plan. You would need to add the feature online at www.verizonwireless.com/myverizon

Trying to create Invoice using the API,however i am not able to create the customer accounts in the front end

when creating invoice using the API AR_INVOICE_AP_PUB.Create_Single_invoice Am Getting the below Error:
Transaction type is invalid with current transaction date
invalid transaction type
either an inventory item description must be provided
