How to print unicode in SAPscript

hi gurus,
I am now having a problem in printing uinicode in printing ( printer HP LaserJet 4250 PCL 6) with SAPscript. Although i have changed the font in SAPscript text ( paragraph format ) , but when i print out , the font does not change , coul you please help me this

Let me tell you how to print double digit character in printer.
Usually, all ENGLISH characters are single digit characters and they can be printed on ordinary printer.
Now coming back to double digit character Japanese, chinese, Vitanamese, some special symbols etc. for printing this characters unicode enabled printer is must.
Usually, you can ask your basis team to enable unicode to your printer, all they need is some additional hard disk, they will be setting your printer in SAP.
Note: Until unless you enable unicode (HP LaserJet 4250 PCL 6) it acts as an ordinary printer.

H did u draw the line.
Usually in scripts we use uline command to draw a horizontal line.
Example:
&ULINE(72)&
If u want to draw vertical line, u can use box command and keep width 0.
Example:
BOX XPOS '0' CM WIDTH '0' CM HEIGHT &17& CM FRAME 2 TW
Try out in this format and let me know if u face any problem.

How to print euro symbol

Hi,
I would like to know how to print euro symbol () in a report.
I've tried with a statement like this:
write ''.
But when I execute it only appears a '#'.
A possible idea is to use unicode (euro symbol is 20AC), but how to print unicode symbol code in sap?

UNICODE is supported 4.7 Onwards
try this
TRANSLATE c TO CODE PAGE g2. ( Check this code page translation .may solve ur problem ...not sure )
then write c.

The total no pages is given by &SAPSCRIPT-FORMPAGES& command.
So u can handle the situation in ur form like this

In Script have You declare Two pages... Let say there is Two pages with names like ..FIRST and Second.
In Standard Attributes of First Page give Next Page as Second.
and for Second Page Standard Attributes give Next Page as Second only.. This will resolve for more Line Items thats it..

How to print different currency symbol in SAP?
The requirement is that the SAPScript should print the currency symbol along with the currency code.
i.e. USD ($)
The currency can be any foreign currency.
Is there any table where i can get currency symbol or is there any way i can print this. I am working in 4.6C.

If your requirement is to display date with box,first create a Box by using following syntax
* &sy-datum&
/: BOX XPOS '0' CH YPOS '3.65' LN WIDTH '77.50' CH HEIGHT '4.5' LN FRAME '10' tw
then adjust the box size according to your requirement by changing xpos,ypos,width and height

Thanks for your early update...but my requirement here is
I have two pages (FIRST , NEXT ) First is having Header, Main and Footer
NEXT is having Main and Footer ..I am printing PO here..let us think that my PO is having 20lines items , let us assume that it takes five pages...
Now how application is printing is ..first set of data is printing in FIRST page and remainiang data distributed to 4 pages printing in NEXT page ..but what my requirement is , I need fifth page print on FIRST page, instead of NEXT page... Ultimately I need last set of data always print in FIRST ie out of 5 pages 1st print on FIRST 2nd 3rd 4th print on NEXT and 5th print again on FIRST .

How to print or Fax a file with SAPscript form ?

+ We have a file (Terms) WORD which is contained in 1 PAGE WORD . Font ARIAL size 5. In Word it is OK , Now our client needs this contents to be printed with the SAPSCRIPT ( Sale order) . We can not extract all of this contents into a page of SAPScript .. We've tried with font TIMES size 8 in SAPSCRIPT it printed in3 pages. So We think of another solution is to print or Fax this file at the same time when the SAPscript is printed. Could you please advise us how to do this ? Supposing that this file is stored in the SERVER .

How to print hard-coded data in multiple language in sap-script, here the requirement is when printing the output
we can see the window heading, description which are mostly hard-coded here I want to print these in both language as fallows,
Goods to be delivered: = Morada de Entrega:

Description = Descrição
Item = linha
here I want to print in both languages like---- Goods to be delivered:/ Morada de Entrega:
and the above headings in English are hard-coded.

Hi,
In This case your Printer should support the E-13B Charecters.
Create a ParaGraph with Font family as MICR_E.
use C for ON-US SYMBOL which is printed at the beginig and end of the Check Number
ie C&CHECK_NUMBER&C
then use A for TRANSIT NUMBER and
Use D for DASH SYMBOL in your check.
then while Printing the check the original check number will be printed .
Note: Your Printer should support the E-13B charecters

we can do this in SAP Scripts.
we need to create two pages, one of landscape and another of potrait.
now after filling the data at last we need to call the page which is of format landscape using START_FORM function module.
You can use condition &PAGE& = &FORMPAGES&.

hi joseph,
i'm not sure how related this would be to your concern, but in my place, we've implemented that by sizing a voucher as half a page, so that when we print vouchers, the printer would know that one page is half of a regular page. SPAD is one place to fix, but the actual printing program and SAPScript was also customized so that it would send two vouchers for printing consecutively, and would fit in one page.
