How to replicate a customized condition table from ECC to CRM

Dear All,
We have created a new condition table in ECC, using a new set of key fields to define sales district specific product price. This table is in ECC only and we would like to replicate it to CRM. Could you please let me know how we can do that? What replication object should we use?

Hi,
Use DNL_CUST_CNDALL, this would create the database table in CRM. Also you might need to run other loads corresponding to your scenario like DNL_CUST_CND_PR, DNL_CUST_PRC etc

Customer classification data from ECC to CRM

Dear Friends,
We have the middleware active between ECC and CRM for customers. Now we have the requirement to download customer classification data (XD03->Extras->Classification) from ECC to CRM. Please suggest me how we can map this data in CRM and what middleware developments are required?

How to transfer Material Master data information from ECC to CRM

Hi ,
Changes to the Classification data of Material master for the class type-001 and Custom
ZFIELDS on mara will trigger the Interface functionality. Any changes to the
custom zfields and classes or characteristic values on Material Master must transfer the information from ECC to CRM. By using RFC .

You need to use change pointer to do this. Go to transaction SALE,
expand MODELLING AND IMPLEMENTING...
expand MASTER DATA DIST...
expand REPLICATION OF MODIFIED DATA
You may need to maintain distribution model in SALE.

Hi Geetha
Synchronization download allows you to synchronize inconsistent datasets on various databases. This can be controlled in time slots or can be triggered manually.
1. Creating a Request
Choose Middleware -->Data Exchange --> Synchronization --> Define Requests.
To define a new data request, choose Display --> Change and New Entries.
Enter data for the request.
In object name enter CUSTOMER_MAIN
2. Starting the Request
Choose Middleware --> Data Exchange -->Synchronization --> Synchronize Objects.
A selection screen appears. Enter the objects to be synchronized or use F4 input help to select objects. Choose Execute to start synchronizing the data.
3. Monitoring Request
Choose Middleware --> Data exchange --> Synchronization --> Monitor requests
Enter an object name or a range of object names. Use the input help or of you want to display all the objects, do not enter an object name at all. Choose Execute.

Replicate customer and vendor from ECC to CRM

Hi experts,
Is it possible to replicate customers and vendors extending the same BP in CRM?
If i had one customer in ecc that is a vendor too, can I configure or implement some badi in middleware to replicate changes to the same BP in crm?

If I recall from my ECC days, this field is used for back to back orders i.e. Sales Order creating a back-to-back Purchase Order. As such, there is no relevance for this data within CRM, so I would not expect it to be maintained there. It only has relevance within ECC (Sales & Purchasing).

My scenario in ECC is: I use a custom BTE copy of VMD_VENDOR_BTE_1421_IMPL which is executed when I save a new vendor. In this BTE I use the FM SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL to create a customer with the same attributes as the vendor, because only customer informations (not vendor informations) pass as Business Partners in CRM. The problem is that when I pass only master datas to the FM SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL, the customer passes to CRM as a Business Partner with the same number, but when I pass also Partner Functions to FM SD_CUSTOMER_MAINTAIN_ALL, no Business Partner is created in CRM, and the error I get is that up.
What can I do?

How to block Credit Card information flow from ECC to CRM? Can any filter be applied in any adapter objects for doing so?
If so which is the adapter object and corresponding Table name. The ECC tables are VCNUM and VCKUN. But no adapter objects can be found for them in SMOFTABLES.

REplication of Material Master from ECC to CRM - NO_STRUCT_DEFINITION Error

HI CRM Experts,
I am trying to replicate master data for material from ECC to CRM. I have done the required customizing downloads. Done with downloading of DNL_CUST_PROD0 and DNL_CUST_PROD1. I have got the Material types in CRM with categories R3PRODSTYP, R3PRODHIER & R3MATCLASS. There is no filter setting in R3AC1 for MATERIAL. Now when I am trying to do initial down load for Material through R3AS and monitoring in R3AM1, the status shows running with Block = 0. Having checked in SMQ1, am getting error as System Fail with error Exception Condition with "NO_STRUCT_DEFINITION" raised.
I have checked with the Product structure in ECC and compared with R3PRODHIER in CRM. They are same.
Kindly let me know what am I missing out.

I had applied the not earlier itself.
Lateron I realized that the note I had applied at CRM end. I have to apply at ECC end aswell.
After applying at ECC end, the problem is resolved.

I have activated the required BADI's and adapter objects for func loc and equipment. but i am not able to replicate the funcloc and equipment from ecc to crm.

As of SAP CRM 7.0 you can replicate functional locations from SAP ERP to SAP CRM. This function is supported as of SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP ERP 6.0.
In SAP CRM, functional locations are represented as object components of an installed base. The structure of functional locations is also replicated, and reflected in the installed base structure. If you replicate functional locations and pieces of equipment, the assignment of equipment to functional locations is also reflected in the installed base structure. The following replication processes are available:
- Initial download of functional locations from SAP ERP to SAP CRM in R3AS tcode.

Custom condition Table Error

I am trying to download a custom condition table A807 from R3 to CRM.
I did maintain the field and created a Adapter object naming ZDNL_COND_A807 and tried intial download.
But I am getting error as one of the field is intial.
Please let me know what you did to resolve the issue as I see you too were trying to download a custom contidion table.

Check: See if all the fields for your customizing table are available in CRM.
Check table CND_MAPC_CNV_FLM for SAP standard fields.
If not, proceed as folowing:
1 - insert a new entry in table CND_MAPM_CNV_FLM (via SM30) without conversion if the field as the same value in CRM,
or with conversion if the field has a different value in CRM example: sales org value in CRM is different from R/3)
2 - Insert the same fields in structure CND_MAPT_ACS_REM_CUST
3 - Create the same fields in the field catalogue of CRM (this will add new entries to structure CRMT_ACS_I_PRE)
4 - Implement BADI CRM_COND_COM_BADI and in method ITEM_COMMUNICATION_STRUCTURE insert a code to send the content
of your field to the pricing communication strucuture to IPC. For instance:
u had to add the field route to my communication structure so I add the following code in that method:
METHOD IF_EX_CRM_COND_COM_BADI~ITEM_COMMUNICATION_STRUCTUR E.
CS_ACS_I_COM-ZZROUTE = CS_ACS_I_COM-GEOROUTE.
ENDMETHOD.
ZZROUTE is the field from my custom pricing table
GEOROUTE is the field in my sales order.
5 - Then download DNL_CST_CNDALL again and your
Z_DNL_CUST_A<R3table> again.

Give some idea for the below scenario:
I ve created a simple web service and consumed it in a model. What I did was
1) for the input parameters, mapped the node from view->custom controller->model
2)for the output parameter, mapping from model->custom controller->view.
It works fine.
But I don't want to access model nodes directly, rather I want to set the input param in somewhere else (like custom controller) before calling the appropriate method, same for the response also.
Share me your thoughts.

Custom Condition table data download

Hi,
In our project we have few custom condition tables in ERP. I have completed the customizing download & then downloading the ZDNL objects which I have created in R3AC5 for custom condition tables. During download I see many records in CRM Inbound queue so as blocks in R3AM1. But when I check the CNCxxxCUSxxx tables its shows zero entries. I do not see any BDoc entries in SMW01 also. This is problem.
Another issue is I was able to successfully download all above things in other environment & systems of this project but have problem only in this system.
If records are downloading where are they vanishing ??

Hi,
Please check the queues in CRM and R3 as well. The queues might be in SYSFAIL, STOP or WAITING status...
Double click to get the Error and then work accordingly.
