How to reverse a FI document with line item that is cleared
Dear All,
I have similar problem like the previous post here:

the difference is, the document was posted several months before.
In March, there is 2 vendor document with 3 item, say 100001 and 100002.
the document 100001 is false and changed with 100002 but 100001 is not reversed.
In April, item 3 of document 100001 is cleared with document 200001.
this is wrong because the cleared item should be in document 100002.
this problem is known in October.
How do we fix this problem?

Hi,
Use <b>Tr. Code: FBRA</b> give document number if you want reset then click on reset or if you want reverse the click reverse.
this solution is sufficient for you problem.

line 1 and 3 is open. line 2 is cleared by document 1000002.
1000002 is subsequently being archived.
Now, is there any way to reverse document 1000001?
I can no longer do a FBRA (reverse and reset) since 1000002 is already archived.

Dont know whether this helps.. but just a thought....
i came across a note regarding reversal of an SD document when the corresponding FI document was already archived.. reversal was not working due to a program error (SAP note 410590). does the FI doc reversal also work on lines with SD doc reversal? (iam a layman here ) maybe u can consult SAP?

MIR7 Park an not GR'd document with line item reference
Hi I have also left this message in the MM forum.
Scenario 1 is how the system currently works, scenario 2 is what we want to achieve, so Parked, unreciepted document but would like the line item details to appear in MIR7 so we an trace it and report against it and ask user to post a GR easier ......
Important point on both is the PO is not receipted as the user has forgot to do it!
1. PO gets created
2. Invoice comes in
3. AP clerk does MIRO enters PO number gets a message no selectable item.
3. AP clerk switch to parking and parks docuement
4. Display parked invoice we can see the PO number but no line item details
Here are the steps we want to happen Step 4 is different
1. PO gets created
2. Invoice comes in
3. AP clerk does MIRO enters PO number gets a message no selectable item.
3. AP clerk switch to parking and parks docuement
4. Display parked invoice we WANT to see the PO number AND the line item details
Is there possible a BAPI we can use to achieve this or any ideas on development that might be required or can it be achieved via configuration?
Thanks for any help!this can happen if any freight or packaging condition value was present while GR but deleted or altered befire the cancellation of document.. pl check in MSEg for amount in LC and delivery costs.

Financial Accounting -> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -> Business Transactions -> Incoming Payments -> Manual Incoming Payments -> Make Settings for Processing Open Items -> Define Line Layout
Here you determine which information is to be made available on the screen when processing line items (for example, document type, document number, account number, company code).

Reversing Landed Cost document with more than one vendor

Reversing Landed Cost document with more than one vendor:
My client can reverse a landed cost document with One Vendor, but cannot with multiple vendors. I have also tested this in 8.8 PL10. Here is a brief description:
Created Landed cost by selecting 2 vendors in the Vendor field.
After you picked one vendor, you go to the vendor code/name again then choose another vendor you
need, once you picked, the system will ask you whether you want to delete the previous data, then
you say no, after then you will see the vendor name became "different vendors" and code be "********"
(on the vendor tab: you will see two vendors)
To Reverse Landed Cost we do the following with Landed Cost documents that only have one vendor:
I can copy from the Landed Cost document (on the right-bottom corner) while creating new one with
zero amount to reverse, which is ok; but for multiple vendors, the list of vendors onlyshows one of
the vendors for Good Receipts & Landed Cost.
Cannot copy from a Landed Cost document wioth more than one vendor to reverse this Landed Cost.
To be albe to copy from a previously created Landed Cost document (with multiple vendors) as you
can with one vendor to reverse the transaction.
Can this functionality be added to future versions?Take a look at business area and groupings in they payment program settings...

Grouping Open Items and Individual Payments
Wherever possible, the payment program will always group items together for payment.
The payment program can only group together open items for payment if the open items in an account have the same:
1. Currency
2. Payment method in the item
3. Bank in the item
4. Contents of the grouping fields (if a grouping key is specified in the customer or vendor master record)
You can also pay open items from different company codes together, as well as customer and vendor line items.
Items in an account are not grouped together if you:
1. Make payments separately per business area. This procedure entails separate payments being created per business area.
2. Want to make individual payments
Items in which a payment method is specified are not grouped with items in which no payment method is specified.
You define the required grouping key in the IMG for Financial Accounting under Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -> Business Transactions -> Outgoing Payments -> Automatic Outgoing Payments -> Payment Method/Bank Selection for Payment Program -> Define Payment Groupings.
In our system, if the business area is the same, there will be one ZP document with one line with a posting key of 25. Otherwise there will be many individual 25 posting key lines with. -

How do I scan a document with multiple pages into one file? My old printer (psc 2110) asked after each scan if I wanted to scan another page. At the end I had one pdf file with multiple pages.
This new one creates one file for each page and I cannot find a way to create one pdf file with multiple pages.

If you load the papers into the ADF - Automatic Document Feeder, and then select Document to PDF then they will all be scanning into one file. Let me know if this works for you?

xxProof Colors doesn't change the file's color management, it just lets you see what the color values would look like if they are printed unchanged on different output devices. If you want to actually convert the color from one CMYK space to another, it's probably better to do that in Acrobat—Tools>Print Production>Convert Colors.
There's very little difference between Fogra27 and Fogra39—Fogra27 allows more total ink 350 vs. 330.
There's nothing you can do to improve the quality of low res images -

Select all your folders in Disco Administrator,ALT+ENTER to go to properties, then change the database from the default database to the remote database.

Create delivery document for line item 5 only manually
Hi Sap Experts,
We have scenario, we have created sales order with 10 line items while creating delivery we don’t want to show all the 10 line item to delivery creator (creating delivery manually).
We will send him mail saying that create delivery document for line item 5 and we will provide him material number and delivery date and shipping point with sales order number.
We don’t want to use partial delivery option that split the delivery and we don’t want to use VL10C tcode also.
What are options we have and how to customize this scenario?

One requirement is user should not select line items other than the one instructed to them
The other requirement is delivery split should happen based on item category
If your requirement is first one, you need to go with user exit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_LIPS in include MV50AFZ1 but I am not sure, on what logic, coding to be included in this exit. If your requirement is second one, then just try in your system and share the outcome how system is functioning. You will come to know how standard SAP works.

Dear All,
Document line item text
My client want the vendor invoice line item text(BSIK-SGTXT) to be captured in the corresponding clearing document line item text field(BSAK-SGTXT).
(i.e) The vendor invoice and its payment clearing document should have the same text in the document line item text filed.
According to me i can use a substition rule and a user exit to assign the values. but here comes a problem* i have one clearing document against 3 to 4 vendor invoice documents* so my programming logic has got stucked here? like which vendor invoice line item text the clearing document should pick up?
is there any other enhancements possible or can some one help me with the programming logic to be applied here.

Why don't you discuss the issue with your client? As you said, if you pay 5 invoices in a single run, the payment document item text can't carry all of those texts unless you use the long text. What is the reason for the requirement? Perhaps there's another solution.
