How to reverse amount sign if Cost Element starts with 6

Hi experts,
I have a requirement to reverse Amount sign, e.g. from 1,000 to -1,000, if the Cost Element starts with 6.
The problem is that I update the Cost Element value in Update Rule as a Master Data Attribute of Reporting Variable (a customized Characteristic). As a result, it is not available in my Communication Structure.
Can someone suggests me how can I achieve that?
Thank you very much.

I think I am almost there.
Can someone rectify the error?

Generally we will do excel planning upload for Cost Elements in KP06. But where can we do Excel plannin for Revenue Cost Elements in the system?
Kindly provie me the transaction code and some inputs on how can i proceed.
It would be a great help if any one can respond on this.
    Thanks
    Kishore

    Hi Kishore,
We can plan Sales Revenue through T-code KEPM-Edit Planning Data or through T-code KE13N by Uploading CO-PA-Sales Plan in Quantity and Revenue terms. Here we have to set  different Plan Layouts for Quantities and Revenues. After successfully uploading the data file,  we have to transfer the Sales Plan data to SOP in T-code-KE1E.  Then We can check the values by Co Code, Plant, Product-wise and Customer  in T-code KE25-Display Plan line items.

  • Recover cost element associated with internal orders. Tx KPF6

    Hi,
I need to recover only the cost element associated with the internal orders listed in tx. KPF6. Can anyone please tell me how can I do this?, do I need to copy the entire tx to a Ztx?? or can i do this through an User Exit???
    Thanks, Fiorella

    Hi Fiorella,
    Try using table AUFK.
It gives you the Responsible cost center as  well as the Cost center for basic Settlement for a particular internal Order.
In case you need any other information, feel free to revert.
    Thanks,

P.S. Would it be helpful if i tell you how to get Internal Orders from an Internal order Group??

  • How do add .mov files in Premiere Elements 11 with Windows 8? I get a generic error message.

How do add .mov files in Premiere Elements 11 with Windows 8? I get a generic error message.

    Hi Steve,
Thanks for your quick response. The original movies were taken on a Canon ES970 (1990's). I don't know the resolution but things were not as high tech back then.,.. I used a Roxio software to convert them on my MacBook Air. I didn't realize that I could use Adobe Premiere Elements to do that or I would have. However my old camera did not have a cable to attach it to a computer and the Roxio software came with it.
I then saved the recordings on an external hard drive. I did not make movies from them using iMovie or edit them in any way. They are simply .MOV files and they can be played on my Mac. Upon realizing how much memory it takes to work on videos, I decided it might be easier to burn DVD's on my husband's  new Dell desktop that came with Windows 8. I downloaded Quicktime as suggested and still the movies can't be added to Premiere.

When you enroll in an HP Instant Ink plan, you pay a monthly fee to print a defined number of pages per month. The plans are based on the number of pages that you print, not on how many ink cartridges you use. Your monthly fee pays for ink, shipping, and recycling. If you do not print all of your plan pages in a month, you can roll over up to the number of pages per month in your plan. If you print more pages, there is an additional charge. Ink is included — the plans are based on your usage so you pay for the pages you print, not the ink cartridges HP sends you. A printed page counts the same whether it is black and white, a color document, or a photo. Shipping is included.

  • How to reclass WBS via secondary cost element

    Hi team,
How can I reclass WBS A to WBS B via secondary cost element A1234567? For example, For CNY (LC1), I need to input certain amt, but for USD (LC2),I have to force in zero. When I do correction via manual allocation (KB15N), only USD currency is available for input.
    Appreciate your feedback.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
In FB01 you need to use primary cost element, secondary cost element is internal to CO. In your case since that is a rectifaction and you want to eliminate the value in one currency you would need to follow the manual process. You can use same general ledger account for debit and credit with different WBS assigned so that there is no impact in FI and the values are transferred from one WBS to another.
    Kind Regards // Shaubhik

  • Cost element report with cost object name column

    Hi,
i'm looking for a report similar to S_ALR_87013601: Cost Elements: Breakdown by Object Type, but including a column with the cost object name. Does anyone know if such a report exists? If it doesn't exist, how can i create a report like this?
Some of my company costs are assigned to cost centers and some of them are assigned to wbs elements. We would like a report where we could have all the information together.
    Thank you very much

    Hi Xavi ,
Some of my company costs are assigned to cost centers and some of them are assigned to wbs elements. We would like a report where we could have all the information together.=>
There is not standard report available..  which will display total cost per company code.. i,e cost booked on cost centers, internal order and WBS elements ... This is becuse each modules store data in seperate tables.
You have to create a ABAP report to serve your pourpose. You have to collate all the costs booked in a company code for cost centers, IO and WBS elements . Pick up real costs only as per company code..
We are using such custom report and its working fine.

  • BPS Retraction for Cost Center Accounting - Cost Element - Compounding with

    Hello everybody,
I'm using the "BPS Retraction for Cost Center Accounting" described in the blog from Praveen Mayalur. I have customized the BPS system  (3.5) as described.
But if i started the retraction i receive a dump. I have debug a little bit and i found out that there is a problem with the InfoObject "Cost Element". It is compounding with two InfoObjects "Source system ID" and "Controlling area".
    PERFORM FILL_RSRDEP USING I_AREA
                              I_CHANM
                              ITO_CHADEP
                        CHANGING LT_RSRDEP
                                 L_SUBRC.
    IF L_SUBRC NE 0.
*Abhängige Merkmale müssen in der ITO_CHADEP stehen
      MESSAGE X099(UPC).
    ENDIF.
Does anybody have this problem before. ?
    Regards Detlev

    Hi,
it looks that your 0COSTELEMNT has been changed and the additional compounding object 0SOURSYSTEM has bben added. In BI Content it is only compounded to 0CO_AREA. So may be this is the problem.
To be sure that it works you must make the change in your source system to and "compound" 0COSTCENTER to 0SOURSYSTEM. Or you have to chabge the retraction that way that it ignores the source system and only reads 0CO_AREA and costcenter.

  • I have very thin, colored lines running vertical on my desktop monitor screen.  I don't know where they come from or how to get rid of them.  I started with one and now have three.  Can anyone give me some insight about what to do in getting rid of them?

I have very thin, colored lines that have shown up on my IMac monitor screen.  I don't know where they came from or how to get rid of them.  I'm concerned now because I started with one and now have three.  Does any know why this occurs or how to get rid of them?

I got an address from Applecare, although I can't place my hand on it right now. I didn't bother persuing the letter route myself as I didn't expect much. I know that the location was Cork, Ireland though as that where the UK Applecare is based as far as I'm aware. The best thing to do is to call Applecare (if it's free) and discuss the issue. State that you are not happy wit the fact that you will have to pay to have the problem resolved especiiay if it is an ongoing problem that has not been resolved. I ended up speaking to a senior manager of the Applecare team who then proceeded to tell me about mailing in my grievence to customer services division or something like that.
If I can find the address I may post it if I'm allowed.
In the case of age, Schools usually have a 5-year life-cycle as they tend to be used differently than consumer machines, i.e. being used constantly on a daily basis for at least 12 hours with no break. you would expect issues to appear after a few years, but I expect problems that arise through defects to be resolved and stay resolved. As I mentioned we had machines for around 2 years before the lines appeared and sent them to be repaired. I'm happy with that. What I am unhappy about is the fact that the problem has reappeared exactly in the same way and now I'm left with around 7 machines that I either pay loads to repair or, the more likely replace the machines with newer ones since the age is now big enough to warrant the replacement.
Sorry for the lengthy moan, but these are the reasons I purchased Apple ahrdware in the first place to avoid the "not our problem" stance some PC vendors  usually take, similar to the Dell monitors thread mentioned in here somewhere.
