Hi there...I would like to know how do you a program using the command line in oracle9i JDeveloper...coz my program is processing the input typed from the user.How do you run in oracle9i Jdeveloper.

errr Typed input would be done by typing in the console window...provided your java is waiting for keyboard input.
If you mean as commandline parameter, then you need to modify your runtime configuration for the project.

This command runs a ping to "address" and writes the output back to the command line. To capture it, just put strings into an array or do whatever you want with it. If you want to wait until the program completes before reading its input, use p.waitFor().

How to run ADF command-line test-client on standalone weblogic host

I have followed the steps to create a test client for the ADF application. In used the following link:

The above link does not talk about how to setup the environment where the standalone weblogic is installed to be able to run the test client.
I can run it in the jdeveloper environment.
I can also run from the command line on the development host, by cut-paste the command from the jdeveloper output log tab.
I am trying to run this client on the machine where we have a weblogic installed (standalone) for testing. We can run our ADF application from the browser with no issues. We want to automate and run some testing related to the ADF model (non-viewcontroller part) from the command line on this test stage.
Which/Where are the ADF libraries?
How can I add our application jar deployed on the weblogic (ear file) to the CLASSPATH?
What other libraries ADF/Weblogic do I need for the command line test client?
What am I missing?

create weblogic application server connection from jdeveloper and then Deploy that application through jdeveloper in the weblogic application server and then run it from jdeveloper and see if its working.

How to run zonecfg command-line to add device in postinstall script?

I want to assign a tape drive in non-global zone in postinstall script. I can run zonecfg with a command-file, but don't know how to run zonecfg to add device in a whole command-line.

How to run a command line for every folder in a share

I'm trying to use Robocopy to merge two user home directories shares from two different servers to a new server, but the only problem is that I can't use the /purge to mirror deletes because it will delete the other servers stuff (since one server's stuff
doesn't exist on the other one currently).
But I'm thinking if someone I could enumerate the folder names from the users$ share on each server, and add it to both path statements in the commands below, i could add purge since then it would be running individually per user folder, rather than at the
user level below.

Much of this code does not make sense. You should be using DHCP to set all workstations and most servers with the exception of Domain Controllers.
It will be faster to do this with PowerShell since you do not know batch. Your attempt is not even close.

How can I create a NetBoot image using command line tools?

Is it possible to create a NetBoot image entirely using command line tools?
(That is, without using the SystemImageUtility)
If so, are there reasonable instructions posted somewhere?
I don't believe I can use SystemImageUtility with my current setup,
but I would be happy to hear how I could:
I have a set of Xserve clusternodes but without optical drives or video cards.
One node acts as the head, running DHCP, DNS, OpenDirectory, Xgrid.
They are wired to a gigabit switch.
I have a PowerBook connected on the subnet which has ServerAdmin Tools installed.
I don't think when I run SystemImageUtility on my PowerBook that I can successfully image one of the clusternodes disks over the network.
I have tried to start one node in target(Firewire) mode, connect it via Firewire
to the head node, and run hdiutil from the head node to make a complete disk image of the clusternode's drive.
But a NetBoot image requires the whole nbi file, right?
Could I then use copy this disk image to my PowerBook and use SystemImageUtility on my PowerBook to create a NetBoot image from it?
I really have tried to read the PDFs, but I found the section on System Imaging in the Command Line Reference rather unhelpful.

To create a NetBoot image, you could just put the cluster node in target mode and attach it to your PowerBook. Then use SIU to create the NetBoot image.
If you're trying to create a backup image of the disk, use hdiutil, or put in in target mode and create the image with Disk Utility.

How to use addKeyListener in a program running using command prompt

Does anyone have any idea how to add the addKeyListener to a program running using command prompt.
Let me explain how the program run.
The program is start and accept call from other program. But from time to time, I need to issue some command by pressing the keyboard, let say, ESC is closed the program, F1 is showing the stated. F2.... (This is all need to run in the command prompt windows)
My problem is this program does not have any gui interface, so how can it be added?

I could do the Build, Archive and Exporting to IPA through the command line tools(xcodebuild). But I also wanted to duplicate the target in the same project,add a new Info.plist to the duplicated target resource through command line itself. How to do it? I could not find any valuable answers by Googling. I could not find any proper documentation also in Apple Sites.
Is there any tools that can be used to perform these? I don't want to use the UI. Please, help me out.

How to use command line with acrobat to extract page(s) from pdf file?

I have adobe acrobat, and have a pdf file with over 500 pages. I need to extract small chunks of pages from it as seperate pdf files. I was hoping I could use command line interface to do this faster.
Something like:
acrobat src des start end
so for example
adobe file.pdf my_folder 3 5
Is this possible? There are many chunks and I don't want to manually do it for every chunk. Command line would be much easier...

It should at least have these 5 arguments: (well the first one is not neccessary since were not using acrobat anymore...)
[program] [src path/src file] [destination path/file name] [start page (inclusive)] [end page (inclusive)]
for example:
acrobat ./my_file.pdf ./my_folder/chunk1.pdf 3 5
if start page == end page, then it only extracts that one page.
So this way I can just stack these comands on a .bat file or something (maybe like 100 commands), then run the bat file, and it will create all the files.

Regkey Import via task sequence using command line. Running directly from DP.

I have a package that is going to run straight from the dp called JAVAHOME. Inside this package there is a regkey called JAVAHOME.REG
If I want to run it as part of a task sequence using a command line.
The run a command line step has use package called JAVAHOME checked.
Now to import it, in run a command line I use
cmd.exe /c reg.exe import javahome.reg
or
cmd.exe /c reg.exe import .\javahome.reg
I always get it wrong when running things directly from the DP.

To be sure about the behavior, I would use a batch file and use the %~dp0 variable. So, the command line in the batch file would be something like
reg.exe import %~dp0javahome.reg

I need your advise, please. My customer requires to print a specfic page from a pdf document they receive, using command line or 3rd party solution.
Anything you can advise, please? I have seen AcroRD32.exe options, but can only print the whole document.

Not sure if there are any examples. The Acrobat SDK is a must, but it is best treated as documentation to study rather than examples to copy. The examples only illustrate a tiny fraction of the capabiliies.
(One other note: the solution must involve the client owning Acrobat; Acrobat is not for server use).
