How to send back the stauts of inbound idoc to outbound system

Hi all.
Idocs are scheduled to send from outbound to inboud.In inbound I have many idocs with status 51.(application document not posted).I need to report back the details of all the idocs with status 51.(application document not posted) .ie I need to send the idoc no, error message,error data from inbound to outbound on daily basis. Can any one let me know how to achieve this.i.e How to trap the details of idoc with status 51 in inbound & send this details back to inbound.
Can it be done by audit reporting of idocs? Or do I need to write a program?If so pls guide me.

You will have to setup the acknowledgements in this case. Message type ALEAUD.
This will be setup in the WE20 of the receiving system to be sent to the sending system.

In my scenario that is RFC -PI-soap(using http(Axis) protocol).when the webservice provider is sending the soap fault as.

As my requirement was (I have mentioned in my first question) that I want to pass
SAP:AdditionalText tag
value back to sender in one of the elements of response message payload or handle using fault message mapping if this error could be converted to application error and map to the RFC exception but unfortunately which is not possible even using AXIS adapter.

but while handling the SYSTEM_FAILURE exception from PI at sender in report program and displaying the msg variable ,I am not getting complete error message..It is getting truncated.Is there a limit to the no of character the msg variable contains which is set by system.Even if we declare msg variable with more length(for example char length 500) it is just displaying part of the error message from PI.
Any Idea to read complete system error message from PI in report program at RFC sender..

I have a scenario to create BPF
1.I have one report and user 1 make changes to that report and submit to BPC
2.i have a manager who have two options either to send back the report for revision or to approve it.
How can i proceed wit the second step?

Hi Anila,
You define work status according to scenario and use BPC-Excel: E-submit- Cahnge work status Settings to modify your data work status.
Try this option it will work.

It sounds like you destroyed your boot partition and the recovery partition. Depending on it's age, your MacBook Air might be able to do a net boot. Plug and ethernet connection into it and attempt to boot. If it has the right firmware, it will find a net boot configuration on the net and boot that. Then it will give you a Recovery Partition like display and allow you to reinstall the OS X version that came with it.... assuming that it was Lion or ML. If your computer came with Snow Leopard, then even the net boot won't work.
At that point you need a bootable USB Key, or an external DVD drive AND a Snow Leopard installation DVD.
An Apple Store, if there is one nearby, MAY be able to get you going again. However, whatever is on the SSD now will be toast too.

How to revert back the changes that have made to Infoset

Dear Experts,
Can any one help me with solution for the below issue?
I have activated(checked) some navigational attributes to the infocube "XYZ".This "XYZ" infocube is used in Infoset and as well as in multiprovider.Instead of activating navigational attributes in the infoset ,mistakenly i have removed the infocube and reassigned(reconnected with previous settings) in the infoset.Now i realized that the technical reference names in infoset(For ex:"ABC_F12,ABC_F13") got changed and giving the problem in Multiprovider.And there are n number of queries build based on the multiprovider.
While iam trying to activate the inactived Multiprovider iam getting an error message saying "inactive infoobjects ...(.ABC_F12,ABC_F13 are not available)....
Can any body help me how to revert back the changes for the Infoset that i have made or anyother process to sort out this issue.
Earlier solutions will be appreciated.

Hi,
If the changes have been saved, then there is no automatic way of reverting the changes. To get the Infoset in the reqd state, you will have to move an unchanged copy into the dev sys. The easiest way would be to transport a copy from the Prod sys. But first you have to check whether the transport path exists. With the help of Basis team, you can do this.

The best place to ask your question is at the JSMS website, forum or mailing list since this is no error that directly comes from a class belonging to the core Java classes.

How to get back the deleted order in EBP in to SRM-for which R/3 ord.exists

We have implemented extended classic scenario in SRM 5.5. The issue is one of the local EBP order is deleted from our SRM system. As a general rule the backend order is also to be deleted from the system. But to our strange the backend order is not deleted in the R/3 system. Now we want to get back the local EBP order in to our system. Is there a way we get this again in our EBP system?
In BBP_PD tcode we have one entry as below. By using the GUID of this order can we get the order back in to EBP?

Hello psamp,
If your PO has status 'Deleted' in SRM, at header level, field DOC_CLOSED from BBP_PDHGP table should be set.
For PO status change, you can use CRM_STATUS_UPDATE function module with two rows in table JEST_UPD:
- one to inactive deleted status :
MANDT = your client,
OBJNR = PO Guid,
STAT = 'I1040',
INACT = 'X',
CHGNR = existing value + 1
- one to active ordered status:
MANDT = your client,
OBJNR = PO Guid,
STAT = 'I1043',
INACT = ' ',
CHGNR = existing value + 1
For header level, see BBP_HDRPROC_SET_STATUS_FLAGS function module.

Send inbound IDOC as outbound(copy)

Hi,
We need to send the same inbound IDOC as outbound IDOC to the customer(they want to get a copy of it) How can we do this? We are getting inbound sales order IDOC's and the customer wants the copy of the same IDOC, not order acknowledgement. Is it possible?
Any inputs are greatly appreciated.

I can think of following:
You create your own Process code, Function Module to update your data using Inbound IDOC and at the end generate outbound IDOC using same data and then distribute using MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE.

In the menu that said "turn system icons on or off", try clicking on the blue writing on the bottom left of that menu that says "restore default icon behaviors".

How to send local e-Invoicing format as Idoc

Dear sirs,
I would like to ask you about a translation of a local e-inv format into the Idoc.
What are the problems:
- this standard was published by a local government and probably is not compatible in any other format used by "ordinary" (adn sane) SAP people
- this standard appears in two version: I can get the invoice as XML file or as a ZIP archive which consist of the XML file and the attachments
- the processing should be asynchronous and we´re expected to use IDocs
I wonder:
- how can I send the Idoc with attachments? I am not aware of anything like this
- if that is not possible (most likely) how would you solve the requirement with as little effort as possible? Would you send the ZIP into ABAP and process it in the ERP system? Some proxies? Or can you come up with some way how to achieve the same? Because I don´t understand how can I send&attach the attachments to the backend where the Idoc didn´t have to be processed yet and I don´t have a document number to associate the files with.
Hope I don´t ask a crazy question:))

in case your landscape has PI then go for an ABAP proxy

also regarding conversion of a file to IDoc etc, specific tools (middleware, ESBs) are used to do such transformations and routing
