    Herry,
    You can refer the below docs for reference. Instead of receiver JDBC , you have to use Receiver as R/3.

    Hey Ravi,
    After some reasearch and going through your posts, i am now able to atleast go to the first jsp page of the application.like thorugh the below link

    But after reaching this page when i start navigating to get through a servlet then it says page is on available on this server. please help me what i need now..
    i am also copying the httpd.conf file below:-

  • How to send Images from FCP to Color

    Hey guys, so I've pulled some images off the web and slapped them into my timeline. Trouble is when I send them to Color, they don't work. Why is this, is there a work around
    Image of items inside color.

    Sorry, I should have searched the forum.

  • How to import images from web via CSV in Indesign CS4?

    Hi,
    I am using Indesign CS4 and i want to import pictures from my homepage.
    I have a CSV export from a database with products and the url to the
    product picture. I want to import the information for the products and
    the picture via data merge. I added the @ in the name of the column
    where the url to the pictures is. Everything works perfect when I use
    a lokal path, but I need to get the pictures from the website.
    Is it possible to import pictures from a website via CSV data merge?
    What steps are needed for that?
    Would be great if you could help me.
    Best Regards.

    thank you all for your answers, that was what i thought.
    yes, it starts with http://domainnaime.... it's from an extern webspace
    then i will backup all pictures and put them in the local network and try over ip-address if that also won't work then I'll copy then locally
    altough, it would be great if it works via ip-address

    lable properties are
         text property: Welcome to My Page
         design property: header1

    i created view and in the view i creatge label with out any error.
    comming to image  i inserted child to view root element and to select SOURCE for the image element its showing context window.
    i am not able to see here any image fine
    one thing to tel u that i already placed IMAGE.JPEG under /MIME/MYCOMPONENT/IMAGE.JPEG
    So please let me know how to get the image  in the form..
    regards
    mmukesh

    1. Add an another UI element like Caption along with a label
    2. Create a Value Attribute for the image and make its Calculated property to true. This automatically creates the setter and getter methods to retrieve the image.
    Bind the image source property to this created value attribute.
    3.  In the get<value attribute> method, return the image.(image file name and extension are case sensitive - for ex: Image.jpeg)

  • How to send data from a web dypro application using workflow

    Hi All,
    I am working on a web dynpro application where the user will enter the header and item details for a FI document to be posted. Once the user enters the data the workflow should initiate and should also send the data across to the approver to approve. To initiate the workflow I am using the function module 'SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW' and it's working fine and generating a uniquw workflow item id. Now my main concern is how to send the data across from web dynpro application through the workflow. I have my data in three internal tables: 1. header table. 2. G/L table and 3. • How can I enable java applet plug-in and Web Start applications via terminal?

    Since the last Java update to Snow Leopard, I have found that the system periodically disables the Java applet plug-in after a period of disuse.  I know I can go to /Applications/Utilities/Java Preferences and just click to re-enable Java.  But I want to write a script which will do this periodically for a couple hundred Mac users where I work.
    My question is - how can I reenable the Java applet plug-in and web start applications via Terminal command?  Is this possible?  Is there a plist file that can be modified, etc.?
    Bob Reed

    It is my understanding that Apple's most recent Java update automatically disables Java after a certain period of time that it hasn't been used.  We don't want users to have to keep re-enabling it.  So we wanted to find a way to do this via script either run by a Casper JSS server or stored locally on each workstation.   With the guidance provided by Mark Jalbert above and some text from a script written by Rich Trouton, I was able to make a script (with some minor changes) and a launch agent to re-run the script upon login.  So the preference is always enabled.
    For your reference, the script content is:
    #!/bin/sh
    # DYNAMICALLY SET THE UUID FOR THE BYHOST FILE NAMING
    if [[ `ioreg -rd1 -c IOPlatformExpertDevice | grep -i "UUID" | cut -c27-50` == "00000000-0000-1000-8000-" ]]; then
    MAC_UUID=`ioreg -rd1 -c IOPlatformExpertDevice | grep -i "UUID" | cut -c51-62 | awk {'print tolower()'}`
    elif [[ `ioreg -rd1 -c IOPlatformExpertDevice | grep -i "UUID" | cut -c27-50` != "00000000-0000-1000-8000-" ]]; then
    MAC_UUID=`ioreg -rd1 -c IOPlatformExpertDevice | grep -i "UUID" | cut -c27-62`
    fi
    # Set the the "Enable applet plug-in and Web Start Applications" setting in the Java Preferences for the current user.

    The launch agent plist content is:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">

    Hi - I have exactly the same issue. Referring to Java 1.7_25 release note, i have also included permissions/codebase attributes in jmf jar manifest file but it did not help. • Launching external applications from web start

    Hi!
    I am currently working on a management system and I need to launch other management systems from my Java Web Start application. The other systems are either based on web applications (URLs), telnet - needs to set up a telnet session, or running shell scripts or batch files.
    URLs are ok. I am using Desktop.browse in Java 1.6 or I can use BasicService.showDocument in javax.jnlp API.
    My application may run on both windows and linux (ie its launched from the browser). It interacts with a java app on a linux server over RMI.
    How can I lauch a telnet session from my client app?
    Do I have to include apache commons.net and create a telnet module in my app or can i lauch c:\windows\system32\telnet.exe in windows (if my app is lauched on win) and /usr/kerberos/bin/telnet (if my app is lauched in Linux)?
    How can I launch an external .exe application in window and how can I launch any shell script or program in Linux?
    (same as how do i lauch telnet)
    As long as the user is prompted I can see no risk of denying these kind of things so I hope and think that this should be possible!
    PS. I have managed to do it by using Runtime.exec() when running as a non JWS application, but I cannot do it when running as JWS:
    java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.io.FilePermission <<ALL FILES>> execute)I dont want to sign the application either. The reason for choosing webstart was to not have to renew certificates at our customers.
    Please help.
    Thanks for taking interest and reading this.. and I hope that someone has some helpful answers for me :)

  • How to call Web Start app from Web Start app?

    Is there a way to call another Java Web Start Application from a running
    Java Web Start Application, possibly from a different JNLP file?
    Could this be done in a way that there won't be another virtual machine
    launched; i. e. that the started Application will run in the same virtual
    machine as the calling one?
    Cheers,

    Im not sure about running in the same Jvm however there are two ways I know of to start another jnlp app. I am using this to essentially restart my application however, you dont have to do that and can start another web application by either using BasicService.showDocument with the jnlp file ( should start a webs tart app) or usign runtime exec with javaws and the jnlp as the argument.

    Check your web server's access logs to see how many requests web start is sending for each jar. After you've loaded the application the first time, for each subsequent launch, if you've got everything configured right, you should only see requests for the JNLP file and maybe some gifs because web start should load everything else out of the cache (if you're using the version-based download protocol). Or if you're using the basic download protocol, then you might see requests for each jar file, but even in this case, if your web server is prepared to evaluate the last-updated attribute for each jar request and for jars that have not changed, respond with no actual payload and a header value of Not-Modified, then that should run almost as fast.
    You might also want to consider changing the "check" attribute of the "update" element from "always" to "background" for a couple of reasons. It should allow your app to start sooner (but this means that you might have to launch once or twice after an update is applied to the web server before the update shows up on the workstation). Also, my impression is that "always" is broken and prevents web start from ever checking to see if your jnlp file has been updated if you launch your app from a web start shortcut - launching from a browser is less likely to have this problem, depending on how often your browser is configured to check for updated resources.

  • 2 way communication - talk to server from web start app and vice versa

    I want to send status messages between my web start application and services running on the web server computer. I havent been able to find any examples on this. Can I communicate over http? Do I need to set up a separate connection to a port and communicate on my own? any ideas on how to do this?
    thanks
