How to set long =1000 in a store proc

Hi Friends
Can someone tell me how to set long = 1000 in stored proc and how to get and manipulate returned variable clob in front end ASP
stored proc is as below:

You shouldn't need to set long in the proc as such. The SET function is used to control how much data SQL*PLUS displays when processing long data types (LOB, CLOB, XMLTYPE).
You've written a PROC that creates the XML you want. However you probably need to make it a function so you can return the data into your app

The SQL*Plus command SET LINESIZE sets the size of a line to the specified amount of characters. The command SET LONG affects only databasecolumns of the type LONG. It sets the amount of characters show from a column of type LONG. E. g.

You can try shooting in the Long Shutter Mode. Please follow these steps:
With the camera in Manual mode, you will need to go into the menu and enable Long Shutter.
Exit the menu and press the FUNC button.
Select the Exposure Compensation setting and press the MENU button.
Use the LEFT and RIGHT buttons to select the shutter speed.

I want to do this to delete some files on iMac 20inch but still have them on the TC for future reference..eg some movies on iTunes. I want to directly save them on the drive so I can delete them from iTunes and gain some storage. (Ps on iMac 20 inch (it's almost full - 320 GB) when I enter time machine, a tab comes up on finder which reads "Time Machine backups" it's able to be ejected like a disc or a connected device. On the iMac 20 inch, I dragged some files onto there as if using it like a hard drive. Is this the correct method? Then I went to my 27inch iMac and saw the "Time Machine Backups" hoping to see the files I dragged from the 20inch iMac. But the files were not there except a folder that said "Backups.backupdb". Can someone help me?

It's not a good idea to use a network disk for both Time Machine backups and other things. By design Time Machine will eventually consume all the space on its output disk, which will then cause problem for your other files. I'd store those other files on an external disk connected to the Time Capsule. The problem with that is that Time Machine will only back up files that are local to your Mac. That means that you'll only have one copy of the files on or attached to your Time Capsule.

If the apps that are on your son's iPad were purchased under his Dad's Apple ID, then signing your Apple ID onto the iPad will not help you with updating those apps.
Also, if the iPad was sync'd with his Dad's iTunes library, then hooking it up to your computer/iTunes library, will require you to reset the iPad, and everything that was loaded under the other Library and Apple ID will be wiped out.
Can you provide a little more info about what was set up under which Apple ID and what iTunes library the iPad was sync'd with?

With a new account, you'll need to rebuy the games.
Each user should have their own icloud account, otherwise they end up getting the same emails, contacts, calendars, notes, reminders, etc. - usually not what you want. But if all have been sharing the same itunes ID, keep it that way, you can have different IDs for itunes and icloud.
If you already have another icloud account, and want to set it up on a device, then go to Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete Account. This only disconnects the device from that account, no data is lost on icloud. Then enter the account ID that you want to use.
To create a new icloud account, go to

Hello royalaqua,
I do think you should ask yourself if upgrading to Lion is the right course to take.
Snow Leopard is an excellent OS and Lion has literally been frozen out after barely a year. Remember too that some of your apps may not work with Lion (those that have Rosetta, for example) so that could mean more new purchases. Plus you may need to uprate your RAM too.

How to set store procedure parameters

Hello,
To summarize our problem, we are not able to set store procedure parameters using JRC and without using a Viewer.
Inside an rpt document we use a call to a store procedure that requires some input parameters.
We attempted to pass the required parameters to the report (please see below) but it seems that those parameters are somehow ignored.
In fact null values are always received by the store procedure.
For your information, if the document doesnu2019t contain a call to a store proc but SQL clause parameters instead, then that works.
Does that mean that sp parameters have to be set in a specific way?
Please can you advise?

This is how we set parameter values:

Then we export in a pdf file:
