How to set which testsocket to run next in ParallelModel.seq

Hi
I'm using TS4.0 and LabVIEW8.2.
In my sequence, I use Lock synchronization so that only one testsocket can run simultaneously. So when testsocket1 is finished, testsocket2 wil execute.
But is it possible to set which testsocket to run next.
Let's say that I first want to run testsocket1, and then testsocket5 when testsocket1 is finished.

Change All / Get Info issue. How to set which application opens a file?

I would like to be able to set which application opens a specific file, but cannot get the 'Change all' option in the get info to stick, or to have scvope beyond the immediate folder. For example: whenever I download an.xml file and try to open it the application it defaults to is 'Property List editor' - so I have to go into 'get info' and set the application that I want to use to open the file. Let's say - Textmate. That file will then remain set, for the length of that session anyway - but clicking 'Change all' will not mean that the next file downloaded will default to 'Textmate', or that any .xml files outside the folder will open in Textmate. I have to set them all manually, which gets to be a drag.
I once had a little open source app. that I used to set the preferences as to which application opened a specific suffix - which worked with some, some of the time... but after a clean install I lost it - and can't remember what it was called. Anyway, it didn't entirely solve the problem, only lessened it.

*Changing the application used to open all files of a certain kind*
1) In a Finder window highlight a file of the kind you want to change the application to open that kind of file.
2) While that file is highlighted, select File > Get Info or press command (apple or propeller icon) + i to get a file information window.
3) In the lower part of the info window there is an "open with" menu with a list of applications.
4) If your application is already in the box then it is the default application for opening that kind of file and you don't need to do anything more. Close the get info window.
5) If the application showing in the menu is not the one with which you wish to open the file then select a new application. If your application does not appear there then select the "other..." and track down the application (usually in the Applications folder at the main level of the computer).
6) If you wish to change all files of this type to open with this application in future, make sure the "change all" button is selected.
7) Close the get info window.
I know that what I posted may have been what you have been doing, but wanted to double check.
I don't know to what application you are referring but application/file type association is done by Launch Services. Potentially this can become corrupted. You can use Onyx (free) utility to rebuild LS, but in doing so you will lose all non-default associations.
As with any problems, I would also make sure you have run disk utility to verify and repair your drive, and repair permissions on your computer, before doing any other actions. It's surprising what that can clear up. You can slo just try starting in Safe mode, then restarting normally and see if that helps.

How to set which page to open on

Hi,
Can someone tell me how to set the property (which one?) so the pdf document will open on a certain page?
I just cannot figure out how to use the reference. There is a GoTo, which maybe is the one i'm looking for(?), but how do i call/set it?

Each document contains all pages. So essentially, there are a lot of copies of the same file and has the same content (yes, it is stupid).
Anyway, i have found a way to do this. I open each document (which i thought would already be open so i could use "this"), set the property, save and lastly close it. It works, but it aint fast. So if someone ever finds a way to do this faster, that would be really nice. :-)

How to check which form is running on web

Hello.
Is it possible to check which form is running on web, on AS?
When you go on AS to forms/user session node, you can only see config name of forms (or form name if you haven't set config)
We have set our configuration for running forms in formsweb.cfg under configuration section.
Now under user session we can only see config name and not which forms is running currently under this config (user can access many forms in this configuration).
Is there some other way to check which form is currently running (and by which user) under the config?

Secondary monitor on 20"iMac, How to set portrait orientation when running

How do you set the display rotation in Windows XP?
I have a secondary monitor (wall-mounted at 90 degrees to normal) that OS X handles just fine (the display preference window provides a rotate function). However, when running Windows XP, the secondary monitor is still available, but I can not find a setting that will rotate the display. I downloaded the Apple Boot Camp ATI driver from AMD's site and the driver version went from 8.39 to 8.43. Still no visible way to rotate the secondary display. I then upgraded Boot Camp to 2.1 after which the ATI driver version went to 8.45. Still no rotate functionality.
I have tried using the ALT-OPTION-ARROW key with no success (recommended on some obscure Windows XP forum). I also downloaded the Apple Boot Camp Crystal Control Center from the AMD site, but it would not execute after installation (this upon yet another obscure recommendation).
I also have Windows XP on my MacBook. It uses an NVIDIA driver and it will allow display rotation.
Any help or advice is appreciated.

Updating my original post:
I have resolved the issue. The ATI Catalyst Control Center app (I meant Catalyst, not Crystal in my original post) needs Microsoft's .NET Framework 2.0, which was not included in my original Windows XP installation.
After downloading and installing the .NET Framework 2.0 package and reinstalling the Catalyst Control Center app, I am now able to rotate the secondary monitor display to the portrait orientation.
I use the secondary monitor primarily viewing on-line documentation while working with an application on the primary screen. The portrait orientation provides a much better environment for reading documentation as I can view 2+ pages at the same time.

Change Data Capture How to Tell which you are running Sync or Asyn

I am taking over a new system that has change data capture running, but Im really confused how this is running. Most of the CDC is set up using Sync(triggers), but I have about 5 tables that DO NOT have system generated triggers on them. I know Streams is NOT running/configured. I know Capture is not running/configured (because nothing in DBA_CAPTURE table). I can tell that these 5 tables are still getting updated in the change table schema. I can not figure out how the 5 tables that DO NOT have triggers on them are updating the change data set tables.
I had thought the the 5 tables, must be configured with HOTLOG, but when I look at the CHANGE_SETS table they all (including these 5 tables) are set to CHANGE SOURCE NAME = SYNC SOUCE. I would expected that to be HOTLOG_SOURCE. So I "assume" they aren't set up using Asnc. hot log mode. So maybe the other Async modes are used, but not pushed to another database? Is that possible?
Any other ideas on how to figure out how the CDC is set up for these 5 tables?

Thanks for the reply, but I think I must have not stated the problem clearly. I dont WANT to set the source I want to figure out how this CDC is working. I see ALL the sources are currently set to SYNC_SOURCE. Almost all of the tables are set up with system triggers on them, but 5 dont have system triggers, yet the source says SYNC_SOURCE. I did validate that the change tables are getting updated for these tables. my question is how are they getting updated? I "assume" since they dont have system triggers ont eh table they aren't synchoronus cdc (like the other tables are). yet the source says SYNC_SOURCE. What am I missing? How can I tell if the redo log is populating those changes tables? Im pretty sure it is (Becuase there aren't triggers or jobs running), but Im curious if there is a way to tell for sure.

How to set which app is controlled by hands-free device?

I have a Kinivo BTC450 hands-free bluetooth device in my car. With my iPhone 5 and iOS 7, it worked perfectly: the one button on the Kinivo started or paused my SpeedUp app (which plays audio content faster than normal), and when I got back in the car, it would automatically start up again. With updates to iOS 8, it's now much more flaky (and same with my new iPhone 6+): sometimes the button turns on iTunes instead, and sometimes it turns on audio from some app I can't even identify (none appear to be running on the phone!). Sometimes pushing the button does not start or pause the audio, and it never starts up again now, when I start the car. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to
1) tell the phone which app the bluetooth device is supposed to control
2) make it more reliable
or perhaps suggest a better similar device (BT, with output audio jack for my stereo's AUX input socket) which is more reliable with iPhone?

How to set which E-Mail gets used on a group

I use groups to send specfic E-Mails to specific people. I have two diferent groups with the same people on it, but the E-Mail should be sent to diferent adresses (ex. Home, or Work).
Since Lion, I can't define anymore in the Group "Home" which E-Mail address from a specific contact should be used...
How do I do that?

I have the same problem. The Address Book Help clearly says to use the Edit>Edit Distribution List.
However, that option is grayed out.
Any ideas on why this would be and how to correct it?
I have already tried turning off Contacts in iCloud in preferences and then waiting and turning it back on. No change.

I am having a problem setting up User Profiles in SharePoint 2013. I have users that are both (1) Active Directory users authenticated using Windows Authentication, and (2) Active Directory users, existing in another distinct OU, authenticated via ADFS (active

when you design sites in muse it lets you create a version for desktop a version for tablets and a version for phones.
so the desktop site sits in the root folder the tablet site sites in a subfolder called tablet and the phone site sits in a subfolder called phone this is how muse appears to structure everything.
what isnt clear is once published how does the site know which version of itself to display to your device?
what do i as a user have to do to ensure the phone site displays on phones, the tablet site displays on tablets and the desktop site displays on desktops?

TFS 2012 - WebAccess - how to define which Query will run by default when navigating to WORK- WorkItems page

When we nagivate in IE in TFS Web Access, to the WORK -> Work Items page, TFS runs the AssignedToMe query and focuses on it as sort of default query that runs in such event. We have some teams under the team project, but AssignedToMe is not sensitive
to Team, only to Team Project, hence when navigating to the page of the specific team, this query shows the same per all teams :(.
In order to bypass this, we'd like to set a specific team query to be the default one to run when navigating to the team's page, instead of AssignedToMe, and thus have the result specific to each team scope.
Alternatively if it is possible to somehow filter AssignedToMe query according to Team Scope it would be great. Alas there's no @Team field yet, and we don't wish to create multiple AssignedToMe queries and name each specific to each team, nor do we wish
to put team queries in MyFavorites while naming them specifically per team..

How to find which applications are running

I cannot figure out where on the HD to look to see which apps on my iMac are open.
Other than the ones highlighted in the dock, can there be others open?
I was ejecting my external HD and a message reads 'it is in use, try quitting applications'.
As far as I can see, I have quit them.

Every application that is open goes into the dock and has a blue light under it until the application is closed.... if that application is not added to the dock, then the icon just disappears...
If application is added to the dock, then when you end the program the little blue light under the icon disappears.

To bind varibales (Say there are 2 bind variables),
First way to achieve this.
setWhereClauseParam(null); //Always reset it to remove existing bindings)
setWhereClauseParam(0, "Your first paramter value"); // Second parameter "Your first paramter value" is of type object.
setWhereClauseParam(1, "Your first paramter value");
In case you use "?" styly type binding, this count in above method starts with 1 instead of 0.
Second way is to put all bind variables in an object array and pass to above method.

Now call vo.executeQuery() to fetch the results as per new query.
