How to transport samrt form

Please help me on below issue...
I have developed one smart form in sandbox i want to transport it into the development server. Please let me know the possible ways.

A SMARTFORM IS TRANSPORTED NO DIFFERENTLY THAN ANY OTHER OBJECT. IF IT IS ASSIGNED TO A DEVELOPMENT CLASS THAT IS ATTACHED TO A TRANSPORT LAYER, IT WILL BE TRANSPORTED. THE DEFINITION IS TRANSPORTED, AND WHEN CALLED, THE FUNCTION MODULE IS
REGENERATED. THIS LEADS TO AN INTERETSING SITUATION. ON THE NEW MACHINE, IT IS VERY LIKELY THE FUNCTION MODULE NAME WILL BE DIFFERENT THAN THE NAME ON THE SOURCE SYSTEM. MAKE SURE, BEFORE YOU CALL THE FUNCTION MODULE, YOU RESOLVE THE EXTERNAL NAME TO THE INTERNAL NAME USING THE 'SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME'
FUNCTION MODULE. TYPICALLY, GENERATE THE SF, AND THEN USE THE PATTERN TO BEING IN THE INTERFACE. THEN CHANGE THE CALL FUNCTION TO USE THE NAME YOU GET BACK FROM THE ABOVE FUNCTION MODULE.

I also tried to change the package by choosing Object directory entry. Even that does not work.

How to Transport Variance Forms and Reports(created in KKO4 and KKO1)

Hello Experts,
I searched for the following but could not find matching answer.Will you, therefore, suggest on the following
1. I created form in KKO4/5
2. Then I created report under above form in transaction KKO1
I did above in development and now need to transport it to quality and then to production after testing
When I select menu Form -> Transport in KKO5, system prompts for customizing request.
Which options(subobjects) should I select? should I select Key figures ( I used standard available key figures in form defination)
After above customizing request for form, I selected menu Report -> Transport in KKO2 to transport the report. It prompted for subobject selection
(a) Report defination (This is by default selected and greyed out),(b) Report form, (c) Key figures , (d) Transport all languages
Which subobjects should be selected out of above.
After above selection for reports, system is prompting for workbench request creation, during WB request creation system is also giving 'prompt for customizing request' creation and by default displaying customizing request created for Form. Should such customizing requiest be part of WB request?
Secondly, I have created 8 forms and more than one report under of the these forms. Should the menu Form/Report -> Transport be selected for each form/report in same transport request? Is only that particular form/Report included in the Transport Request or does it include all existing/standard forms/reports also in transport request.

What I am worrying about is my transport request should not overwrite anything in quality and production systems. It should take only forms and reports that I add/select in it.
I am following the below steps Please correct me if I am going wrong
1) Create new formS in KKO4
2) Create one or more reportS in KKO1 under each of above forms
3) In KKO5 (report painter: Change From screen), select the form that I created in step (1), select menu Edit->Transport form, I get the pop up to select the dependent objects for form. Here I select sub object - Form/Layout, Key Figures, Transport All Languages. On choosing Enter, I get pop up "Prompt for customizing request”. I create new request
4) In KKO5 I select second form I created in step (1) and follow the activities mentioned in step (3) but select the same customizing request. This way I add all the form I created in one customizing request
5) In KKO2, select the report that I created in step (2) select menu Report -> Transport I get pop up selection of Dependent objects for Report. Here I select sub object – Report Definition, Report Form, Key Figures, Transport All Languages. On choosing Enter, I get pop up "Prompt for workbench request. I create new request. When I choose enter on this pop up system automatically gives pop for "Prompt for customizing request” and by default displays cust. request created in step (3). Should I select Continue/Enter here?
And Does it mean both customizing and WB request are clubbed?
What is the sequence of transporting them?

Transport the Form Graphic probelm

I would like to know how to transport the Form Graphic to the traget system?
I create the transport Request in SE78 but haven't see the graphic in the Traget system, So can any one help me ?

Hi,
1.The Error is Due to the Inactive objects in the Form or Once again goto Se78--->Click Truck Symbol.(it will transport the Graphic).
2.Activate the form once again and copy the Form.
3.Test it.

For uploading/downloading into different servers.
follow the following steps.
execute the program RSTXSCRP
for DOWNLOADING
1. select form radio button and enter the form name in Object name field and mode as IMPORT.
2. In ctrl parameters for file operation
select first radio button Form and give file path to down load and execute.
for UPLOADING
3. select form radio button and enter the form name in Object name field and mode as EXPORT.
2. In ctrl parameters for file operation
select first radio button Formand give file path to upload and execute.
for Copyinnto different clients
Go to SE71 > utilities-> copy from client-->give source form name and give target form name(Zform) execute.

How to transport a web template?

Can anyone please explain to me how to transport a web template which contains many web items (include 10 queries)?
After I collected this web template, I got error message when I execute it in Q.

That's what I did. I transported two web templates before (contain 1 query only) and they all worked. But just not this new one. Here is the error message:

SAP Scripts are client-dependent objects. Hence, they may often require to be downloaded from or uploaded to SAP system
Following programs can be used to download from/upload to SAP System
RSTXR3TR To EXPORT/IMPORT layout set (FORM) using a Transport Request (CTS)
RSTXSCRP To EXPORT/IMPORT layout set (FORM), Style, Standard Text or Device Type without using a Transport Request
execute the Program 'RSTXSCRP' give the Script name and Export it to u'r system and then log on in different client and Import the script using the same Program.

First log on to your target client.
Go to SE71 initial screen.
Here go to Utilities --> Copy from Client..
now u will get a screen from where u can copy the form form source client to current client...
OR u can do the following
you can use the tcode scc1 in the target cleint so as to copy from the developed cleint. Then you need to give in the request number only and click on start immediately.

SAP Script Form
If you want to copy the forms between clients on the same system (between a client 100 and 150 on a DEV box for example) Use the copy between clients option available from the Utilities menu of SE71. If you want to transport the form between DEV & QA or QA & PRD then follow the normal transport
procedure (ensuring that your BASIS team know to import your form into each client of the new box).
Regarding the Print Program, follow the standard procedure for normal ABAP Objects. Do SCC1 for transfer between clients on same system and normal transport procedure to different system.
SMART FORMS
A Smartform is transported no differently than any other object. if it is assigned to a development class that is atteched to a transport layer, it will be transported.
The definition is transported, and when called, the function module is regenerated.
This leads to an interetsing situation. On the new machine, it is very likely the function module name will be different than the name on the source system. Make sure, before you call the function module, you resolve the external name to the internal name using the 'SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME' function module.
Typically, generate the SF, then use the pattern to being in the interface. Then change the call function to use the name you get back from the above function module.

hey
personalised mail form cant be transported ,they are made inside the development server or the server which you work at the moment
theere is no request being involved for transporting the mail form
so you just go and create the mail form again
else you can save the request if any generated inside the package and use that package to transport the mail form from one server to other

Transporting Smart forms

I would like to know if there is any special procedure to transport a samrt form?
I know that with other ABAP objects if they are listed under the transport number
it will get transported. I would like to know if there is any difference with smart forms other than this.

There is no difference when transporting Smartforms.
Just be sure that you include any Smartstyles with your transport.
Also, the first time the Smartform is issued, the FM will be generated in the new system, so you may want to go to the new system, goto Smartforms and Generate the FM.

How to transport a deleted query?

I have deleted one query in developmeny system. I thought it will ask for tranport request.But it did not ask for any transport requast.Now it is deleted from development system.Please let me know how to transport this change in production?

Was this query transported to the prod system, or created directlyin prod? If you have transported the query, you would not be able to delete without first assigning a transport request to the BEx dev class...check if there is any request assigned to the BEx dev class (RSA1 > transport connection)
