How to verfiy that password dosent contain any dictionary word ?

Is there a built-in English dictionary in oracle forms 10g? Or is there any built-in functionally in oracle forms 10g that checks if the password contain any dictionary word
I am looking into implementing the following requirement in oracle forms “Password shall not contain any dictionary word”

"Forms" is not a database. It is a client to the db. So, when you start a form and are presented with a login dialog, you are actually connecting to the database and not necessarily to "Forms". So, what you are asking is +"how do I set the password rules for my database"+. The answer to that question will depend on exactly which db version you are using, but here is an example for db 11

I take it by dictionary word you mean a Webster style dictionary word rather than an Oracle reserved word.
The only practical way to do this is via rules such as already suggested rather than actually check the entered password against a dictionary table.
I would suggest that a numeric character within the first N characters be part of the rule. This would stop the use of a word followed by a digit such as word1.
It would not prevent the use real words as in, born2rule, but it would interrupt them and make them much harder to guess. A requirement of 2 numeric character digits or a puncuation symbol would also help.
Elimination of a couple of vowels such as 'a' and 'e' would make using real words much harder, but you do not want to limit too many characters as that could actually make hacking passwords easier.

Ok so I've done what you said and this is what it's come back ....
I don't know that these are the errors , but they're the things which don't look right ...
Throughout the shut down there is a recurring line ;
It says ;
Com.apple.launchd 1 0x100600e70.anonymous.unmount 301 PID still valid
Then there are 2 more which I think are related ;
Com.apple.securityd 29 PID job has I overstayed its welcome , forcing removal.
Then the same with fseventd 48 and diskarbitrationd 13
Oh and on Launchd1 : System : stray anonymous job at shut down : PID 301 PPID13 PGID 13 unmount...
Then the last process says "about to call: reboot (RB_AUTOBOOT).
Continuing...
And stops ...

Put the device back into discovery mode and the iPad will see it again. Make sure the Bluetooth is ON in Settings and look at the devices seen.

1) use CRSCTL utiity to check the state of oracle clusterware or to enable CRS debugging
for example :
# crsctl check crs
checks the current state of all oracle clusterware daemons
# crsctl debug log css "CSSD:1"
enables level1 debugging of the CSSD module in the ocssd daemon
crcstl gives you a lot of options to check the Clusterware --> take a look at the doc
2) use OCRCHECK to verify the integrity of the Oracle Cluster Registry
# ocrcheck
3) use OCRDUMP to see the contents of the OCR
# ocrdump output_file

I want to do the opposite of what filtering normally does. I want to filter out messages that do not contain a word or a string.
For example, I want to display emails that do not contain the word "meeting" in the subject.
Is this possible? If so, how can it be done?

It's not built in. The TotalQuickFilter extension allows NOT and lots of other filter features:

You can try to create a Full Text Index on the table and use CONTAINS() to get the record which contains the specify words.
For example:
SELECT * FROM TABLE WHERE CONTAINS(column_name, 'some text')

How to make a smart list of photos containing any keyword

I want to get all my keywords embedded. I think a workaround is to make a smart list that has all my photos which contain any key word. Export all these photos. Then import them back in using auto arrange by event.
How do I make a smart list that contains all photos with any keyword (I dont see that as a choice) and will this workaround work?

In the Photos window turn off the Event Titles so all you see are the photos. Then sort by keyword, ascending or desending. The photos without a keyword will be at one end of the display of photos. Find all of the photo without a keyword and batch add a new, unique keyword. Then make a smart album with the criteria Keyword is not "XXXX".

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. Tap settings on your iPad
then tap Wi-Fi
click on the blue arrow which is next to the network
a new section will be opened
it will display the router settings and all ( you dont have to deal with it)
then tap forget network at the top
go back and tap your network
iPad will ask the password of the network just enter the new password and you are good to go
if a message appears unable to connect just go back turn Wi-Fi off then start it again
and try connecting to it again

Assuming you mean the name and password of the Express itself, connected to the Express, open AirPort Utility on your computer, Select the Express from the list on the left side of the window, choose manual setup, the default password is public you can now rename the Express and change its password, and when finished Update.
Edit: let me correct what I said above, use the assist mode for this work, it is very easy that way.

Report painter execution error - GR657 - set does not contain any entries

During our execution of report we are getting the below error:
Set 0102PCBT1IPROVDIV in set 0002$ZA13#######ROW0236 does not contain any entries
Message no. GR657
Diagnosis
You cannot use empty sets to define reports. The single-dimension set contains a basic set that does not contain any values.
Procedure
Use a set that contains at least one value, or enter values for the set defined.
This has been discussed in a similar Thread in May 2010 by puri & Praveen Jagdeesan,
However I am unable to trace the set & how to delete the blank values.
0002$ZA13#######ROW0236 or ROW0236 in the system.
Set 1IPROVDIV is exisitng in system.
Also when we go to KAH3 - Cost element hierarchy & see in the where used list we are not able to see the set being used in the report whereas the system from where we have exported the report we can see that this set is being used in the report.
Please could you help in resolving the same.

Dear Virag.
I recreated a database by using DBCA on a 2-node RAC database.
I got no errors from DBCA when I recreated the database.
Now, I am just testing whether or not everything is OK.
The operating system is windows2003.
The version of clusterware and oracle is 10.2.0.2.0.
I intentionally rebooted one node by turn.
After rebooting, 2-node RAC database is up automatically some times,
but some times, the instance of the rebooted node does not startup
automatically. "srvctl start instance" does work.
Is this problem related to the master node of cluster??
I am home now. I will give you the crsd log tomorrow.

Is it possible to do a search in the Finder for files that do NOT contain a certain word?

As far as I know you can't do that. It would be lovely to pipe the results of one search into another....
What happens is if you specify a type folder, then exclude a file system name, the command excludes folders that have the word in their name.

You can go to Settings>Messages and turn off Messages. Then go to Settings>General>Restrictions and turn on the the Restriction that prevent changing accounts.
I just verified that it works.
