My iphone screen is damaged and cannot be used. I received my new iphone this morning. How do i back up the contact numbers on the damaged phone to itunes on my laptop so that i can then transfer this contact list to the new iphone?
If the device has been used as designed, contacts would be synced to a supported application on the computer or a cloud service. If the device has regularly been synced and backed up to iTunes on the computer, simply plug it in and allow the sync/backup to occur.
If the device has never been synced/backed up to a computer, it is not possible to force one without a working screen.

Hey there jjroca,
It sounds like you are unable to make or recieve phone calls because the screen goes black. I would start by quitting all the running apps on the device:
iOS: Force an app to close
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
If that does not resolve the issue, I would use the troubleshooting in the following article, named:
iPhone: Troubleshooting issues making or receiving calls

I am opening this thread on behalf of my colleague Merja regarding a problem while trying to print using the Integrated ITS 6.40.
The problem happens when using webgui directly. Support Package level is 21 and kernel 640 patch 196. Note 771683 regarding printer with access
method 'F' and device type 'PDF1' is already in place. 'Output immediately' opens the preview. Error still exists when using "print preview" button.
The issue occurs when trying to review the Employment Contract within the portal UI. The actual print is finished correctly but the "Print Review" function returns HTTP 500 error, "The file is damaged and it can not be repaired".
When we perform the same activity in system R/3 within the transaction SE38, with our Z-program everything works correctly and no problems occur.
Could you please help solving this issue?

Try changing the .ai to .eps or .pdf to see if anything happens to see if it makes a difference to importing or exporting as a pdf?
If you have Indesign, try importing the file into Indesign then saving that file as a pdf or/and export as a Indesign eps file.

I updated my storage to 20gb however my phone still shows 5gb and i can not download the update. iOS8 How can I change the setting on my phone to 20gb.
You can't update on-device storage like that...you are probably referencing iCloud storage, which doesn't effect your on-board memory. Plug your phone in to iTunes and download the update that way...no deleting apps or anything...it's much easier.

I just purchased a MacBook Pro and I can not use my Clear broadband.
I just purchased a Mac pro book and I can not use my Clear broadband. A message pops up saying the operating system is running in 64 bit mode . Please switch to 32 bit mode. How do I swich the mode and will this cause problems. There must be other MacBook Pro operators that use Clear broadband as their internet connection.
Never heard of them but I Googled and took a look. Seems as if they offer either a USB modem or a 'home' modem - which do you have?
If you're on a newer Mac (and I see that you are) and running Mountain Lion you cannot start up in a 32-bit kernel. I'm not sure if thise is directly related to the question, actually, as some applications will actually let you 'open' in 32-bit mode. If you're using an application that runs the modem software, try selecting it and doing a "Get Info" (Command-I) from the Finder and see if there is an option to "Open in 32-bit mode".
