You cannot transfer from the iPhone to the computer.
You must move the contents of your old computer to the new one directly.
Use an external hard drive perhaps or restore your old computer backup to your new computer.
The iPhone is not the source of your data, that is the computer, the iPhone is only a slave device to iTunes.

Rudegar is correct - you cannot remove the app permanently from your account. There has been much discussion about this on the ASC site and many users have concerns for many different reasons. As suggested send feedback to Apple.
But remember this - your account is a part of Apple's official and legal sales records. In the real world - you just cannot delete a record of sale - for accounting reasons and for legal reasons.

You might consider itunes match for moving CDs you've copied into your itunes library if you dont have a way to use home sharing.
iTunes match is an optional service offered by apple that costs about $25 a year. It scans your music library and if it finds music that is already in apple's itunes catalog it'll automatically "unlock"/"store" these in the cloud for you. You can't currently permanently delete any item from your purchase history, you can delete an app from your iPad by pressing and holding an app, and you can select and delete them from the Apps part of your computer's iTunes so that they can't be synced back. Apart from that you can hide them as described on the page that you posted from so that they don't show in the Purchased tab for re-downloading (hiding doesn't currently work directly on devices that are on iOS 6, though it should work via a computer's iTunes)

Track with two endjumps. Can't delete the wrong one

To simplify the problem, I have two menus (A & B) and a track (T1). In the Simulator, when a button on A is pressed Menu B appears. When a Button on B is pressed, track T1 appears and when it comes to its end it is set to End Jump to the button on Menu B which called it.
However, it actually jumps to Menu A, as it used to until I changed the end jump of Track 1. I have re-entered the End Jump in Track T1 but it still jumps to Menu A. DVD SP is not listening to my instruction. Furthermore, the Graphical display of the menus, tracks and their connections shows that Track1 has two End Jumps, one to Menu A and one to Menu B !
The problem appeared after I had created Menu B by inserting it between Menu A and Track1 then connecting the buttons in Menus A and B as described above. I cured the problem by deleting Track1 and re-creating it.
But I have several other tracks with this problem, all connected to Benu B, and would prefer not to have to re-create all of them. The Track Inspector for the cured Track1 shows identical settings to the remaining faulty tracks.
Any ideas? It look like a bug. (I'm on DVD SP 3.0.0)

More or less - in fact I set Track1 to End Jump to Menu B but in the Simulator it jumps to Menu A.

Yes, that's correct.
I haven't tried burning a disc yet. However, even if the problem disappeared on the disc, I would not like to have the fault remaining in the Project in case it caused some other trouble. I will delete Track 1 and the other ones showing the fault and will re-create them. Time-consuming but probably safer.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

I have a plot with two cursors - how can I control the "visible" attribute of the second cursor?

I have a waveform graph with multiple plots and two cursors. I can use the "cursor->visible" property to control cursor #1 but I cannot seem to find a way to control the visible attribute for cursor #2. Is there a way to do this?

There's an "Active Cursor" property that allows you select which cursor the following actions operate on. Remember that property nodes "execute" from top to bottom...
